Abstract Artificial Intelligence (AI) has emerged as a transformative technology in the education sector, enabling teachers to enhance instructional practices, personalize learning experiences, and improve administrative efficiency. The successful adoption of AI in teaching is expected to influence teachers' professional experiences and overall job satisfaction. The present study aimed to examine the level of AI adoption in teaching and investigate whether significant gender-based differences exist in AI adoption among school teachers. A quantitative, descriptive, and comparative research design was adopted, and primary data were collected from 405 government and private school teachers using a structured questionnaire. The collected data were analyzed using descriptive statistics and the Independent Samples t-test in IBM SPSS Statistics 26. The findings revealed that female teachers reported significantly higher AI adoption than male teachers. These findings suggest that effective AI integration can positively influence teachers' professional experiences by improving instructional efficiency and reducing routine workload. The study highlights the need for educational institutions to strengthen digital infrastructure, provide AI-related professional development programmes, and encourage the ethical and effective use of AI technologies in classrooms.

Introduction: Upper-limb motor impairment is a common consequence of stroke that significantly affects hand function, dexterity, and independence in daily activities. Conventional physiotherapy remains a key component of rehabilitation; however, it may not always provide sufficient intensity, repetition, or sensory feedback to optimize motor recovery. Robotic-assisted therapy enables repetitive, task-specific training, while haptic feedback may enhance sensorimotor integration and cortical reorganization through augmented tactile input. Need for the Study: Stroke is a leading cause of long-term disability worldwide, and upper-limb dysfunction greatly impacts quality of life. Although robotic-assisted rehabilitation has shown promise in improving motor recovery, evidence comparing haptic-augmented robotic training, robotic training alone, and conventional physiotherapy remains limited. Establishing the most effective intervention could improve rehabilitation outcomes and guide clinical practice. Aim: To compare the effects of haptic-augmented robotic training, robotic training alone, and conventional physiotherapy on upper-limb motor recovery in individuals with subacute stroke. Materials and Methods: A single-blinded, three-arm parallel-group randomized controlled trial will be conducted on 45 participants with subacute stroke recruited from the Neuro-Physiotherapy OPD and IPD of MGM Medical College and Hospital. Participants will be randomly allocated to Haptic-Augmented Robotic Training (HART), Robotic Training (RT), or Conventional Physiotherapy groups. Each group will receive 60-minute sessions, five days per week for four weeks. Outcomes will be assessed using the Fugl-Meyer Assessment-Upper Extremity (FMA-UE), Jebsen-Taylor Hand Function Test (JTHFT), and Functional Independence Measure (FIM) at baseline and post-intervention. Conclusion: Haptic-augmented robotic training is hypothesized to produce superior improvements in motor recovery, hand function, and functional independence compared to robotic training alone and conventional physiotherapy.

ABSTRACT Flexibility, agility, and muscular strength are integral physical fitness components that underpin performance in indigenous Indian sports. The present study aimed to compare these three selected fitness attributes flexibility (Sit and Reach Test), agility (Illinois Agility Test), and muscular strength (Hand Grip Strength) between male Kabaddi and Kho-Kho players at Kuvempu University. Methods: Sixty male inter-collegiate and inter-university level athletes (30 Kabaddi, 30 Kho-Kho), aged 19-28 years, were selected by purposive sampling. Flexibility was measured using the Sit and Reach Test, agility using the Illinois Agility Test (IAT), and muscular strength using a calibrated hand grip dynamometer for both hands. A paired samples t-test was applied at the 0.05 significance level. Results: A statistically significant difference was found in flexibility in favor of Kho-Kho players (M = 135.30 cm vs. M = 110.77 cm; p = .001). No significant differences were found in agility (p = .508), right-hand grip strength (p = .561), or left-hand grip strength (p = .664) between the two groups. Conclusions: Kho-Kho players demonstrated significantly superior flexibility, likely attributable to the sport's dynamic positional demands. Agility and grip strength were comparable between the two sport groups at this competitive level. Surprisingly few realize what lies behind a scan's glow - radiation exposure tags along with every image captured by machines such as CT scanners or standard X-rays. A group of investigators turned to structured interviews, handing out identical question sets to one hundred people just prior to their scheduled tests. Though benefits in spotting illness stand clear, personal insight into risk levels differs sharply among them. What emerged from replies was a patchwork understanding of basic safeguards woven into everyday radiology routines. Protection awareness often tilts decisions, quietly guiding how patients respond when faced with diagnostic options. Some individuals seemed familiar with radiation hazards. Not quite half could identify the word itself. However, only a fraction - under 40 percent - connected X-rays and CT scans to ionizing radiation. Knowledge about prolonged exposure risks, repeated imaging effects, or concerns in pregnancy showed little presence overall. Before testing began, talking about risks happened seldom - less than thirty percent remembered hearing of downsides or benefits ahead of time. Yet most people stood behind giving patients clear guidance on how to stay safe while engaging with these tools. Most findings suggest patient understanding improves when radiation dangers are explained plainly. Better educational resources may let individuals recognize exposure levels during medical tests. Because doctors adjust how they talk, misunderstandings happen less often. Details given ahead of therapy influence whether someone opts in or out. With straightforward conversations, many pick health options more thoughtfully. Most crucial? Clear expectations for every individual. Dialogue that moves past documents sparks deeper understanding. People grasp more when talk shifts from templates to real talk.

Abstract This study investigates the nexus between community belonging, cultural identity, and Christian mission within the Devanga community of the Kongu region in Tamil Nadu. Although existing scholarship has predominantly examined the community's historical antecedents, weaving heritage, and socio-cultural traditions, scant attention has been accorded to the manner in which communal belonging and cultural identity inform responses to Christian mission. Employing Interpretative Phenomenological Analysis (IPA), the study draws upon ten focus group discussions involving sixty-three participants, including Devanga community members, Devanga Christians, pastors, and Christian leaders. It explores how identity is articulated, preserved, and reconstituted amidst the forces of globalization, migration, urbanization, educational mobility, and occupational diversification. The findings indicate that community belonging remains the fulcrum of Devanga identity and cultural continuity. Responses to Christian mission are shaped less by doctrinal contestation than by concerns of communal cohesion, cultural preservation, and social legitimacy. Consequently, conversion is often experienced not merely as an individual act of faith but as a profound renegotiation of collective identity and communal relationships. By elucidating the intricate interplay between belonging, identity, and faith, this study contributes to contemporary missiological discourse and advances a more nuanced understanding of religious change within culturally plural societies. The research advocates contextually informed, culturally attuned approaches to Christian mission that meaningfully engage with the lived realities of community and identity.
