In today's automobile industry, leaf springs are commonly use in heavy-duty vehicles. A leaf spring is a simple form of spring commonly used as a suspension in wheeled vehicles. Fatigue is responsible for 90% of the failures that occur in an industry. Fatigue testing equipment is used to determine the fatigue life or fatigue strength of a material. Mechanical Engineering students are having a hard time visualizing on how manufacturers determine the fatigue strength of a leaf spring. This is because the professors only teach the concepts and theories about leaf spring, and there is no actual representation on how the testing of leaf spring really works. So are tried to develop prototype leaf spring fatigue testing machine using pneumatic cylinder and microcontroller. With the help of this machine, we can measure fatigue life cycle of testing leaf spring.

Partition of India in 1947 and the drawing of the administrative lines of control: Radcliffe Lines which gave birth of two independent nationalities: the Republic of India and the Republic of Pakistan had its grim aftermath too especially in the border line localities of both the countries. This appeared massively in Indian literature written in English as well as in other languages like Bengali, Gujarati, Hindi, Punjabi, Marathi and others, but a cinematic representation of the Partition has its special attraction for the viewers. And among all the Indian films based on the Partition of 1947, Srijit Mukherji's Rajkahini (2015) is an exceptional filmic representation not because he has depicted the bleak and bloody history of the Partition, but because he has singularly represented the Partition and politics of the Radcliffe Lines on the backdrop of a whorehouse and the miserable lives of its eleven women inmates most of whom are in the flesh trade. The present paper proposes to find out some of these politics.

This paper is evaluating performance of three supervised machine learning algorithms such as SVM (Support Vector Machine), Random Forest and Decision Tree. Machine learning algorithms will be used to detect whether request data contains normal or attack (anomaly) signatures. Now-a-days all services are available on internet and malicious users can attack client or server machines through this internet and to avoid such attack request IDS (Network Intrusion Detection System) will be used, IDS will monitor request data and then check if it contains normal or attack signatures, if contains attack signatures then request will be dropped. IDS will be trained with all possible attacks signatures with machine learning algorithms and then generate train model, whenever new request signatures arrived then this model applied on new request to determine whether it contains normal or attack signatures. In this paper we are evaluating performance of three machine learning algorithms such as SVM , Random Forest and Decision Tree .To avoid all attacks IDS systems has developed which process each incoming request to detect such attacks and if request is coming from genuine users then only it will forward to server for processing, if request contains attack signatures then IDS will drop that request and log such request data into dataset for future detection purpose. To detect such attacks IDS will be prior train with all possible attacks signatures coming from malicious user's request and then generate a training model. Upon receiving new request IDS will apply that request on that train model to predict it class whether request belongs to normal class or attack class. To train such models and prediction various data mining classification or prediction algorithms will be used.

The goal of the current study was to find out how practicing yoga poses affected the flexibility of Drug Addicts. To accomplish the study's goal, thirty Drug Addicts were chosen from Drug Rehabilitation Shimla, Himachal Pradesh. The subject's age ranges from 20-30 years. The individuals that were chosen were randomly assigned to one of two groups: the experimental group or the control group, both of which were composed of 15 persons each. The experimental group participated in a six-week yoga asana practice program. Throughout the trial, there was no training provided to the control group. In this study, flexibility acted as a criteria variable. Flexibility of the chosen participants was evaluated using the sit-and-reach test. The pre-test was administered prior to the training period, and the post-test was administered right afterward following the six week training session. Methodology of Statistics, The means of both the experimental and control groups were compared before and after the intervention using the t-test. When compared to the control group, the experimental group experienced greater increases in flexibility as a result of the Yogasana practice that was given to them.

