Cosmetics are the preparations which are used to beautify and enhance the human appearances. The aim of the present research was to formulate and evaluate the sandalwood and almond oil cold cream, prepared by using water in oil method for the purpose of nourishing, moistening and anti-aging the skin. The cold cream was prepared by using the Almond Oil and Sandalwood oil. Quality evaluation of the formulated product was assessed by using different evaluation methods. No change of the physical properties was observed in formulated cream. The formulated cream showed good consistency and spreadability, pH and viscosity, no evidence of phase separation was seen during study period of work. Stability parameters like visual appearance, nature, viscosity and fragrance of the formulated cream showed that there was no significant variation during the study period of research. The herbal extract containing cold cream gives the cooling and soothing effect due to slow evaporation of water present in the emulsion. The cold creams are more moisturizing as they provide an oily barrier which reduces the water loss from the stratum corneum, the outermost layer of the skin. They are water-in-oil emulsion and intended for application on skin or accessible mucous membrane to provide localized and sometimes systemic effect the site of application.

Sirohi is one of the smallest districts of Rajasthan and also a district among the scheduled areas of Rajasthan. Rajasthan is the home of so many tribal communities. Rajasthan is the 6th largest state of tribal population. Sirohi is mostly populated by the Garasia tribe. Mainly, they belong to Rajasthan and Gujarat (Tripathi, 2016, 113). The Garasia tribal community has gained a place of prominence in Indian culture due to their lifestyle and culture. The reference to their origin is yet uncertain as there are a lot of theories of their genesis. Some of them believe themselves as descendants of the Rajput community. Some consider themselves as Bhil. As per the Census 2011, total population of scheduled area is 64,63,353 out of which scheduled tribes population is 45,57,917 which is 70.43% of the total population of the Scheduled Area(census of India, 2011). It has been lacking socio-economic stability, the Adivasi community has been systematically marginalized for many years by the nexus of state and machineries of capitalism. There are different shades of orientation and beliefs among the academics and intellectual community. Some believed that the exploitation and atrocity against tribal communities are the after-effects of the colonial policies for forest and its products. Another chunk of scholars say that the exploitation has been documented after independence by the integration policies of the Indian state (Sabharwal, 1994, 65). Due to difficult and arduous geography and lack of economic opportunities, They are forced to migrate into nearby urban settings with a hope of a better life (Tripathi, 2016, 114). Ahmedabad is the nearest employment hub for these tribal migrant workers. Almost a substantial chunk of these workers are indulged in construction industries, hospitality industries and textile industries of the city. The focus of this paper is to investigate the work and migration pattern among Garasia tribes. The migration pattern leads to a cycle of exploitation for these tribal migrant workers and leads to the burden of this exploitation

In today's competitive landscape, where customer satisfaction and speed of service are paramount, it's crucial to provide efficient and user-friendly solutions. Restaurants, a vital part of our hospitality industry, traditionally rely on physical menu cards placed at each table. While this method is conventional, it has inherent disadvantages that often go unnoticed. Automation is a multidisciplinary technology that harnesses mechanical, electronic, and computer-based systems to control and optimize various aspects of our daily lives. In recent times, we have witnessed remarkable automation in different domains, from vending machines serving a range of hot and cold beverages and snacks to streamlined ticketing processes at railway stations. These innovations have significantly improved efficiency and user experience. Patrons must wait for a waiter's attention, and restaurant managers face challenges in keeping menu prices up-to-date and managing menu changes swiftly. Frequent menu updates can lead to increased costs. Despite the technological advancements seen in various sectors, the hotel and restaurant management industry has remained largely untouched by these innovations. The project outlined herein focuses on rectifying this gap by providing a solution that allows customers to seamlessly select items from a digital menu display. Orders are transmitted to the manager's computer digitally, ensuring efficient service delivery.Throughout this project, we have embarked on an iterative design cycle to develop an intuitive graphical user interface for our touch screen-based ordering system and display. This system promises to revolutionize restaurant operations and enhance the overall dining experience by leveraging the power of automation and technology

Today, there are various herbal shampoo available in the market and which are chemical based shampoo. Shampoo are majorly used for cleansing scalp but there are various side effects which are caused due to the use of synthetic chemical based shampoo. Hence to overcome risk problem we have formulated herbal shampoo which contain four active ingredients which plays a major role in an herbal shampoo. We have selected four drug i.e. Triphala, Shikakai, Bhringraj, and Sariva. This drug have numerous property which are all way beneficial for the hair. The formulation aspect of herbal shampoo depicted cleansing and conditioning of hair with less chemical compound to the synthetic shampoo product in the market. Our study also to evaluate the efficacy of herbal shampoo. This study employs the benefits of using herbal shampoo and replacing with chemical based shampoo. Herbal shampoo contains natural ingredients such as Triphala, Shikakai, Bhringraj, and Sariva enhance overall hair health. Different excipients used are Panthenol Vitamin b5 Polyquaternium-7, Decyl glucoside, Cocoamidopropyl Betaine, Sodium Methyl Cocyl Taurate, Mandarin Oil, Rosemary Oil, Magnesium Nitrate, Citric Acid, Guar Gum, Phenoxyethanol. Mild surfactants were used to mainly prevent drying of the scalp. Nine Batches were prepared in which starting 3 batches faced problems in viscosity and batch F4 and F5 lead to the formation of lumps. On standing at room temperature there was phase separation of gum from shampoo in Batch F6.During preparation of F7,F8 and F9 the shampoo was prepared by heating which resolved the problem which was faced during the above formulation. F7 showed better results as compared to other batches. This findings suggest that herbal shampoo can be a promising alternative to the synthetic/chemical based shampoo. The liquid herbal shampoo we formulated is sulfate & paraben free having all in one properties i.e. cleansing, moisturizing, conditioning, anti-dandruff, nourishing, smoothens, itchy scalp, prevent hair fall, stimulate hair growth, free from harsh chemical and thus improve overall hair condition/health.
