 Abstract

Due to increase in industrialization, population and urbanized societies, the world is facing problem of wastewater management. Every day, effluent generated from various activities from various wastewater generating sources and these are the main cause of pollution in receiving body. Contaminant, which is usually present in wastewater in many forms, is known to be toxic for aquatic life as well as human life. Some of these pollutants are pathogenic microorganisms, phosphorus and nitrogen, heavy metals, organic matter. The main sources of microbial contaminants in wastewater are human and animal wastes. Also, the presence of these phosphorus and nitrogen in excess amount could lead to the eutrophication of water sources. As there are many negative effects of untreated wastewater on aquatic life, environment, ecology and human life, a number of processes are in place for the treatment of wastewater effluents before discharge into receiving water bodies.

 Abstract

Medical Image Processing Modern three-dimensional (3-D) medical imaging offers the potential and promise for major advances in science and medicine as higher fidelity images are produced. Due to advances in computer aided diagnosis and continuous progress in the field of computerized medical image visualization there is need to develop one of the most important fields within scientific imaging. There are number of types of cancers exist out of that lung cancer is one of the most common cancers. Cancer patients are increasing day by day due to the lifestyle of people. In both man and women lung cancer has become the second most common cancer which causes death. From the early basis report on cancer patients it has been seen that more number of people die of lung cancer than from other cancers such as colon, breast and prostate cancers combined. Lung cancer are related to smoking (or secondhand smoke), or less often to exposure to radon or other environmental factors that�s why this can be prevented. But still it is not yet clear if these cancers can be prevented or not. In this research work, approach of segmentation, feature extraction and CNN will be applied for locating, characterizing cancer portion.

 Abstract

Being one of the developing countries of the world and status of becoming 2nd largest economy in the world it is hard to believe that gender Inequalities still persist in country like India and patriarchy system in Indian society where male are considered more than the females this is one of the root cause of gender based Inequality in India .This Inequality of female gender is seen in terms of Education ,Health, Employment and various opportunities etc. Many steps were taken by government and other non-governmental organization to improve Gender based Inequality problems but still there is large scope for it. In this paper we have discussed about problems of Gender Inequality in India and the factors which are responsible for it and comparison of status of gender Inequality in 2 different zones of India: North and North East Region by comparing different data like Percentage share of female population in total population and sex ratio-2011, Gender gap in Literacy rate of different states in India, total percentage of anemic women in different states ,percentage of women elector and voters turn out in different states of India and total participation of women in legislative assembly all this data helps in knowing status of women in different regions and level of gender Inequality in a particular region of India.

This paper is about a technology that provides quick placement management system in college unlike the traditional system where students as well as TPO may face many problems like insufficient details, less security, problems with manual working etc. The purpose of the Placement Management System website is to overcome the disadvantages of traditional placement system. It enables the end users to register online through their CMSys(College Management System) account which is a website of college created for attendance, term test marks, etc., read and apply for the company of their choice and get frequent updates regarding the placements from college TPO. There is no chance of missing the placement opportunity updates. The college placement officers will not have to get the separately collect information of every student. It will automatically be updated when the student registers. The project is basically a website which can be easily accessed through mobile on the go.

 Abstract

Today banks are dealing with several challenges including global competition for Deposits, Loans, and underwriting fees, increasing customer demands, shrinking profit margins: and need to keep up with the new technologies. Banks have realized the importance of Customer Relationship Management (CRM) and its potential to help them to acquire new customers, retain existing ones, and maximize their lifetime value. Banks has realized that CRM is the only solution to help them to maintain a long term relationship with their customers. On the other hand, maintaining relationships with customers also requires strong coordination between different departments at the bank viz., IT, Sales, Service, Support, and Marketing. CRM came from the origins and is based on the principles of Relationship marketing which is considered as one of the key departmental areas of modern marketing and the one which generated great research interest over several years. CRM came in to existence when banking institutions have started to become more and more competitive. The focus of CRM increased banks abilities to understand the customers� current needs more precisely and also helped them to understand their customers behaviors, such as what they have done in the past , and what they plan to do in the future. Such practice helped banks to design strategies based on each customer�s preference in order to meet their customer�s needs.  Abstract

The purpose of this document is to summarize the literature on perverse sidewalks, highlight current trends in research and industry and recommend future areas of research and development. Permeable pavement with a base and sub-base that allow rainwater to move across the surface. The goal is to control rainwater at the source, reduce runoff, reduce costs and improve water quality by filtering contaminants in the substrate layers and increasing the level of groundwater, thus a way to collect rainwater . As we know in Kanpur, fly ash is generated in large quantities in thermal power plants. The removal of fly ash also represents a serious socio-economic problem. Therefore, the use of fly ash up to 10-30% in place of cement can overcome this problem. The use of fly ash will reduce construction costs and also solve the problem of disposal. Porous flooring is a unique and effective means of meeting growing environmental needs. By capturing rainwater and allowing it to penetrate the ground, this flooring technology creates more efficient use of the soil by eliminating the need for retention ponds, surfboards and other expensive rainwater management devices.