Online Assessment Evaluation which supports (primarily in higher education) paper - based examination and makes it easier, more comfortable and speed up the whole process while making keeping every single positive attribute of it but also reducing the number of negative aspects. The approach significantly differ from the ones used in the previous 10+ years which were implemented in a such a way that they could not reproduced and replace the traditional based paper examination model. The heart of the article relies on the most important element of the software which is the image processing flow. The way of conducting testing the knowledge of a person using Multiple Choice Questions (MCQ) has been increased gradually. In education institutes (like schools and colleges) it more common now days having test using multiple choice questions. Even in conducting interviews it is used. Current day scenario is either using OMR technology to correct the test or manually. In real time it is quite difficult to have OMR at all the time and manually it is highly taking the time to correct and it may give you the error. We address this issue, in our proposed system we using digital image processing technique to correct the answer using multiple choice questions in python. We are here using Open Source Computer Vision Library (Open CV) to process and correct the answer. Python is the best language to implement this concept with the available Open CV library.

In many populations, multivitamin/mineral supplements (MVM) are commonly used. MVM is specifically advised for pregnant women to improve the outcome of birth, lower low birth weight and miscarriage rates, and to supplement iron and folic acid. However, the general population frequently uses MVM. This raises questions regarding the safety of using these supplements over an extended period of time. We searched the literature for randomised, controlled studies on dietary supplements containing at least nine vitamins and three minerals with a maximum concentration of 100% of the recommended dietary allowance to determine the safety of MVM use. We discovered nine papers analysing the usage and effectiveness of MVM in healthy people and pregnant women, as well as six studies in the elderly where side effects were observed. The prevalence of cancer is steadily rising and is quickly spreading around the world. Doxorubicin HCl was the first liposomal-encapsulated anticancer medication to earn clinical approval against cancers such as solid tumours, transplantable leukaemias, and lymphomas. The goal of this article is to give a general overview of doxorubicin's role in cancer treatment. The doxorubicin- containing liposome in pegylated liposomal doxorubicin has a coating of polyethylene glycol (PEG) due to the pegylation procedure. To address the issues with earlier formulations, non- pegylated liposomal doxorubicin (NPLD) was created. With its innovative drug delivery technology, Nudoxa (NPLD) offers the advantage of pegylated liposomal doxorubicin without the main adverse effect of hand foot syndrome.

The Aim of present work is to asses the reliability of alternator winding which being the most fundamental element of Alternator. A mathematical model for time based assessment of reliability is developed. The model has been tested on the alternator winding and results summarized. Also due to continuous duty of alternator the alternator winding is left to undergo sustained increase in temperature which in turn is responsible for degradation in quality of insulation. When the degradation of insulation at a particular time falls below a threshold level the alternator winding is considered to lose reliability and it no more remains serviceable.

There has been a lot of work done to understand transferrin-mediated iron uptake since it was identified more than 50 years ago. Our understanding, however, did not significantly develop until the discovery and characterisation of a number of new iron homeostasis-related genes, including the hemochromatosis protein HFE and the iron transporter DMT1. Internalisation of the combination of iron-bound transferrin and the transferrin receptor, which is adversely regulated by HFE, a protein associated with hereditary hemochromatosis, is a significant mechanism for cellular iron uptake. Because of the endosome's acidic pH, iron is liberated from transferrin and then transferred to the cytosol by DMT1. The iron is subsequently either stored in ferritin or used as a cofactor by heme and ribonucleotide reductase. In addition to iron, numerous other metal ions of therapeutic and diagnostic value can bind to transferrin at the iron sites, and many cells can recognise these transferrin complexes. As a result, transferrin has been described as a "delivery system" for both detrimental and beneficial metal ions into cells. The active targeting of anticancer medications, proteins, and genes to primary proliferating malignant cells that overexpress transferrin receptors has also made extensive use of transferrin as a targeting ligand. The natural advantages of enterprises in the capital, technology and types of equipment shall make them great potential in managing disasters. Prevention and mitigation efficiently is completely the responsibility of the government. With that, it is the government which has to ensure that the enterprises also join their hands in preventing the disaster or managing it so that the government can be relieved out of the pressure of responsibility to some extent. This paper shows how enterprises join their hands to curb these disasters and even take measures to help those suffering from them. It even introduces the role played by them. This paper analyses the legal, social and economic responsibility of the government in making enterprises participate in managing disasters. The paper shows the deficiencies the enterprises cause during disaster management and the role of government in bringing a compulsion upon the enterprises to manage the disaster when necessary.
