Many countries have been affected with the resource of the international outbreak of COVID?19. Among Western countries, Italy has been mainly hit at the beginning of the pandemic, straight away after China. In Italy and elsewhere, female seem to be less affected than guys via skill of severe/fatal COVID?19 infection, regardless of their age. Although female and guys are affected in a distinctive way via the use of this infection, very few research consider extraordinary therapeutic strategies for the two sexes. Understanding the mechanisms underlying these versions might also moreover assist to come across high-quality and intercourse particular therapies. Here, we reflect on consideration on that different mechanisms are worried to explain this difference, in addition to the safety attributable to oestrogens. Several X?linked genes (such as ACE2) and Y?linked genes (SRY and SOX9) can also moreover provide an rationalization for intercourse differences. Cardiovascular comorbidities are amongst the main enhancers of virus lethality. In addition, the wide variety of sex?independent, non?genetic elements that can alternate susceptibility and mortality is enormous, and many special factors should be considered, which consists of gender and cultural habits in distinct countries.

The many number of herbal plants are used in the cellular and metabolic disease treatment such as diabetes, obesity and cancer etc. There are several theories that the production of free radicals within the body, which could be neutralised by antioxidants from various medicinal plants, causes cellular changes and the growth of cancer, among other things. Plant-derived antioxidant neutraceuticals have been shown in many studies to scavenge free radicals and modulate oxidative stress-related degenerative effects. The in vitro anti-oxidant activity was carried out by the inhibitory activity of against the DPPH , H2O2 Scavenging assay and reducing power assay. The inhibition of these compounds may increase the anti-oxidant and antidiabetic capability.

Kathmandu durbar square and its establishment are believed to date back to the regime of the Shah and the Malla dynasty, the constructions believed to begin as early as the 3rd century. Enlisted in the UNESCO World Heritage site in the year 1979, Kathmandu Durbar Square is a reflection of historic pagoda styled temples crafted by Newar artists in Newari architectural style. Kathmandu Durbar Square is an important site for Buddhists and Hindus as it holds significant values. One of the most important sites in Kathmandu valley, the complex was badly damaged during the 2015 earthquake with numerous building collapses. The massive hit took great toll of the ancient structures and left stumps and ruins all over the durbar square area. Restoration of the Durbar Square area was initially taken over by the Department of Architecture and the Government of Nepal through an open bidding process and completely depended on national/foreign aid and assistance. Various projects and plans were initiated to rehabilitate the destructed sites but they contradicted the traditional construction methods, resources and materials. The concerned authorities seemed to overlook the necessity of preserving the originality and the traditional values by agreeing on usage of unconventional methods and materials proposed by building contractors and created a controversial conflict. The demand for local participation and restoring the pre-existing socio cultural value along with the physical reconstruction was put forward postponing the projects and reconsidering all the plans and strategies. This paper discusses the damages and loss in Kathmandu Durbar square due to the 2015 earthquake, its impact on local people, how the event affected the tourism industry and the progressive development of the heritage sites ever since. It reviews on the conflicts and difficulties experienced post earthquake while restoring the heritage through various studies and research. The report also reflects upon the controversies drawn upon the reconstruction approach proposed by various stakeholders. The data, facts and information gathered shed light on the present scenario of Kathmandu Durbar Square; undertaken projects of restoration, completed plans, progressive report, achieved goals, ongoing construction and so on.

This paper is aimed toward exploring the current situation with the workmanship on the impact of Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) implementation in Small and Medium Enterprises (SMEs). It incorporates critical success factors and critical failure factors. The procedure relies upon composing a review for discretionary data collecting. It portrays the articulations that are used to get investigate papers from data sets also, progressed concentrates on the ERP implementation in SMEs. It furthermore consolidates the thought and restriction models to improve the nature of papers. By then orderly review is made on the available papers to investigate the impact of ERP utilization in SMEs. Critical factors are recognized for progress also, failure of ERP implementations and real effect of the same on SMEs. The exploration found in this paper has limits as far as the time at which research papers have been audited. A certain constraint is that it doesn't consider observational research with the exception of zeroing in on the cutting edge found in the research region. Be that as it may, its experiences will have potential benefits and the bearings for future work helps in an additional degree of the research. This paper adds to the exploration of the effect of ERP implementation on SMEs either decidedly or contrarily. It finds basic applicable factors, critical failure factors, and effects through auxiliary data collection techniques. The experiences will help SMEs and partners of SMEs and ERP specialist co-ops to know the explanations behind failure or achievement and go in the fundamental direction.

Fluoride could be a toxic substance present within the air, water, soil, and Industrial growth, moreover as human activities, are accountable for increasing its level within the environment that inhibit plant growth and productivity. In view of this, present study was undertaken to analyze the results of salt Sodium fluoride (NaF) on seed germination, seedling growth, and photosynthetic pigments in Rauvolfia tetraphylla, L. using (0.0, 0.5, 1.0, 1.5 2.0, 2.5 and 3.0 mg/L) NaF concentrations. At the tip of fortnight treatment period, reduction in germination parameters (i.e. germination %, emergence %, and emergence rate and vigor index) were found more pronounced in Rauvolfia tetraphylla. The identical trend was also observed for mobilization efficiency (ME) which decreased in R. tetraphylla seedlings at higher concentrations. During early seedling growth, the basis and shoot length, and biomass of R. tetraphylla seedlings were compromised with increasing NaF level. However, in contrast to R. tetraphylla, root and shoot length were stimulated at 1.0mg/L NaF concentration and 1.5 and 2.5 mM NaF stimulated root and shoot biomass in R. tetraphylla. Higher NaF levels turned inhibitory to length and biomass of root and shoot tissues in R. tetraphylla. Estimation of photosynthetic pigments in R. tetraphylla revealed a rise in total chlorophyll, chlorophyll and b, and carotenoids at (1.5 and 2.0) mg/L over control while the synthesis of these pigments was reduced within the case of R. tetraphylla with increasing NaF concentrations. This study revealed R. tetraphylla to be more liable to the toxic nature of fluoride (F).

As COVID-19 has become one of the leading causes of death in the world, the world is plunged into one of the largest and most widespread public health crises in decades. SARS-CoV-2, the new coronavirus that causes COVID-19, unifies the scientific community to find treatment and prevention options. There are two main priorities at this time: First, reusing approved pharmacological agents or developing new therapies to reduce the morbidity and mortality associated with the continuously spreading virus. Second, the task of the broader scientific and pharmaceutical community is to develop, test and produce safe and effective vaccines as long-term solutions to prevent further spread and recurrence in the population. The purpose of this article is to review the latest public data on major drug therapies in clinical trials and vaccine candidates being developed to stop the COVID-19 threat.

Economic decision-making has become an important policy agenda for any governmentin recent times. Particularly, foreign trade-related decisions have a significant influence on economic growth. In the sight of imports and exports, the government of India directed towards new economic reforms for strong trade relations, which explore the trade opportunities and investment mobilization. The imports and exports of goods and services mayfacilitatemutually beneficial between two nations that could be offered a win-win situation for further deepening the existing economic development. The present research paper examines the export performance during the post-economic reforms period 1991-2018. The study reveals that the performance of exports needs a stimulation policy to improve to reduce the trade deficit whereas the growth of imports is increasing continuously which will create a negative influence on the economic growth as well as in the international market even that may become like a barrier to the domestic firms which wants to enter into the international markets.
