Hypertension and atherosclerosis are the predominant sources of cardiac illness worldwide. Apart from taking medicine, additional adjustments to diet and the utilization of herbaceous plants are important for addressing high blood pressure and atherosclerosis. Further drugs can be effective in controlling the elevation of blood pressure in patients. This article reviews herbal remedies to deal with high blood pressure, as well as examines the habits and diets that might help decreasing the severity of this condition. Hypertension is generally not characterized by signs or symptoms, but it can be very damaging for heart health. Among these habits, the DASH diet is a helpful approach for minimizing hypertension, while, from the plant world, several species have been regarded as having antihypertensive entities, such as Sesamum indicum, Rauwolfia serpentine, Raphanus sativus, Phyllanthus amarus, Linum usitatissimum, Lepidium latifolium, Desmodium styracifolium, Coleus forskohlii, Cassia occidentalis and Cassia absus. The benefits of each of these herbs and the chances of them offering an alternate to medicine for hypertension are described in this article.

The world's population is growing at an accelerating rate, and the loss of natural energy resources threatens the sustainability of food and energy supplies as well as the environment. Due to the increasing demand for agricultural products, which results from the rapid increase in urbanization, it has become essential to find a method to increase agricultural productivity by using various means to increase agricultural yields. Thus, using biofertilizers is now considered an environmentally viable strategy. Biofertilizers improve soil health and plant growth, particularly in terms of their role in the nitrogen cycle and soil nutrient characteristics. The present study aims to investigate the impact of biofertilizers like Pseudomonas fluorescens on the growth and development of fenugreek plants (Trigonella foenum-graecum). Various growth parameters, including the germination index, shoot length, root length, and leaf count, were measured and compared with respect to different concentrations of the biofertilizer treatments compared to the control. From the study, it shows that using Pseudomonas fluorescens biofertilizer could improve the growth of fenugreek.

Background - Posture is the orientation or alignment of the human body and can be either static or dynamic. FHP results in an extended head position and flexion of the upper cervical vertebrae and lower cervical vertebrae. This increases the length of the external moment (shoulder) by moving the center of gravity (head) forward along the load bearing axis. Head and shoulder posture malalignments are caused by imbalances in the muscles surrounding the shoulder and upper chest. Due to such adverse effects of FHP, there was a need to assess the prevalence of forward head posture to prevent future complications in the general population. Methodology - The study was Cross sectional (Observational) study. The study was done in nearby area. The sampling technique was purposive. The sampling size was 60.Study duration was 6 months. Inclusion criteria of individuals were between age group 25-50.Both male and female without any musculoskeletal disease or disorder, any systemic disease or surgery before 6 months. Result - In this study 60 participants were evaluated in which 35 were female and 25 were male. Among 35 female 27 were having FHP & 8 were non FHP. Among 25 male 14 had FHP & 11 were not FHP. In this study, total 41 had FHP 19 were not FHP. Conclusion - The study concluded that prevalence of forward head posture was found to be high amongst IT workers.

This study investigates the complex relationships between oil price, trade openness, climate variability, and food inflation in India. Using econometric techniques, we examine the impacts of oil price shocks, trade liberalization, and climate variability on food inflation in India. Our findings suggest that oil price shocks and climate variability significantly contribute to food inflation, while trade openness plays a crucial role in mitigating these effects. The study highlights the importance of policymakers considering these factors when implementing policies to manage food inflation and ensure food security in India. The research contributes to the ongoing debate on the interlinkages between energy, trade, climate, and food security, providing valuable insights for policymakers and researchers alike.

Successful management of furcation perforations poses a challenge for a clinician. The perforation can result from iatrogenic causes, caries or resorption. It is advisable to repair the perforation as soon as it is identified, since any delay allows the bacterial ingress leading to a complicated endodontic-periodontal lesion and ultimately in the treatment failure. This case report describes successful management of a furcal perforation in a mandibular first molar, which was repaired using Biodentine. The endodontic treatment was completed and the tooth was coronally restored with composite followed by full coverage restoration. Two years follow up of the case showing absence of pain; periradicular healing of the lesion, along with functional tooth stability indicated a successful outcome of endodontic treatment and sealing the perforation using Biodentine.
