Many sectors get affected in terms of growth and efficiency. The Education sector also get affected by it, all the educational institutions (schools, colleges, institutes) remained closed during this period. Mobile technology played an important role in the education sector by imparting knowledge among the learners through online platform. In this regard paper aims to discuss about various online platforms and their negative impact upon learners health and suggestions to tackle the negative impact of mobile technology.

The Indian national movement was one of the biggest mass movement modern societies has ever seen. It was basically the result of fundamental contradiction between the interest of the Indian people and that of British colonialism. To end to British colonialism in India, National movement came into existence. The British crushed the movement time to time but they could not crush the spirit of nationalism among Indian. At least India got Independence on 15-Aug-1947. Behind this Independence the concept of the Partition has also emerged and the creation of the two dominions, India and Pakistan. Thus, this paper covers the techniques adopted by Indian National congress and Muslim league in the national movement leading towards partition of India.

Parents are the most important and influential persons in the life of a child. Children depend on their parents to protect and take care of them while parents monitor and endorse their safety and well-being. Parenting plays a pivotal role in the upbringing of a child. It is an art which involves boosting and assisting the physical, emotional, social, intellectual development of the child right from birth. Ayurveda considered as the basic life science lays special emphasis on parenting. The lines Taccha nityam prayunjeeta Swasthyam yen anuvartate from the treatise Caraka Samhita points out the fact that nutrition forms the basic foundation of health. This principle indicates the importance of balanced diet and also emphasizes that one has to inculcate healthy eating habits right from childhood. The importance of child nutrition and its detrimental effects are well explained in Kashyapa Samhita. Healthy development of the child does not wholly rest with the parents but the task of ensuring the same lies with the social community as well. Urbanization which is rapidly spreading throughout developing countries is ensuing changing proportion of urban to rural population. Substantially, it is the urban poor who are at the interface between underdevelopment and industrialization. Society benefits socially and economically from a healthy and thriving child. Accomplishment of the same is achieved by serving support to parents through programs and services of Organizations or Government at community level, state and central levels.

Knowledge management could be a way that fosters job satisfaction. This paper aims to propose that knowledge management process does increase the individual employee satisfaction, the likelihood of the employee. The factors considered are knowledge sharing, knowledge acquisition, and knowledge transfer. A theoretical study of job satisfaction and the three processes among the other factors of KM is explained. A survey among 60 members of an IT firm was conducted. Information is regarded as a substance having a certain structure. In contrast, knowledge is information put into practice or at least possessed in a form that makes it immediately available to be put into practice hence using the information received the majority of the respondents strongly agreed to the factors of the knowledge management process to play an important role in their performance that which leads to job satisfaction.

The strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats (SWOT) Analysis is a management tool, which is used in the organisaton to find out its strengths and weaknesses as a micro environment, Opportunity and threats as Macro Environment . The basic Purpose of SWOT Analysis is to utilize the knowledge of organization properly what it has about its environment and to prepare and formulate its strategy based on it. At present we are fighting with Covid-19 pandemic. We can see the effect of this pandemic globally. Government and health authorities are taking vigorous action for controlling it but still it is increasing at the fast rate. As one side this pandemic has large negative impact on the public, society, Nation and even world but on the other hand it also has positive impact somewhere. The study includes the both side (Negative and Positive) of covid-19, its strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats in current scenario.

In the term of Modi government from 2014-2019 India had faced many ups and downs regarding the growth because of two major decisions of demonetization and GST rollout which had a direct impact on Indian economy. In this research one of the major reasons for rolling out demonetization which was creating the hype of a cashless economy will be discussed upon. Due to the roll out of demonetization various digital payment wallets got an opportunity to multiply their business. The government also took initiative in order to attract people to use the E- payment method instead of cash. The effort of government was synergize with the discounts and offers offered by private sector players like Paytm, Phone pe etc.

As of May 7, 2020, COVID-19 has been confirmed in over 3. 8 million individuals worldwide and has resulted in more than 268,000 deaths. Knowledge of disease transmission, public health person hygiene are vitally important for developing effective control measures The objective of the study was to assess the awareness of COVID-19 transmission, prevention and control among general public. Methods: In this cross-sectional, web-based survey, conducted during February 2020 to April 2020 among the general population of in and around Chennai, questions asked regarding the Knowledge of the population about COVID-19. Data collection form includes participants socio demographic characteristics and source of information regarding COVID-19. Collected and analyzed by using SPSS-24.0. Abstract: Indo- Arab relation is very old and goes beyond history. So many books have been written in this regard but the book Arab o Hind Ke Taalluqat written by Maulan Sayyed Sulaiman Nadwi is considered to be pioneer work in this field because he has depended on primary sources of Arabic books, travelogues, memoir etc. compiled by Arab traders and merchants in different ages. The book dealt with deep rooted Indo- Arab relations in the fields of commerce, science, philosophy, literature etc.

Portland cement concrete industry has grown astronomically in recent years. It will continue to grow as the result of continuous urban development. However, Portland cement concrete posses problems such as durability and carbon dioxide emission. Many concrete structures have shown serious deterioration, way before their intended service life, especially those constructed in a corrosive environment (Mehta 1997). Geopolymer is a class of aluminosilicate binding materials synthesized by thermal activation of solid aluminosilicate base materials such as fly ash, metakaolin, GGBS etc., with an alkali metal hydroxide and silicate solution. These binders are currently attracting widespread attention due to their potential utilization as a high performance, environmental friendly and sustainable alternative to Portland cement India being the largest coal fly-ash producer in the world produces abundant by- product from thermal power plant known as coal fuel ash. E-waste is the problem with which every country is dealing right now. Because there is no method for the disposal of e-waste and with the growth in the consumption of electronic goods this problem is getting bigger and bigger. The most effective way of the disposal of e-waste is through landfill and this method require large land mass which is very difficult to find in these days. So this is a very good concept of using e-waste as an ingredient in concrete by partial replacement of aggregate. We cannot replace it completely as aggregate provides some key properties to concrete like strength, durability and workability. Using e-waste as building material seems right when we look at the amount of aggregate required for making concrete and if we are able to reduce that amount it will be very beneficiary as it reduces the load from the natural resources. In our research work we have partially replaced the aggregate with e-waste. We have casted concrete cubes with 4%, 8%, and 12% and 16% e-waste and compare the compressive strength of concrete with conventional concrete cubes of G30 grade. In our results we have found out that compressive strength of cubes starts increasing when we add e-waste, but after a point it starts decreasing. At the inclusion of 8% e-waste the compressive strength of concrete is 47.25N/mm2 and thereafter it starts decreasing. At the replacement of 12.5% aggregate with e-waste the compressive strength of concrete is 38.50N/mm2.
