A saloon management system is a website that manages the appointment scheduling functionality. This system connects users and Salon in an online platform where user can browse salon and their services. Users can also write and read reviews of the salon and its management. Salon management system helps the industry to fill this void in such a way that is on-demand, easy to use, and effective. The final product will be a functioning web application that can handle use cases like user account registration, login/logout, appointment scheduling, writing, and reading review for the specific salon.

Indigenous system of medicine in Sri Lanka, consist with strong literature evidence and outstanding clinical practice from generation to generation since thousands of years. Most of exceptional information on indigenous system of medical approaches in Sri Lanka were written over ola leave manuscripts. The current study was based on a critical analysis on an indigenous herbal formula that widely used in the management of diabetes mellitus in Sri Lanka. The manuscript is inherited to a tradition of indigenous medicine and granted it from generation to generation. The formula consisted with Aponogeton crispus, Sida cordifolia, Syzygium cumini, Musa paradisiaca, Curcuma Longa and Coscinium fenestratum. antidiabetic, hypoglycemic and hyperglycemic effects including other pharmacological activities were studied. The study revealed that all the ingredients of the formula is highly responsible in management of diabetes mellitus due to antidiabetic and hypoglycemic effects of the ingredients. Similarly, all the ingredients were found having exceptional pharmacological properties which is beneficial in management of various diseases.

Diabetes mellitus is a chronic disease characterized by chronic hyperglycemia due to malfunction of insulin. It is characterized by severe lack of insulin due to the destruction of most or all of the beta cells in the islets of Langerhans by an autoimmune process, usually leading to absolute insulin deficiency. In hyperglycemia, there is an imbalance of glucose production and glucose intake as opposed to insulin-stimulated glucose uptake in target tissues, mainly skeletal muscle. Although resistance to peripheral insulin action contributes to altered glucose homeostasis, current evidence has found that the direct effect of aging on diabetes pathophysiology is through impairment of ?-cell function, resulting in a decline in insulin secretion. Coexisting illnesses and any acute illness can precipitate hyperglycemia because of effects of stress hormones to cause insulin resistance combined with the ?-adrenergic effects of catecholamine released during stressful illness to inhibit insulin secretion. Medications used in treating chronic ailments may affect in insulin resistance or worsening hyperglycemia. The diagnosis is using either the estimation of plasma glucose or HbA1c. Many of oral antidiabetic agents have a number of serious adverse effects, thus, the management of diabetes without any side effects is still a challenge. There are about 200 pure compounds from plant sources reported to show anti-diabetic effect. The International Diabetes Federation mentions management of diabetes includes monitoring and controlling the level of plasma glucose. Similarly, optimal management of diabetes requires investigation of potential DM complications with modify the risk factors for different diabetes related conditions.

In recent days, online education has been a trending event around the world. The new normal has changed the entire education system and learning appetite. In our research we have tried to find out the changes of lifestyles, impact on education with the emergence of COVID-19 and shifting of learning infrastructures. Also, we tried to compare economical changes before and after COVID-19 lockdown. However, we havent found any previous work on this particular topic, hence we had relied on online media and survey given by our participant teachers and students globally. In this article, we have contrasted the positive changes of online learning, ways and styles of teaching online as well as physical and mental changes caused. This is nonetheless a new experience for us to explore online learning approach. In continuation to the shift learning from face to online, it is the foremost step to have a full proof technical support and structured leaning platform so that students can get all relevant support immediately. Cost effectiveness is the prime consideration for online learning. Time management on the other hand is a vital part for online learning. The classes need to be kicked off and wrapped up within a given timeline. Teaching method and engagement activity should be different from face to face teaching. Online teaching however in the educators point of view needs to be animated, far engaging, and activity based. Taking a hospital as an example, online learning like a service ICU whereas face to face learning is to be a regular cabin support. Online learning has also some bad effect on the body as we need to sit in front of the laptop or computer for a long time. To recapitulate, weve found below advantage and disadvantages throughout the research: However online education system is a great relief for learners and education industry in this pandemic. Otherwise the learning could be interrupted for a long time which would have caused a worse world.

High pressure split injection with advanced fuel injection strategies is one of the prominent techniques for controlling the emissions NOx and Soot released from diesel engines however Exhaust gas recirculation (EGR) is one of the significant methods to control the engine emissions but research is limited for high pressure fuel injection technique. Various injection strategies like advanced and retarded injection angles are well known but proper published results for high pressure fuel injection is not available. At the same time these advanced injection strategies can control the injection pressure and fuel injection duration angle but nozzle orientation is fixed and cannot be changed frequently due to the manufacturing limits. Also, the choice of the fuel injection angles is trial based and hence accurate prediction of the engine performance is very much limited. To overcome this draw back numerical simulations using converge CFD software is performed for single cylinder diesel engine for EGR flow rates ranging from 0-15% on mass basis for 250bar injection pressure. The simulation results show that that 5% EGR flow rate for -11deg @250 bar fuel injection angle at injection pressure is effective in reducing the NOx and Soot emissions efficiently when the engine run on ULSD diesel fuel with cooled EGR.

Objective: To analyze the effectiveness of naftopidil versus tamsulosin as a therapy for patients with LUTS. Methods: The study was conducted by searching for published studies using the Cochrane Central Register of Controlled Trial search engine, PUBMED, Google Scholar, and Science-Direct. Randomized Controlled Trials (RCTs) that compare naftopidil with tamsulosin as therapy for Lower Urinary Tract Symptoms in BPE patients were identified. A systematic review carried out using protocols The Preferred Reporting Items for Systematic Reviews and Meta-Analysis (PRISMA). Results: Five RCTs were included in the IPSS Storage outcome. Naftopidil was not significant (mean difference (MD) -0.56, 95% Confidence Interval (CI) -1.16-0.04, P = 0.07). Three RCTs studies matched the IPSS Voiding outcome (MD -0.28, 95% CI -1.45-0.89, P = 0.63). Seven RCTs studies according to Qmax outcome (MD -0.66.95% CI -1.54-0.22, P = 0.13), Seven RCTs studies according to PVR outcome (MD 1.75, 95% CI -0.49-3.9, P = 0.14). Four RCTs had a low risk of bias, four RCTs unclear of bias, one RCTs had a high risk of bias. Conclusion: Naftopidil did not have a significant difference compared to tamsulosin in reducing IPPS storage, IPSS voiding, decreasing PVR, increasing Qmax.
