The reliability of dual-unit systems is critical for ensuring continuous operation and minimizing downtime. This study focuses on optimizing the reliability of dual-unit systems configured with a standby mode. By employing advanced reliability modeling techniques and comprehensive statistical analysis, we evaluate the performance and reliability metrics of various standby configurations. The research highlights the impact of different standby strategies on system reliability, identifying optimal configurations that enhance system robustness and reduce failure rates. The findings provide valuable insights for system designers and engineers, offering practical guidelines to improve the reliability of dual-unit systems in various industrial applications. The results demonstrate that strategic implementation of standby modes can significantly enhance the reliability and operational efficiency of critical systems, thereby contributing to increased system availability and reduced maintenance costs.

CAR T-cell therapy is a type of cancer immunotherapy treatment that uses immune cells called T cells that are genetically altered in a lab to enable them in locating in destroying cancer cells more effectively. CAR T-cell therapy modifies a patient's T cells with CAR proteins to target and destroy cancer cells. While effective for hematological tumors, challenges remain for solid tumors like antigen selection and safety. Ongoing studies aim to enhance CAR T-cell design for better efficacy and safety. CAR-T therapy holds promise for personalized immunotherapy and is expected to be a significant cancer treatment in the future. The present review provides a comprehensive overview of the principles, clinical applications, therapeutic efficacy and challenges of CAR T-cell therapy.

The Mughal Harems and the Royal ladies of the dynasty have always been an important topic for researchers. There exists a pool of information about the influential Mughal queens and princesses starting from Princesses Jahanara and Roshanara Begum to Akbar's aunt Gulbadan Begum. However, when it comes to the idea of the Mughal Zenazas or more derogatorily known as the "harems", the tawaifs, consorts and concubines of the Mughal Emperor played a huge role, but their lives and stories remain unexplored. This lack of research can be attributed to the overall presence of very scanty and blurred pictures of the lives of these women, as the largest source of information about the Mughals remained their chronicles and the Persian Chroniclers refrained from writing about these women, perhaps because they were mostly not allowed to do so or they never dared to collect information and get close to the women of the Harem. Therefore, Mughal ladies are mostly discussed as narratives rather than being discussed as a whole.

This paper examines the themes of colonialism and identity in M.G. Vassanji's "The Book of Secrets" and Joseph Conrad's "Heart of Darkness". Its purpose is to demonstrate through close readings of these novels how the portrayal of colonial power dynamics and their respective effect on personal and communal identities within both the colonised and postcolonial are laid bare through narrative craft and historical context. Through Marlow's journey in the Congo, "Heart of Darkness" shows what European imperialism in Africa was like, showing the negative impacts it had on the oppressors and the oppressed. Conrad's use of the character Kurtz helps him to show how dark human nature can be and what the consequences are of letting one's own identity be used as a tool for exploitation by imperialists. Conversely, "The Book of Secrets" is a complicated study of colonial encounters in East Africa which fuses stories from various generations, it examines how colonialism influenced our way of understanding ourselves. Vassanji's storytelling art makes difficult concepts like hybridity between cultures and historical scars look simpler in understanding why a generation born after independence still lives under the shadow of its former colonizers today. The diary as well as people such as Pius Fernandes are used to demonstrate how memory relates to self-identity that comes after colonization. Through postcolonial theory and literary criticism, the aim here is to expand our understanding of literature concerned with colonialism and identity. This research seeks to demonstrate universal ideas concerning power, agency, and resistance embedded in both pre-colonial and post-colonial stories. Hence, this study adds to ongoing discussions about the long-term effects of imperialism also taking into account globalization complexities regarding constructing identities today.

Our study focuses on the formulation and evaluation of a polyherbal tablet aimed at combating diabetes mellitus. We meticulously selected and combined various medicinal herbs known for their anti-diabetic properties, aiming to harness synergistic effects and enhance therapeutic efficacy. The formulated polyherbal tablet underwent rigorous evaluation for various physicochemical parameters, pharmacological activities, and acute toxicity. Our findings demonstrate promising results, indicating the potential of this polyherbal formulation as a safe and effective adjunctive therapy for diabetes management. This research contributes to the growing field of herbal medicine, offering a novel approach to combating the global burden of diabetes.

Menstruation is a universal biological process and is happening in almost all female body. Society plays a great role in treating menstruators as the 'others', bringing them to the peripheral level in the name of culture, caste and gender. Male Power is constructed in the patriarchal society by attributing low cultural status to a menstruating woman. Women during their periods are going through various physical, psychological and health issues which are less discussed in literature. Still, women hesitate to speak in public on menstruation and related issues. The Palgrave Book of Critical Menstruation Studies edited by Chris Bob et.al. discusses various aspects of menstruation through the write ups by various personalities and it includes personal narratives, general aspects and activists' write ups. This paper aims at identifying how culture, caste and gender intersect in the personal narratives on menstruation in order to attribute a secondary status to menstruating women.
