 Abstract

This research investigates the use of machine learning methods to examine the effect of atmospheric pollution on the global environment. By utilizing sophisticated algorithms, we aim to uncover patterns, trends, and relationships within extensive datasets pertaining to air quality and environmental health. Our strategy involves employing predictive models to evaluate the long-term effects of different pollutants on climate change, ecosystems, and human health. The findings highlight the capability of machine learning to offer deeper understanding of the intricate dynamics of atmospheric pollution and to support policy-making and mitigation efforts. The rapid progress of machine learning algorithms has improved the capacity to explore the chemical properties of various pollutants, analyze chemical reactions and their influencing factors, and simulate different scenarios. When integrated with data from multiple fields, machine-learning models become a potent resource for analyzing atmospheric chemical processes and assessing air quality management, warranting increased focus in the future. Six different machine-learning models are utilized to forecast air quality. Their results are assessed using standard metrics. The Random Forest model demonstrated the highest accuracy. This study emphasizes the capability of resource-constrained countries to predict air quality autonomously while they await larger datasets to enhance the accuracy of their predictions.

Recent progressions in Large Language Models (LLMs) have been introduced in a transformative time where text-based prompts can create exceedingly reasonable visual media, but this movement too raises significant moral concerns. This inquiry proposition digs into the moral measurements related to the LLM-based picture and video era, pointing to distinguish dangers, challenges, and relief methodologies inside this burgeoning field. The potential of LLMs, exemplified by models like GPT-4, to get it and create human-like content has been well-documented. In any case, their extension into visual media presents novel complexities. Manufactured pictures and recordings, whereas undefined from bona fide substance, can be misused for pernicious purposes such as spreading deception, unauthorized pantomime, and fortifying societal inclinations. These dangers emphasize the pressing requirement for moral requests and proactive intervention. Moreover, the legitimate scene encompassing LLM-generated substance is perplexing and advancing. Issues such as mental property rights, obligation for abuse, and building up responsibility systems pose significant challenges. Tending to these lawful contemplations is basic to guarantee dependable improvement and sending of LLM-based visual era technologies. This inquiry about the venture is propelled by the basic to fundamentally look at the moral suggestions inborn in LLM-driven visual media. By investigating these suggestions comprehensively, the ponder looks to offer unmistakable moderation procedures and moral systems that can direct the mindful improvement and sending of this innovation.  Abstract

ABSTRACT Background Essential new-born care is the care required by all neonates (first 28 days of life) whether they are born healthy, small or unwell. It includes appropriate preventive care, routine care, transition and care of sick and small babies. The success with which mortality and morbidity are prevented will depend to a large extent on the commitment and expertise of the health workers responsible for new-born care. Essential new born care includes: Immediate care at birth (delayed cord clamping, thorough drying, assessment of breathing, skin-to-skin contact, early initiation of breastfeeding) Thermal care. Resuscitation when needed. Support for breast milk feeding.

 Abstract

Birds are a dynamic species and natural bio-indicator of the richness of biodiversity of any area. Mixed vegetation of rivers, forest cover areas, and wetlands provide a suitable site for bird's habitat and it indicates ecosystem quality. Saran District is moderately healthy diversity and richness of bird species, which is a good indicator of ecosystem quality. Rivers and wetlands increase the number and diversity richness of bird species in Saran District. The diversity richness of bird species in Bihar and in Saran District is gifted and influenced by many green belt areas and rivers basin of Ganga River, Ghagra River, Gandak River, Bhagmati River, Kosi River, Mahananda River, and Daha River. Due to supporting environment, number of bird species and riparian bird species number are in moderate amount. Point count methods were laid out for counting the bird species richness. During the time period of survey, a total number of 158 species of birds belonging to 53 families, 20 orders have been recorded. Out of which 111 species were resident, 45 species were winter migratory birds, and only 2 species were summer migrant. Order Passeriformes show the highest number of bird species than order Accipithiformes. Family Corvidac and family Ardeidac shows the healthy number of populations. Family Psittacidac shows lower number of populations. Hence this study was to obtain diversity and richness of bird species in Saran district and to prepare a checklist of birds and to compare bird diversity.
