Groundwater forms the main source of drinking water in the chronically drought affected Anantapuram district. Fluoride, considered as a major pollutant of groundwater is found in more than permissible limit of 1.5 mg/L (WHO, 2004) in drinking water sources in many parts of the district. A total of 204 Fluoride affected villages exist in the district. The district is a typical region showing endemic fluorosis caused by drinking water. The answer to the problem is to treat groundwater for drinking purposes. To address the issue of quality of drinking water, the Government of Andhra Pradesh has taken a policy decision to implement NTR Sujala Pathakam to provide treated Safe Potable Water of 20 litres for Rs. 2.00 to each household. The aim of the scheme is to set up water treatment plants to provide safe drinking water in all 13,000 panchayats in the State with service oriented motive on non- profit basis. But the scheme is confronted with various issues such as lack of financial sustainability, unscientific way of choosing the Water Plant locations, drying of water source, low quality unsafe water supply resulting in dead units. In this backdrop, the present paper attempts the impact of the scheme on Fuoride Endemic villages of Anantapuram district.

Solo (scientific name Rhodiola Rosea) extract has many health benefits and considered safe with low risk of side effects on the recommended dose. The solo extract is a mediator interaction with several molecular networks of neuroendocrine-immune and neurotransmitter receptor systems involved with the pathophysiology of depression. It is having so many preventive particles like Antiaging, Anti-inflammation, Immune stimulation, DNA repair, Anti-cancer, and also other different model systems of time generated diseases. In European Research, it was found that it stimulates the nervous system, decreases depression, enhances working performance, eliminates fatigue, preventing oxygen shortage problems of the human body, and also prevent high altitude sickness. In Russian Research, it was found that it can increase resistance on so many chemical, biological and physical stressors; it can help humans as antidepressants, Anti-cancer, Cardio-protective, immune enhancement, and stimulate the central nervous system. It is also useful for poor appetite, irritability, hypertension, headache, and fatigue. The solo extract might help and Protect cells from Dengue, regulate heartbeat, improve memory, and immune system of the body. It is also useful in lowering blood sugar and blood pressure; therefore should be consumed with the caution of instant fall of blood pressure and also instantly reduced sugar level.

Groundwater is considered to be vast resource of Indian sub-continent. From several years, Ground water has b exploited for domestic, agriculture and other uses like industries etc. Due to unplanned industrialization, urbanization has led to the untreated waste contamination for ground water. The level of the fluoride content is rapidly increasing in ground water due to certain expedition. The current study presents the adaptive method named electro-coagulation which helps in the removal of the fluoride from the water. From the research, it was studied that the complete removal of the fluoride from ground water possible to 99.5%. The purpose of this paper was to understand how the electro-coagulation method has been an effective and cheap method for the fluoride removal in ground water. The approach was to assemble the fundamental equations of the electro-coagulation in electrolysis of the ground water. Exceeding the level of fluoride content gave rise to skeletal flurosis in the human body. The parameters that are undertaken are concentration of the fluoride, distance between the electrodes and pH and applied voltage where constituent of fluoride removed from the groundwater is examined in the study. It has been observed that at concentration of 1, 5, 10 mg/L of fluoride solution were prepared by mixing proper amount of sodium fluoride with tap water. At pH 5.5 the effective results are obtained and revealed that the removal capacity of the fluoride through electrodes that are kept at distance of 1 cm can obtained an effective results.

Low back pain is one of the working womens perennial problems, a malady as widespread as the common cold, as painful and the times as crippling as a stroke. With the reference of the studies, this article explains Maharasana Yogic Exercise can help to relieve from low back pain problems among working women. It may help to check any imbalance in muscular development, movement of vertebrae and will enable both mind and body to function more efficiently. Practicing of yogic exercise, release physical tension and improve concentration, poise to free from body pain and strengthens the muscles. Yogic exercise limbs balanced, strong and relaxed. This yogic exercise improves flexibility, provides good balance and movement of vertebrae. Yogic exercise can help for low back pain sufferers to relax and replenish their energy. It also promotes calm, clear thinking even in situations that call for fast reaction. This article summarizes the Maharasana Yogic Exercises as an alternative solution and home remedy for low back pain problems.

Cryptography is the study of techniques in secured communication. Cryptanalysis is the art of breaking encoded data. Mathematical techniques are used to encrypt and decrypt data. In recent research various integral transform based cryptographic techniques were studied. In this paper, we give an encryption and decryption algorithm based on Tarig transformation and congruence modulo. Affine cipher technique is used in the proposed algorithm.

Diabetes is a hormonal disorder that impairs the bodys ability to process blood glucose, due to which insulin blood glucose level is disturbed in the body, resulting in upliftment or limiting the glucose concentration. The system of biosensors can help in glucose monitoring and control the problem of diabetes, for this purpose contact lens biosensors can be used. As diabetes has become a significant global challenge affecting 382 million people in the world therefore this system is an unmet medical need. Biosensors are analytical systems that transform a biological response into an electrical signal. Biosensors are highly specific and are combination of detecting elements like transducer and sensor system. Various types of biosensors are being used as DNA Biosensors, Immuno biosensors, Piezoelectric biosensors, Optical biosensors, Wearable biosensors and more. In this paper, contact lens biosensors and their usage in glucose monitoring is discussed. Other advantages and future scope of the biosensors have also been highlighted, therefore contact lens biosensors can play a major role in controlling the diabetes in patients and regular monitoring of glucose ca n be done at regular interval which can be visualized on smart phones.

By and large, with recent technological advancement along with factors such as shortage of labor, water scarcity, higher demand for efficient farming from a limited piece of land. The need for repetitive tasks has increased in the field of agriculture. PLC demonstrates its Software and Hardware implementation in Automated Irrigation Process. Visualization or a Human Machine Interface is made to control and monitor the entire process from one location. It is designed for water level and flow control using moisture sensor, float level sensor, solenoid valve. It uses electronic controller which is programmed to receive the input signal varying moisture condition of the soil through the moisture sensor which acts as interface between the field and controller. Once controller receives the signal, it generates an output that drives a relay for operating the water pump. An LCD is also interfaced to the controller to display status of soil moisture content and water pump operating status. The result shows that sandy soils require less water than loamy soils and clay soils require most water for irrigation.

Marketplaces have been a place of social interaction, a rich repository of the architecture of its time, as the main center of progress around which the development took place. The marketplace has always been an integral part of the community and residential area; it has been the oldest core of the city with newer development taking place around it. Historic marketplaces of India have a distinct architectural and cultural identity that is being destroyed by urban growth. This paper attempts to assess one such marketplace located in Mathura through modeling and assessment method developed by Mustafa Korumaz. The assessment is done on four parameters i.e. space authenticity, mass relation, old-new relation, and new building design approach. The resultant originality index shows the extent of the impact on building faade by building use. The study also recommends for adaptive uses of buildings in those areas.
