The research was conducted within the Taranagar (Churu) region of Rajasthan, focusing on the diversity of wasps and their respective habitats. This study offers valuable insights into the insect species inhabiting the Taranagar region and their ecological environments. However, it also demonstrates that stinging wasps are valuable allies, not purposeless adversaries; they are friends to humans and always play a crucial role in various fields such as ecology, the economy of plants, human health, agriculture, etc. Despite their often negative reputation, wasps fulfill vital roles in the ecosystem, despite occasional displays of aggression.

Urban villages in Indian cities are original villages that have adapted to the surrounding urbanization. These villages, nestled within rapidly expanding cities, maintain significant historical and cultural importance. However, they face challenges as urban growth encroaches on their agricultural lands, depriving them of traditional sustenance. Consequently, these villages often request exemptions from strict urban development regulations, advocating for sensitive treatment due to their unique ecological and social networks. This study provides valuable insights into the complex dynamics of urban villages in Indian cities, focusing particularly on case studies from Delhi. It highlights governance challenges within mega-urban regions, stressing the necessity of comprehensive planning mechanisms that can effectively address their intricate and multi-layered nature. Recognizing and catering to the distinct characteristics and needs of each urban village is essential for fostering sustainable and inclusive development.

The alarming rise of new emerging viruses and the re-emergence of previously known viruses is a major global health concern. Climate change, with its devastating consequences of biodiversity loss and habitat change, is disrupting ecosystems. This disarray creates prime conditions for the spillover of zoonotic pathogens (diseases transmissible from animals to humans), exemplified by the recent COVID-19 pandemic. Melting permafrost further adds to the equation, potentially releasing ancient, unknown viruses trapped for millennia. Globalization facilitates the spread of these emergent viruses to new geographical areas where outbreaks have resulted in socio-economic crises. This review explores the rise of new emerging viruses with pandemic potential, focusing on the role of environmental change and human behavior in their emergence. We examine how these factors, including urbanization and increased human-wildlife interaction, are creating a breeding ground for novel viral threats. Recognizing the critical link between a changing environment and the rise of zoonotic infectious diseases is paramount for developing effective strategies to mitigate future pandemics.

Diabetes poses a significant global health burden, with millions of individuals affected, particularly in low and middle-income countries. This review explores pharmacist-led interventions in managing type 2 diabetes mellitus (T2DM), emphasizing their effectiveness in improving clinical outcomes. Studies from diverse settings highlight pharmacist involvement in patient education, medication management, and support. Structured programs like the Diabetes Medication Therapy Adherence Clinic (DMTAC) in Malaysia and collaborative care models demonstrate significant improvements in glycemic control and medication adherence. Innovative approaches, including group-based interventions and mobile health platforms, underscore the importance of personalized support and patient engagement. Pharmacists play a critical role in addressing medication access barriers and enhancing adherence among diverse patient populations. This review underscores the need for ongoing evaluation and optimization of pharmacist-led interventions to enhance diabetes care outcomes globally.

In today's digital world, enterprises are heavily reliant on software applications to run their critical operations. However, vulnerabilities in these applications pose serious security risks by enabling cyberattacks that can compromise sensitive data and disrupt businesses. As software drives much of modern commerce and communications, it has become a prime target for malicious exploitation. To address this pressing issue, software development practices must adopt a security-first approach throughout the entire software development life cycle from design to deployment. This research paper investigates the prevalent cyber vulnerabilities in enterprise applications and evaluates various secure software development methodologies for mitigating security risks. Through an analysis of past cyber incidents and their underlying technical causes, the research identifies the most common types of vulnerabilities such as injection flaws, authentication and authorization flaws, and code quality issues. It then examines different security assurance approaches like threat modelling, secure coding standards, vulnerability scanning, and penetration testing that can help developers build robust defences against attacks. The research findings highlight the importance of adopting a planned, preventative strategy through integrated security practices instead of relying solely on reactive patching.

This article explores the poverty scenario in the remote area - Kinwat Tahsil Marathwada region, Maharashtra. Poverty has a multifaceted impact on people living in Kinwat. Water crises, hilly terrains, and forests make life miserable. Additionally, lack of employment opportunities, low income in agriculture, and lacuna in educational opportunities make it worse. As mentioned by Amartya Sen, it is not only about lack of money, it is capability deprivation. The poverty in Kinwat is the result of the failure of society's structure. Migration, in this area, is a common trend. To assess the problem's gravity, a few case studies were conducted. These studies show the human face of poverty in the rural sector.

The paper concentrates on the necessity to investigate and determine which of the many influencing factors affects students' selection of mobile service providers. The evaluation of data and description were done using statistical techniques such bar charts, pie charts, line charts and frequency approaches involving Likert scale methodology. According to the study's findings, 51% of the respondents were male students while 49% are female students. Furthermore, majority of the respondents chose MTN network with 40% followed by Airtel network with 30% respectively. Ultimately, Coverage and Network Quality, Data Roller, Device Compatibility, Students Offers and Discounts, Data Speed, Flexibility of Plans and Cost and Pricing Plans are the most significant components that influenced learners choice of mobile service provider for educational and other academic desires.

The career adaptability represents the psychosocial resources necessary to cope with the dynamic work and working environment. It covers getting used to different tasks, the need to be constantly learning from experience, and making decisions about one's career. Furthermore, career adaptability goes hand in hand with the continuously changing requirements by the employers who demand more and more adaptability in the workforce. An important model of career adaptability envisions it as psychosocial strengths (or capacities) to solve the unfamiliar, complex, and ill-defined problems of development tasks, workplace transitions, and workplace challenges.
