Educational institutions increasingly require scalable and intelligent digital platforms to manage student enquiries, admissions, fee processing, and academic workflows. Traditional monolithic systems often suffer from limitations in scalability, maintainability, and deployment flexibility. This paper presents AcaemiaX, a cloud-based enterprise student management platform developed using React, ASP.NET Core, PostgreSQL, and Docker. The system adopts a microservices-inspired architecture to separate functionalities such as authentication, enquiry management, student lifecycle management, admissions, payments, and analytics. The platform supports multi-branch educational institutions with role-based access control and secure JWT authentication. The proposed system consists of a React-based frontend, ASP.NET Core REST APIs, and a PostgreSQL relational database containing seventeen interconnected entities. Docker containerization provides portability and simplified cloud deployment. Experimental evaluation demonstrates efficient response time, improved scalability, enhanced security, and ease of maintenance compared to conventional monolithic systems.

Abstract: Interest in plant-based bioactive compounds has increased substantially in recent years, leading to extensive research on natural substances with antioxidant properties. Oxidative stress occurs when the generation of reactive oxygen species (ROS) exceeds the capacity of the body's antioxidant defense system. This condition is recognized as a major contributor to the onset and progression of several chronic diseases, such as cancer, diabetes, cardiovascular diseases, neurodegenerative disorders, and inflammatory conditions. As a result, medicinal plants containing antioxidant-rich phytochemicals have become important targets for the discovery of new therapeutic agents. Avicennia marina, commonly referred to as the grey mangrove, is a highly salt-tolerant mangrove species found throughout many tropical and subtropical coastal environments. Various parts of this plant have long been used in traditional medicine for treating a range of health-related conditions. Recent phytochemical studies have identified numerous bioactive constituents in Avicennia marina, including flavonoids, phenolic compounds, tannins, alkaloids, terpenoids, saponins, and glycosides. These compounds play a crucial role in the plant's antioxidant activity by neutralizing free radicals, chelating metal ions, reducing lipid peroxidation, and supporting the body's natural antioxidant defenses. Experimental studies have reported significant antioxidant activity in extracts prepared from different parts of the plant, including leaves, bark, and roots. In addition to its antioxidant effects, Avicennia marina has demonstrated several other biological activities, such as anti-inflammatory, antimicrobial, antidiabetic, hepatoprotective, and anticancer properties. These findings suggest that the plant possesses considerable therapeutic value and may serve as a promising source of naturally derived medicinal compounds. This review summarizes the current understanding of the phytochemical profile, antioxidant mechanisms, and therapeutic applications of Avicennia marina. Existing research emphasizes its importance as a rich source of natural antioxidants and highlights its potential for use in the development of phytopharmaceutical and nutraceutical products. Nevertheless, further investigations focusing on the isolation of active compounds, clarification of molecular pathways, and clinical evaluation are necessary to establish its full therapeutic potential and support future medical applications.

The marble processing industry generates a significant amount of waste in the form of slurry during cutting, grinding, and polishing operations. The improper disposal of this slurry has become a major environmental concern, particularly in developing regions, as it leads to land degradation, reduced soil permeability, airborne dust pollution, and contamination of surface and groundwater resources Central Pollution Control Board [7], Indian Bureau of Mines [13]. The accumulation of marble slurry adversely affects soil quality, agricultural productivity, and ecological balance. Marble slurry is primarily composed of calcium carbonate (CaCO?), along with minor amounts of silica, alumina, and trace metal oxides, which provide it with valuable physicochemical properties Gencel O. [5], Singh M. [8]. Its fine particle size, high surface area, and alkaline nature make it a potential resource for various environmental and industrial applications rather than a waste material. This study evaluates the utilization of marble slurry in construction materials, soil amendment, and environmental remediation. In construction applications, marble slurry can be used as a partial replacement for cement and fine aggregates, improving workability and reducing the consumption of natural resources Corinaldesi V. [6], Aliabdo A.A. [14]. Its use also contributes to lowering carbon emissions associated with cement production. In agricultural applications, marble slurry helps in neutralizing acidic soils, enhancing nutrient availability, and improving soil structure and water retention capacity Food and Agriculture Organization [9]. Furthermore, marble slurry exhibits significant adsorption capacity, enabling the immobilization of heavy metals through chemical precipitation and adsorption mechanisms Ahmad R. [17]. This makes it suitable for environmental remediation and wastewater treatment. The utilization of marble slurry supports sustainable development by reducing waste disposal, conserving natural resources, and promoting circular economy practices United Nations Environment Programme [11]. However, challenges such as variability in composition, presence of trace contaminants, lack of standardized processing techniques, and limited regulatory frameworks must be addressed for its large-scale application. Overall, marble slurry has significant potential as a cost-effective and eco-friendly material for diverse environmental and industrial uses.

