In agriculture field, farmers are facing many problems, but the one major problem here is to know which type of soil is suitable for cultivating plants. So we are doing this project to show digitally, which type of soil is helps to grow the plants to increase the yield. The major aim of this research is to use color sensor for the detection of NPK, Nitrogen (N), Phosphorus (P) and Potassium (K) level in soil. A color sensor is used to measure and to detect the presence of NPK content of soil. The color sensors photodiode is designed to decide the amount of additional contents of these nutrients that has to be added into the soil to increase soil richness and fertility. The color sensor is implemented as a nutrition detection sensor which consists of four LEDs as light source and a photodiode as a light detector. Color of soil is changed with the help of capsule. The light from LEDs falls on soil mixture and reflected back after absorption. The TCS3200 color sensor is associated with 8*8 arrays of photodiodes with four different filters. By selecting the photodiode filters readings, able to find the intensity of the various colors. The nutrient absorbs the light from LED and the photodiode convert the remaining light that is reflected by reflector (sample) to current. The color sensor has a current-to-frequency converter that converts the photodiodes readings and results into square waveform with a frequency that is directly proportional to the light intensity of the chosen color. This frequency is then, read by the Arduino uno. The output from the color sensor is converted to digital readable form. Then LCD display shows which growth is suitable for the tested soil by comparing output with database. Keywords: Color Sensor, NPK, LED, photodiode, wifi module.

Ayurveda has described Ardita under eighty Vataj Nanatmaja Vyadhi which is characterised by Mukhavakrata, Vakasanga, Shirokampa, Grivachibukadanta Vedana and Netravikriti. On the basis of these features Ardita can be correlated with Bells palsy, a lower motor neuron disorder of facial nerve. In the present study a Hindu male patient aged 20years presented with typical features of Bells palsy and was registered for the study. Patient was treated according to the treatment of Ardita given in Ayurvedic classics. Nasya with Kshirabala taila, Tarpana with Jeevantyadi Ghrita, Karnapoorana with Ksheer- Bala Taila and Shiropichu with Rasanaadi taila were done along with oral drugs for 28 days. Assessment criteria was adopted on the basis of House Brackmanns grading for Facial Paralysis. Patient had 100% relief in wide palpebral aperture, smiling sign, nasolabial folds, dribbling of saliva, forehead frowning and trapping of food between cheeks and teeth. No side-effects of medicines or procedure were observed during and after the treatment.

ABSTRACT This study will examine the impact of fringe benefits on employees performance and development in Nigerian Banking Sector. Performance and development is a way of judging past and present productivity of an employee in an organization. Fringe benefits are non-monetary compensation which organisations use as a source of motivation to enhance performance of employees working in the organization. The research will look critically the relationship between fringe benefits and employees performance and development among Nigerian banks. This will cut across but not limited to annual leave, free health scheme, pension, maternity leave, staff loan and advances etc. The study will focus on Sterling Bank in Lagos state to enable me drive down real challenges. I believe my recommendation will always focus on encouraging management of all banks to compute allocated fringe benefits to their employees across the industry through Banks Employers Association and harmonised their various fringe benefits policies accordingly.

Nowadays information is available to our electronic gadgets. The one thing that concerns us is how to make tasks faster and easier. The product is similar to a regular mirror that can display weather reports, temperature, time and daily news. Raspberry pi stays at the back scene and controls the data displayed on the mirror while the LED display that is placed behind the two way mirror can serve various applications. Our proposed system allows us to build such mirrors that allow for mirrors to receive news online and display it on the mirror screen along with other details including current temperature from an open weather platform for a futuristic and modern lifestyle. Our system uses a raspberry pi based processor board along with displays that are interfaced together. We use a precisely modelled panel to construct the outer frame. Then we use specialized glass with a back frame to encase the system. The frame cavity is now fitted with precisely positioned mounts for the display housing to be fitted in the mirror. This is necessary to achieve the desired effect. Now we use raspberry pi to connect with the internet using an IOT circuit through the use of a Wi-Fi module. This allows us to receive data through the IOT platform.

Traditionally, the adopted forms of organizing open theatre forums aimed at behavioural change within a given community as a result of identified social issues have been hitherto promoted through the use of model art forms like theatre for development for development which is aimed at behavioural change and among others. Animated Puppetry appears to be a new form of artistic art form impression larger than life. Puppetry as a creative art form have differing conventions such as varying size with different constructional materials. This paper discusses the design exploratory process and impact and the use of the new medium in addressing critical social issues in the 21st century. It also suggests a complimentary feature of an integrated approach which highlights a unique application and principle of Animated Puppetry Theatre with a fusion of costume design as an efficient structure for community mobilization and conscientization for socio-economic development. This paper further explores and gives a voice to inanimate objects to express concerns in relation to human activities such as sanitation, education and health among others by looking at puppetry design formulation and manipulations.

Abstract In Ethiopia, Pastoralists represent approximately 10% percent of the country population, and approximately 40% of the land area of Ethiopia is considered to be under pastoral production system. Consequently, Pastoralists contribute a significant amount to the national economy. However, the pastoral production system and in particular the food security and livelihood situation is highly threatened due to various factors. This review is, therefore, shows the definition and concepts of food security and livelihood diversification. Besides, it elaborate factors affecting food security and effect of livelihood diversification on food security in pastoral area of Ethiopia. Methodologically, this manuscript is based on intensive literature review of published materials such as books, articles and extra scholar materials. It was displayed that household head sex, family size, age of household head, educational level of household head, crop production and agricultural technology (use of chemical fertilizer and pesticides, improved seeds), livestock ownership and number, dependency ratio, distance from market center, access to credit and developmental agents visit had found to be significant in determining household food security. Livelihood diversification basically influenced by push and pull factors. In general, higher the level of the household livelihood diversification, results with, the more food secure of the households. In the future, concerned agents should focus on boosting educational level, family planning and awareness creation to reduce dependency ratio, credit serves and visit by development agents for livelihood diversification and thereby food security.
