Wireless health monitoring system is a concept to realize the advancements in health monitoring systems of human beings as people now a day are suffering from a lot of diseases. In this monitoring system, people can get their pulse rate, body temperature & glucose level being checked by just placing their finger/ hand as per the requirement by respective sensors. In our project we have designed an electronic system to measure the basic yet important body parameters which get affected / changed while suffering from any disease. The respective sensors have been putted in the system for the monitoring of the same. Here the non- invasive technique is being used in the device, which offers simple yet effective means of measurement. Mainly non invasive technology is used to free the patient from pain of finger pricking, each time the glucose measurement is being made. Glucose content in the blood is measured through communication between optical source (LED) and optical detector (Photo detector) card provided in the device .The total cost of the system is not much and is affordable to all class of people. This will give advantage to avoid the time delay in diagnosis of the minor and major health problems. Nowadays people are looking forward for a system that can satisfy their needs more comprehensively. Most of the existing systems are looking for any device or subsystem that enhances the experience of the patient. In traditional systems, the measurement, being made, is poorer. This project aims to innovate the techniques& methodologies so as to improve the diagnosis experience of people. Todays era is said to be the world of technology. So many efforts have been taken to adopt information and communication to enhance the experience. This paper highlights some of the limitations of the conventional systems based on invasive measurement techniques & elucidates the advantages of using the non-invasive techniques.

This study is aimed to assess the groundwater excellence within the Rooma, Kanpur, Utter Pradesh, India. Fifteen groundwater samples were collected and investigated for diverse geochemical parameter viz, pH, total dissolved solids (TDS), total hardness (TH), cations and anions, electrical conductivity, bicarbonate (HCO3-), chloride (Cl-), sulphate (SO42-), fluoride (F-), calcium (Ca2+), magnesium (Mg2+), sodium (Na+) and potassium (K+). The results are evaluated and compared with WHO and BIS water quality standards. Piper trilinear diagram for geochemical classification indicates 44% and 60% groundwater and surface water samples of Ca2+-Na+-HCO3- type and 29% belong to Na+-HCO3- type. Wilcox diagram, sodium adsorption ratio (SAR), percent sodium (Na%), residual sodium carbonate and permeability index which indicate that majority of groundwater samples are useful for irrigation purposes. The groundwater of the study region is neutral to slightly alkaline nature. On the basis of TDS, all the samples are within the range of desirable to permissible for drinking and agriculture purpose.

The commercial areas at the city centers have many historical, urban, architectural, economic and social values. Commercial streets are among the most significant components of the architectural heritage of cities owing to their sustained organic development. Nevertheless, in the light of recent accelerated advances, many of them have lost their significance and been subject to other informal applications, sacrificing their historic identity. The aim of this study is to identify the urban issues and to expose the value of maintaining conventional commercial streets because the identity of communities depends on them. This analysis supports to formulate an approach that encourages urban identity while designing these streets; it should rely on the values and standards of maintaining history, saving traditional places and ensuring their integrity and profit not only to their consumers but to all residents. The most effective strategies and approaches for coping with metropolitan centers should be implemented, which can be Urban Renewal, Regeneration, Redevelopment, Conservation, Rehabilitation, Revitalization etc. Revitalization works with damaged urban environments by rejuvenating them in a manner that retains their social character. This combines policies and approaches related to urban regeneration, splitting the handling of urban fabric into three parts. The first examines what needs to be preserved and adapts or restores in order to fulfill its task; the second requires a total reconstruction of something which has lost its economic and historic value, and the third requires comprehensive revitalization.

In Deep Learning Hand Writing Recognition got lot of attention. Optical Character Recognition (OCR) and Handwritten Character Recognition (HCR) has specific domain to apply. Disparate techniques have been proposed to for character recognition in handwriting recognition system. Despite the fact, sufficient studies and papers describes the techniques for converting textual content from a paper document into machine readable form. In coming days, character recognition system might serve as a key factor to create a paperless environment by digitizing and processing existing paper documents. To classify an individual handwritten word so that handwritten text can be translated to a digital form. We used two main approaches to accomplish this task: classifying words directly and character segmentation. First, we use Convolutional Neural Network (CNN) with various architectures to train a model that can accurately classify words. Next, we use Long Short Term Memory networks (LSTM) with convolution to construct bounding boxes for each character. We then pass the segmented characters to a CNN for classification, and then reconstruct each word according to the results of classification and segmentation. This paper presents a detailed review in the field of Handwritten Character Recognition

Computer Vision is the discipline under a broad area of Artificial Intelligence which teaches machines to see. From the biological science point of view, its aims are to come up with computational models of the human visual system. From the engineering point of view, computer vision aims to build autonomous systems which could perform some of the tasks which the human visual system can perform (and even surpass it in many cases). we see a major resurgence of interest in how machines see and how computer vision can be used to build products for consumers and businesses. Few examples of such applications are- Amazon Go, Google Lens, Autonomous Vehicles, and Face Recognition. The goal of computer vision is to understand the content of digital images. Typically, this involves developing methods that attempt to reproduce the capability of human vision. [1] The purpose of this paper to brief about the technique behind the computer vision using Data Science. [2]

Kerala acclaimed as one of the most preferred tourism destination had bagged the prime international recognition when it was conferred with the top United Nations Award, UNWTO Ulysses Award, for Innovation in Public Policy and Governance for their Responsible Tourism initiative in the year 2013. The Rural women as a part of Kudumbashree played a massive role in transforming Kumarakom to a Responsible Tourism destination. Responsible Tourism through Kudumbashree empowered rural women and enable women entrepreneurs to address various social problems which leads to sustainable development. Empowered women and women entrepreneurs played a vital role in survival of poor households; Responsible Tourism in Kumarakom was successful in recognizing their initiative as an important strategy for sustainable development. Responsible tourism lead to many women entrepreneur finding opportunities to start a small scale production that match their skills and competence. Responsible Tourism programme in Kumarakom has acted as a catalyst for fostering and creating women entrepreneurs in solving the societal problems. Case study method is used in the study to investigate the contemporary social phenomena of real life in their natural setting. This case study showcases the successful role played by rural women and entrepreneurs as a part of Kudumbashree in transforming Kumarakom into a Responsible Tourism destination. The study assess how Responsible Tourism was successful in building up community based social entrepreneurs and empowerment activities in addressing societal issues. This paper also examines the various economic, social and environmental responsibilities adhered to by these entrepreneurs in sustainable tourism development.

Restorative justice maintenances the damage caused by corruption when victims, offender and community member meet and decide how to resolve this problem by the method of transforming offenders. This can be achieved by not giving by the deterrent punishment but restoration of offenders. Restorative justice is in place for last thirty-five years and it is implemented in fifty different countries across the world. Its a theory which emphasize repairing the harm caused by criminal behaviour to the whole society and it include all the stake holder for example police, judiciary, victim ,family, society etc. the theory transform people from revenge to compensation it helps to reduce repeating of offence by offender and it is process from criminal justice to restorative justice. In this process of legal system of India, restorative justice helps in criminal victim mediation and reduces stress and traumatic related harm to the victim. This theory also provide both victim and offender satisfaction that actual justice is done by process of restoration.
