This research investigates the impact of personality traits on organisational commitment among employees using the Big Five Personality traits model--neuroticism, extraversion, openness, agreeableness, and conscientiousness. Organizational commitment is examined through three dimensions: affective, continuance, and normative commitment. The study collected data from employees across various sectors to analyze the relationships between these personality traits and the different types of commitment. The results indicate that extraversion and conscientiousness are positively associated with both affective and normative commitment, suggesting that employees who are outgoing and diligent tend to feel more emotionally attached to their organizations and morally obliged to stay. Conversely, neuroticism shows a significant association with continuance commitment, implying that employees with higher levels of anxiety and emotional instability remain with their organizations primarily due to the perceived costs of leaving. These findings emphasize the importance of considering personality traits in human resource practices to enhance employee commitment and organizational performance. By integrating personality assessments into recruitment and development processes, organizations can better align employee characteristics with job roles, fostering a more engaged and committed workforce.

Background & Objective: Active stretching is purported to stretch the shortened muscle and simultaneously strengthen the antagonist muscle. The purpose of this study was to determine whether active and passive stretching results in a difference between groups improving hip flexion and knee extension ROM subjects with hamstring tightness. Subjects and methods: Thirty subjects who showed decreased ROM, presumably due to hamstring muscle tightness. The subjects, who had age of 18 to 30 years, were assigned to either an active stretching group or passive stretching group. Before the procedure, ROM of hip flexion with knee extension forward reach test and muscle length test was measured before and after 3 weeks of the start of the study. Results: Results from this study found that Flexibility of hamstring muscle & ROM of hip flexion with knee extension is increased in group with Passive Stretching than the group with Active Stretching. Conclusion: Passive Stretching of hamstring muscle in normal individuals is more effective than Active Stretching.

Abstract: - The ayurvedic system of traditional Indian medication is aside to be 5000 yr. old and still used today. 8000 natural medicines are mentioned in Indian traditional medicine. In India from ancient herbs plays the important role in medication therapy and used for the prevention and treatment of disease, illness. Number of herbs are used by people for cure the illness. The whole plants or parts of plants like stem, roots, flowers, fruits have active ingredients which shoe the particular therapeutic value and useful in treatment, cure, prevention of various diseases. Herbal medicines are natural medicines many people believes that herbal medication is safe medication. This research is helpful to formulate herbal cream for treating inflammation by using Parthenium hysterophorous L. the anti-inflammation herbal gel was prepared. After performing different evaluation tests, we can see that there were no evidence of phase separation and color variation, no skin irritation, inflammation and allergic reaction so, this cosmetic preparation of herbal gel is safe to use for skin.

In recent years, the need for the forgery detection algorithm has increased because of the rapid growth and availability of imaging processing software and the advancements made in digital cameras. The comprehensive review of the work done on various image forgeries and forensic technology. Many techniques have been proposed to detect image forgery in the literature such as digital watermarking, digital signature, copy-move, image retouching, and splicing. The investigation done in this paper may help the researcher understand the advantages and handles of the available image forensic technology to develop more efficient algorithms for image forgery detection. Moreover, the comparative study surveys the existing forgery detection mechanisms including deep learning and convolution neural networks concerning their benefits and demerits. The present status of the image forgery detection technique is discussed along with a recommendation for future research.

A regular accumulation of tiny dust particles on the transparent glass cover of solar PV modules is a critical challenge for harnessing solar energy. This research paper is designed to focus on the impact of dust settlement over the flat glass cover of photovoltaic (PV) modules at different heights. Consequently, A peak level of power loss (21.5%) has been detected at the ground level (0 ft), meanwhile less power loss (9.5%) at the height of 20ft. This is explained by the level of dsut settlement with the height because dust density direct affects the PV output. As a result, a mass level of dust deposition (11.7 gm) was observed at the ground surface and low dust density (2.8 gm) at the height of 20 ft.

The newest generation, known as Generation Alpha, marks the arrival of the digital age, which is defined by a demand for technological expertise and ingenuity. Considering this is a relatively new field of research, not much is known about their unique traits or social and emotional competencies. It is essential to concentrate on helping Generation Alpha acquire these abilities. This research offers a thorough analysis of earlier interventions--such as yoga, self-regulation exercises, music therapy, and parental supervision--that tried to improve children's social and emotional skills. This information was a thorough analysis of surveys and experimental studies conducted by various researchers obtained mainly from PubMed, Frontiers, JSTOR, Research Gate, Google Scholar and other sites. This paper intends to address the social and emotional challenges that Generation Alpha experiences and ultimately seeks to improve their general well-being by synthesising existing studies and initiatives. Subsequent investigations could potentially gain from focusing on particular facets of Generation Alpha's personality and placing more emphasis on intervention-based methodologies. This study points out a significant gap in the literature about creative interventions and concepts designed with Generation Alpha in focus.

Sustainable Development and Literature are inseparably connected to each other. Sustainable development is a development that meets the needs of the present, without compromising the ability of future generations to meet their own needs. Sustainable Development talks about to finding a better way in doing thing which are unavoidable for present and future. Literature is the mirror of society and a way of life. Hunger, Poverty, Gender Equality, Education etc. are main goals of sustainable development which government want to attain. Literature is demonstrating it before from nineteenth century but during nineteenth century (which is called Romantic age) writer, poets and novelist emphasized about the environment and nature. They awaked people for their own health, nature, gender equality, economic growth. Literature has various names of writers and poets: William Wordsworth, Coleridge, Virginia Woolf, Katherine Mansfield, etc. Throughout the literature, you see many revolution, reformation and movements which are related to present sustainable development goals. In India, we have a lot of literature which create awareness among the people. It does not cover all the sustainable development but not less. Most of the areas can be covered in literature through various poems, novels, drama and short stories. Not only nineteenth century, we have seen revolution regarding hunger, education and poverty in almost every age of literature.

This study aims to assess the quality parameters of Clopidogrel tablets from different manufacturers available in the Bangladeshi market. Clopidogrel is a potent antiplatelet and antithrombotic drug. This study aims to conduct a comprehensive quality control assessment of different brands of Clopidogrel tablets available in the market.Clopidogrel is a potent anti-platelets and antithrombotic drug. It is film coated and 75 mg tablet. The objective of our study was to evaluate the quality parameters of some marketed clopidrogel tablet and to compare the parameters among them.To assess the quality, nine different marketed clopidogrel 75 mg tablet were selected and in-vitro dissolution test, potency, disintegration time were carried out.[2] Other general quality parameters of these tablets like weight variation, hardness, friability were also determined according to established protocols. All the brands comply the requirements of ''Indian Pharmacopoeia'' as they showed acceptable weight variation range.Friability of all brands was less than 1%. No significant differences were founding disintegration time as they disintegrated within 15 minutes. In case of dissolution profile all brands showed better dissolution time as they released more than 75% of drug in 45 minute. The hardness of one brand was within the range 40-60N. The limitation of the potency must be within 95-105%.
