Introduction: Chronic leg wounds are one of the chronic physical illnesses the burden of these lesions is a challenge to the health care services. Various disturbances that occur due to chronic leg wounds are pain, day- to- day struggle, recurrence, difficulty in mobility, dressing, bandages, and frequent hospitalization. The stress produced by the physical complaints and immobility of the chronic leg wound have an impact on the quality of life. Aim: To assess the impact of chronic leg and foot ulcer and relationship between the quality of life, Psychological distress and depression. Data were collected by using Cardiff wound impact schedule (CWIS), Kesslers Psychological Distress Scale and Beck Depression Inventory-II .Results: Chronic leg and foot ulcer produce low quality of life, Severe Psychological Distress and Moderate Depression .The r value depicted that there is negatively moderate correlation between quality of life and Distress, depression. Conclusion: Impact of chronic leg and foot ulcer equally affects the physical and mental health of the person apart from all other factors, and also increases the risk of psychological distress and depression.

Supercritical Circulating Fluidized Bed (CFB) boiler is becomes an important development trendsetter for coal-fired power plant. In this Paper, a simple boiler and a CFB boiler are compared for the better heat transfer performance. The 3D modeling of simple boiler and CFB boiler is done in Pro/Engineer and Heat transfer analysis is done in Ansys cfd. The material used for boiler is steel. In this Paper, it is to be replaced with copper and brass. Thermal analysis is done to verify the better heat transfer rate by comparing simple and CFB boilers and better material.

The work here started with manufacturing a glass fibre composite with E-glass fibre and epoxy resin using hand layup process. The fibre was placed in an eight layered structure and compressed to form the composite. Thus formed campsites basic parameters such as density youngs modulus and poisons ratio are calculated. These values are feeded in as the material properties of the sample designed for testing in an analysis software. On this sample tensile and bending tests are conducted virtually and the results of these test are compared with the results of other materials. Based on the comparison of these results the differences in the composites and other materials is established.

This paper proposes solar water pumping system that gives better full load efficiency by employing permanent magnet synchronous motor (PMSM). PMSM has the ability to maintain full torque at low speeds. The system uses a Photovoltaic Generator, boost dc-dc converter, three phase VSI, three phase permanent magnet synchronous motor and a pump. Boost converter which is controlled by using Fuzzy logic in order to obtain Maximum power point tracking. Direct torque control space vector modulation is designed to inverter for supplying the PMSM to control motors torque.

IoT is a recently fast-growing technology .Now a days IoT plays a vital role in our day to day life. IoT becomes an essential part of human life. In the future millions of things should be connected to the internet. IoT comes in all over fields like industry, home automation, electric vehicle, traction, agriculture, medical field, etc. This paper deals with continuous monitoring parameters of induction motor and speed control of Induction Motor. In that monitoring parameters are as voltage, current, speed and temperature. Induction Motor monitoring parameters help in the maintenance of motor before the occurrence of any type of faults and avoids the interruptions of delay in production. If any fault occurs motor should automatically be disconnected from the supply by using IoT. Also, reliability of motor can be maintained by continuous monitoring Induction Motor. In many applications variable speed operation is required hence control the speed of Induction Motor as per our requirement.

ABSTRACT- Development of any region depends economic condition of the region. Most of the rural areas of our country depends on different types of agriculture for their livelihood. Assam is the highest producer of Tea in our country India. In Assam Tingkhong taluk of Dibrugarh district contributed a huge amount of tea to the total production of the state. Here a huge amount of young people self established by making small tea gardens. Due to the global pandemic COVID-19 ,when whole country was fully shutdown these small tea growers of Assam affected badly. Along with them some others like daily wages workers and enterprise associated with the tea sector also affected. This paper is trying to concentrate on the financial loss and other affects of LOCKDOWN in grass level to the National level economy

Here the main propose of having the project on networks is to know about the small things that are used to set up the networks & have to install the networks & make connections with the ISP & setup the firewall along with security tools on the main server. Though it helps to build the networks & help to run the software of the organization fluently. Given the permission to access the networks anywhere of the world.

Diabetes mellitus is a big issue on the human society that covers a lot of people in the world wide. Many patients are suffering from T2DM (Type 2 Diabetes Mellitus) and all patients who are suffering from the (T1DM) (Type 1 Diabetes Mellitus) requires the administration of insulin to maintain the blood glucose levels. There are a number of methods to subcutaneously deliver the insulin such as insulin pen, insulin pump, jet injector, transdermal patches and inhaled insulin. Inhaled insulin delivery method was first approved non-invasively. This review article focuses on the types of insulin delivery devices and on different possible types of insulin delivery devices.

ABSTRACT A novel virus, servere acute respiratory syndrome coronavirus-2 (SARS-CoV-2), causing severe acute respiraratory syndrome expanded globally from Wuhan City, Hubei Province, China at the end of 2019. At the beginning of 2020 this virus expands in about 114 countries of the world, and World Health Organization (WHO) declared the SARS-CoV-2 virus a global pandemic in 11th March 2020. In this descriptive review we describe the existing literature with regard to Corona Virus Disease 2019 (COVID-19) epidemiology, pathophysiology, diagnosis, management and future perspective. This review represents a picture of the current status, especially on public health impact, pathophysiology and clinical manifestation, diagnosis, preparedness and emergency response.
