This article manages the utilization, job, and exchange parts of medical devices regularly utilized in emergency clinics. Medical devices are the instrument hardware programming framework material or distinctive article that is utilized for indicative and remedial capacities for treatment the of sicknesses in human. Medical device assume a partner vital part in pharmacologic activity especially in treating technique there are a unit sizable number of devices are blessing especially in the pharmacologic field in the clinic, i.e., clinical area. Post marketing surveillance of medical device has been started in numerous nations; however, it is as yet not as evolved and strong as that of medications. Materiovigilance is the organized arrangement of recognizable proof, assortment, detailing, and examination of any untoward events related to the utilization of medical device and assurance of patient's wellbeing by forestalling its repeats. Materiovigilance is the examination and follow-up of occurrences that may result from the utilization of the medical device. It empowers to recognize the unfavourable occasions related to the utilization of Medical device. Service of Health and Family Welfare, Govt. of India endorsed and initiated Materiovigilance Program of India (MvPI) in the country to screen the wellbeing of Medical Devices Associated Adverse Events (MDAEs) in the Indian Population. The MvPI was dispatched on 06th July 2015 at the Indian Pharmacopeia Commission (IPC), Ghaziabad by the Drugs Controller General India (DCG(I)). All medical services experts, patients/buyers can report MDAEs to Sree Chitra Tirunal Institute of clinical Sciences and innovation (SCTIMST), Thiruvananthapuram, or National Coordination Centre (NCC) - IPC. The gathered and produced wellbeing information will assist with offering suggestions to the Central Drugs Standard Control Organization (CDSCO) for taking administrative choices on safe utilization of clinical gadgets in the Indian Population.

This Study Conducted in Fortis Hospital Noida using purposive sampling technique to obtain adequate sample .Sample comprise of 30 experimental (Undergoing Buerger Allen Exercise)and 30 control group Sample. Study is based on Nola J Pender Heath Promotion Model in 1992. FInding of Study Revealed That Implementation of Buerger Allen Exercise were Effective in Experimental group in increasing Ankle Brachial Index Score. Majority of patient felt relaxed during exercise. Buerger Allen Exercise is Non Invasive, Non Pharmacological and Effecive means it can be used for type 2 Diabetes Mellitus Patient in Routine Practice. Based on Research Findings Further Recommendations also Given.

Penetrating foreign bodies of different origins in the head and neck are rare and potentially dangerous injuries, which might pose problems for their detection, primary care, and final treatment. Depending on the severity of the underlying trauma, some injuries present a higher risk for the presence of foreign bodies. Minor wounds, including common lacerations, are likely to be contaminated. Despite improving medical imaging techniques, detection remains a challenge as it is dependent on the material of the foreign body, the affected anatomical site, and the injury severity. Therefore, a detailed history of the circumstances leading to trauma is essential when foreign objects are not visible during a clinical examination. Precise detection of the foreign body, its anatomical position, and the affected surrounding structures are vital, especially for impalement injuries of the head and neck area. Therefore, an interdisciplinary planning approach is essential before the removal of the foreign object. Finally, tension-free anatomical adaptation of the corresponding structures is crucial for maintaining and restoring aesthetic and function. Here, we report a case of a young man victim of a projection of a metal nail through the thyrotracheal area.

Tuberculosis is a rare cause of chronic suppurative otitis media and mastoiditis; the predisposing factors of this association, however, are not commonly described. These patients typically present multiple perforations of the tympanic membrane, an ear discharge, and progressive hearing loss. This diagnosis should be taken into account in patients that do not respond to routine therapy for fungal external otitis or bacterial otitis media. We describe two cases of patients with tuberculous otitis media.

Automatic Text Summarization is a data compression process to exclude unnecessary details and include important information of a source text document in a shorter version. In this paper, we have presented the concept of four different techniques for automatic text summarization. The synthesis of text provides automatically a summary of essential phrases and incorporates all the necessary information from the original content. One of the principal techniques is extractive and abstractive when seen from the summary findings. This report offers a comprehensive and thorough evaluation of the text summary studies published between 2008 and 2019. The findings of chosen studies for identification and analysis are published in 85 journals and conference articles describing study topics/trends, data sets, preprocessing, featural characteristics, procedures, methodologies, assessments and research challenge.

Mobile ad hoc network (MANET) is an autonomous system, where nodes are connected with each other through wireless links. Mobile ad hoc network topology is dynamic that can change rapidly because the nodes move freely and can organize themselves randomly therefore in a Mobile Ad-hoc Network usually seek the help of other intermediate nodes to establish communication channels. As a result network needs to have routing protocols which can adopt dynamically changing topology. To accomplish this, a number of ad hoc routing protocols have been proposed and implemented, which include ad hoc on-demand distance vector (AODV) routing. In this paper, different routing algorithms are to be discussed and measure the performance in Packet Delivery Fraction, Throughput and Round Trip Time with constant mobility. For the implementation purpose we have used Network Simulator-2 (NS-2).

The following article presents the results of research on the impact of machine learning in building a voice- controlled interface. The traditional music player requires human interaction to change the music track, this restricts the visually impaired from using the application. This project aims to develop an Ai-based music player mobile application, using Flutter and Alan API This allows the user to control the music via voice commands, allowing them to search for any song without having to touch the mobile screen. The idea is to minimize the touch interactivity between the user and the mobile. The application is built to run on both Android and iOS platforms.

The following article presents, building an augmented reality-based video player mobile application which allows user to control the video player functions through voice commands. This application will play any video in 3D by scanning and tracking an image called the "Target", where the video will be displayed virtually on the target. This application will use the inbuilt mobile camera to scan and track the target and the access to the mobile microphone to use the voice command functions. This application is developed using the Unity 3D software along with the Vuforia Engine support to develop AR experiences.
