Our eyes are the most essential sensory organ. Because most tasks require visual information, visually impaired people are at a disadvantage because crucial information about their surroundings is unavailable. It is now possible to extend the support provided to people with visual impairments with advancements in technology. This project proposes to use Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, Image and Text Recognition to assist persons who are blind or visually impaired. The habit of reading is slowly diminishing because of the busy lives of people. The situation is significantly worse for visually impaired people. To deal with this issue, we have developed a text summarisation technique. A camera device is added to the system to scan texts. The summarized output generated is read out to the user using text to speech conversion technique. This project also focuses on helping visually impaired people by detecting obstacles on their way and alerting them.

This paper presents the results of investigation on strength characteristics of concrete prepared using copper slag (CS) as partial replacement to fine aggregate and fly-ash (FS) as partial replacement to cement. CS & FS are the two industrial byproducts. Utilization of these industrial byproducts in concrete is the aim of this experimental work. Sustainability and resource efficiency are becoming increasing important issues. Here the potential use of granulated copper slag, a relatively heavy material, as a replacement to sand in concrete mixes is explored. The effect of replacing fine aggregate by copper slag on the compressive strength, flexural strength and split tensile strength of concrete are studied in this work

When milk products and all dairy processing wastes have been spilled, do not satisfy applicable quality requirements, have gotten contaminated, or have otherwise become unfit for human consumption, animal feed, or any other useful use, they must be properly disposed of. Farmers can recycle milk that can't be sold to a processor in the same way they recycle manure. Milk handling waste, for example, crude milk, handled milk, wash water, and sanitizers, is named modern interaction wastewater and may not be released to septic frameworks or to state waters through field tiles, direct unloading, or some other technique. In this paper there are sure surveys of writing to comprehend the removal of dairy squander in India.

In recent years, web development has changed extensively. With the rapid expansion of web technology, the hypertext markup language (HTML) 5 has evolved into a world wide web federation, with a significant trend to lead front-end development and be at the forefront of the history of the Internet. Therefore, developers should choose the proper framework or library to erect an e-business and enhance the user experience is becoming a precedence for web development. This paper outlines the powerful front-end development frameworks and libraries and examines their performance in web services. Next, this paper lists the strengths and weaknesses of each framework and library under individual commercial criteria by analyzing research data on numerous aspects. Then, this evaluated each of them based on the default standard. Finally, this article summarizes the contributions and concludes with some possible futures of front-end development in e-business.

As we all know that Corona Virus is rise of COVID-19 pandemic communicable disease. it absoluately was first identified in Wuhan in December 2019. It expanded its circle everywhere the globe and eventually spreading its route to India. the full world is fighting against the spread of this deadly disease, cases in India also gradually increasing day by day since May after lockdown. This paper proposes a way to contribute to utilizing the machine learning and deep learning models with the aim for understanding its everyday exponential behavior together with the prediction of future reachability of the COVID-2019 across the nations by utilizing the real-time information from the Johns Hopkins. This paper studies the COVID-19 dataset and explore the information by data visualization with different libraries that are available in Python. The paper also discusses this situation in India while tackling the Covid-19 pandemic and also the ongoing development in AI and ML has significantly improved treatment, medication, screening tests, prediction, forecasting, contact tracing, and drug/vaccine development process for the Covid19 pandemic and reduce the human intervention in practice.

Carbon Emission is the main Constraint in India today. The power generation plant is currently the biggest carbon emitter, and the transport area is the fastest- growing carbon emitter. This paper introduces a model of solar-power-driven charging unit for electric vehicles to diminish issues encountered in India's solar energy usage processes and to deal with the growing power demand for electrical automobiles in the forthcoming future. This study applies the proposed model to verify its specialized and budgetary feasibleness. Use of renewable energy is projected for one combined use of solar radiation and Electrical Automobile charging. In this paper, a solar charging unit for an electrical vehicle is created and refined. A dc- dc boost converter is engaged to boost the solar panel power to station battery-generated power to enhance the output from the photovoltaic cell. A buck converter is used to step down the station battery voltage to electric automobile battery potential. The constant power and fixed current forms of loading are used to charge the vehicle battery.

The prototype of an automated Online Biometric-enabled Class Attendance Register System is shown in this study (OBCARS). In higher education courses, the technology is being planned and developed to address the problem of lost and/or shredded attendance record paper sheets. The system also aims to provide a dependable and effective class attendance tracking system that avoids students imitating attendance markers and simplifies the calculation of students' attendance records. Biometric appreciation includes both pragmatic biometric behavior in contrast to previously poised data for a focus and an open-mindedness of computation. Because of differences in biological traits and actions both within and among persons, estimated identical is required. It uses a student's attendance in class to determine their attendance. The student's face will be identified by the technology and save the response to the database automatically.

ABSTRACT The main objective of this paper was to establish the factors affecting governance in the counties with a special reference to Nairobi County. The enactment of the new constitution led to the establishment of devolved county government units, and with the county government came the challenge of how to improve governance in county government. To improve governance in county government a number of donors such as World Bank and DFID have supported various initiatives through the council of governors. The study was guided by two objectives namely; Leadership and ethics and how they affect governance in the counties. The study used a descriptive study design with the target population of the study been 304 respondents from the public service board department, office of the governor and legal department. The study adapted both stratified sampling and purposive sampling in the selection of respondents. The study used a semi-structured questionnaire to collect data from the respondents with the data analyzed through Statistical Package for Social Sciences (SPSS) Version 21 software. The data collected was analyzed through SPSS. Data analyzed through SPSS was presented in form of frequencies, tables, graphs, and charts according to each objective. The study results showed that majority of the respondents (80%) and 82% felt that leadership and ethics affects governance. has a greater effect on the governance in the counties while 20% felt that leadership has a small effect on the governance in the county. The study found out that majority of both ethics (68%) and political alienation (78%) affects governance. The study concludes that training, ethics, attitude, political alienation and leadership affects governance. Thus the study recommends that there is need for county and national government to provide training to staff and establish mechanisms that can promote attitude, ethics, and leadership.