Traditional classroom attendance methods are time-consuming, error-prone, and susceptible to proxy attendance. This paper presents an automated classroom attendance system that leverages deep learning-based facial recognition to address these limitations. The proposed system employs InsightFace with the Buffalo_L model--an ArcFace-based deep neural network--to detect faces in a classroom photograph, extract 512-dimensional face embeddings, and match them against a pre-built student embedding database using cosine similarity. A Flask-based web application provides a teacher-friendly interface for uploading classroom images, generating attendance records in CSV format, viewing attendance history, and monitoring cumulative attendance percentages. The system operates entirely on-premises without dependency on cloud APIs, making it deployable in resource-constrained institutional environments. The proposed approach eliminates proxy attendance, reduces manual effort, and provides actionable attendance analytics for educational administrators. Experimental evaluation demonstrates the effectiveness of the system in realistic classroom scenarios.

Women Empowerment is the process of making women capable of making their own decisions and making them financially stable. For many years, women have been subject to social injustice. They were denied equal opportunities, had no share in their father's property, and had no freedom to do whatever they wanted to. The major cause of these injustices was a lack of financial stability. For centuries, women have been dependent on male members of their family. One such intervention that has a crucial role in empowering women is the Self-Help Groups. A self-help group is a voluntary association of women in need, from the same socio-economic background, who come together to solve their problems through mutual support. It is typically an association of 10-20 women who deposit a fixed amount monthly in the group and help each other when needed .In the present study, a descriptive research design is used. For the collection of primary data, a structured questionnaire developed on the Likert Scale is used. The questionnaire is structured into several parts, each containing different information, such as respondents' demographics, how SHGs have affected their lives, and the impact of SHGs on women's empowerment. Our study used primary as well as secondary data for its purpose. The analysis led to the conclusion that the SHGs in Ranchi focus their operations on loans and savings. Thus, the SHG method has undoubtedly developed into a Powerful tool for raising the standard of living for the participating women. The conclusion of the study is summarised as the SHG programme has changed the attitudes of male family members who are now convinced of the idea of SHG and encourage women to attend Meetings.

The Vehicle-to-Everything (V2X) systems are the communication backbone in the smart city infrastructure, namely Vehicular Ad-hoc Networks (VANETs). These networks are, however, subject to wireless jamming attacks through the open wireless medium, which can affect safety-critical communications and could result in an "apocalypse," or catastrophe. This paper proposes a novel ensemble machine learning model based on the Random Forest (RF), Support Vector Machine (SVM), and Convolutional Neural Network (CNN) classifiers to effectively detect jamming attacks in VANETs. The proposed system extracts 42 traffic and signal-level features by DSRC communication between vehicles, and uses a weighted majority voting ensemble strategy for the fusion of the model predictions. The framework is validated with four different types of jamming attacks - constant, random, reactive and deceptive - in a simulated VANET environment with NS-3, SUMO. The ensemble model outperforms the individual classifiers and state-of-the-art methods with a detection accuracy of 98.7%, precision of 98.4%, a recall of 98.6% and F1-score of 98.5%. The proposed approach is found to be very suitable for real-time applications, with a low detection latency of 12.3ms which is very suitable for a smart city application in which low latency security is essential.

Mythological narratives have traditionally functioned as cultural instruments that reinforce gendered norms and patriarchal ideologies. Feminist revisionist mythmaking emerges as a literary strategy that reinterprets inherited myths from women's perspectives, recovering silenced voices and challenging androcentric representations. The study examines Saniya Inamdar's Panchaali: The Princess of Peace through Alicia Ostriker's theory of Feminist Revisionist Mythmaking. Adopting a qualitative textual and interpretive methodology, the study analyses five selected tenets of the theory: the confrontation and rectification of gender stereotypes, giving voice to the silenced female, the source myth as a partial and incomplete truth, challenging hegemonic patriarchal beliefs underlying source myths, and infusing myths with female knowledge and experience. The analysis demonstrates how Inamdar revises the Mahabharata by reconstructing Draupadi as an autonomous, reflective, and peace-oriented protagonist who resists patriarchal prescriptions and asserts her agency. Through the recovery of female subjectivity, the critique of patriarchal norms, and the incorporation of women lived experiences, the novel offers an alternative feminist vision of Draupadi that transcends conventional narratives of victimhood and revenge. The study concludes that Panchaali: The Princess of Peace exemplifies the transformative potential of feminist revisionist mythmaking and contributes to contemporary discussions on gender, mythology, agency, and literary revisionism.
