 Abstract

The goal of this study was to use coir pith and coconut shell as activated carbon to treat landfill leachate for waste water treatment. The purpose of this experiment is to see whether coconut shell could be used to make effective activated carbon. Activated carbon is a common adsorbent in the pollutant removal process. Cotton stems are used in the production of activated carbon in part because they are plentiful in the Vidarbha region and are a common sort of agricultural waste. If this coconut shell can be used to make high-quality activated carbon. Agriculture wastes could be recycled into usable materials. Activated carbon is useful in the filtration of drinking water because it works as an adsorbent, efficiently removing particles and organics. Environmental hazards and disposal were addressed by treating wastewater with fly ash. The treatment bed was made up of three layers of sand, fly ash, and pebbles. Batch adsorption methods employing coconut coir pith activated carbon powder were used to remove copper (Cu) from a Cu electroplating company's effluent (CCPACP). Ac's is used in the treatment of water, wastewater, and leachate in many nations, mostly to polish the color, reduce odor, and remove certain heavy metals. It may be created from agricultural waste such as rich husk, palm oil shells, and coconut shells, and is affordable and readily available. The AC possess huge adsorptive characteristics because to its thin and porous structure, as well as its exceptionally large particle surface area (>1000m2/g). As a result, AC-based adsorption has been discovered to be a potential method to remove pollutants from aqueous solutions. This paper could be research on landfill leachate treatment. Landfill leachate has the potential to be a severe environmental polluter. Leachate is a poisonous black liquid that is released by landfills and dump yards. The leachate could be a poisonous black liquid containing dissolved and suspended materials from the landfill. A ?ltration process that uses marine sand and ash filter beds, followed by heavy metal removal with activated charcoal powder, is included in the literature review, and the final result might be a filtration technique for treating landfill leachate.

 Abstract

The study intends to analyses living experiences of infertile couples and the people who had unsuccessful infertility treatment. The research design adopted was qualitative research design. The study used a semi-structured interview to collect data from twenty infertile participants which means ten couples. The samples of ten couples within the age group of 22 � 45 was collected from Karnataka and Kerala through snowball sampling. The study focus on couples living experience of infertility and as well as male infertility perspective. The infertility was categories as primary and secondary infertility. The researcher used content analysis to interpret the common feelings of infertility. The results revealed positive and negative feelings towards infertility. The positive feelings identified are acceptance, coping strategies, hope, positivity, belief on spiritual / divine healing. And negative emotions were guilt, suffering, feeling of being lonely, negative emotions and lack of family support. According to the participants, having a positive attitude, helps them increase their will power and it gives them hope of surviving through their treatment process even if they have unsuccessful treatment. The study also helped to understand from different dimensions like social perception, family perception and interpersonal attitude towards infertility. Counseling, alternative psychotherapies and assisted reproductive technology (ART) has been regarded as most stressful infertility treatment methods. The study revealed yet other observations and findings that endeavor scope for further research in this topic.

Nearly each conceivable product and service is available through e-commerce transactions, including books, music, plane tickets, and financial services like stock investing and online banking. These business transactions can be done in six ways: Business to Business (B2B), Business to Customer (B2C), Customer to Customer (C2C), Customer to Business (C2B) Business-to-Administration (B2A) Consumer-to-Administration (C2A) and similar opportunity facilitate consumer preferences and markets developing electronic infrastructure for challenges of the longer term. The definition of E-commerce is a commercial transaction which is happened over the web. Online stores such as Amazon, Flipkart, ebay, Quikr, Olx are examples of E-commerce websites. This is covered three areas of e-commerce: Online marketing, Electronic markets, and Online auctions. E-commerce is supported by electronic business. Almost anything can be purchased through E-commerce these days. This present paper mainly aims to explore the benefits of e-commerce and up-coming trends in E-Commerce.

 Abstract

The Non-Pneumatic Tyre (NPT) is a type of tyre that does not rely on air to maintain the weight. Although solid rubber tyres are available, they lack compliance and will not give a soft ride when utilised in conventional automobiles. Non-pneumatic tyres (NPTs) have two advantages over pneumatic tyres: they are flat-proof and do not require air-pressure maintenance. The static contact behaviour of NPTs with hexagonal honeycombs is researched as a function of vertical tension in this study, while additional advantages of NPTs are investigated. Several research projects are underway across the world to develop NPT as a viable alternative to standard pneumatic tyres. This publication compiles a summary of the research that was conducted to create and enhance NPT.

आधननक उपन्ट्यासकार कु ुंवर इुंद्रजीत लसहुंु द्वारा ललखित उपन्ट्यास कॉन्ट्रेक्ट लबे र (ठेका श्रलमक),ऎसे सुंवेदनशील ववषय का स्पश ा करता है जजस पर आज तक शायद ही ककसी ने कलम चलाने की हहम्मत जटाई हो। सुंववदा कमचाु ाररयों की ननयनत व सुंघष ाकी वह उलझन जजसमे इुंसान कामकाजी दननयाुं म ेु तो त्रासदी भगतता ही हैु , व्यजक्तगत जीवन भी कई मायनों में दाुंव पर लग जाता है। कथावस्त की दृजटट से यह उपन्ट्यास बेहद महत्वपु र् ाू दस्तावजे है। यह न केवल समसामनयक है वरन ननजी व सरकारी महकमों में कायशा ैली का आईना भी है। सात अध्यायों में ललिे इस उपन्ट्यास की अनक्रमखर्का भी ववषेश ध्यान आकवषताु करती है। जहाुं वषों के साथ ववक्रम सवुंत भी ललि ेगये हैं। यह लेिक की साुंस्कृनतक रचनाधलमताा को दशााते हैं। यह परा उअपन्ट्यास नायक के आस पास ही घू मता है। प्रथम तीन अध्यायों में यू वराज चयन की सभी ु प्रकक्रयाओुं को परा करके एक सरकारी इुंजीननयररग कॉलेज में राुंसलेटर के रुप प्रवेश करता है। यहाुं ू अनेक इुंजीननयस ा को बनते देिता है। किर धीरे धीरे सत्य से साक्षातकार कर अपने हक (ननयलमत ननयजक्त) के ललए कमर कस लेता है। यहा ुंु अपन ेसमान साथथयों को भी साधता हुआ वह जजस व्यवस्था व अथधकाररयों स ेलोहा लतेा है यह उसका भाग्य ही था कक उसके द्वारा दसरों का भला हू ुआ,लकेकन उसे पररसर छोडना पडता है । पररसर छूटा मगर हहम्मत नहीुं। उसका जझारुपन ही था कक पनबबजली ु पररयोजना जैसी नई कमभालम में भी उसने जल्दी ही अपनी धाक जमा ली। जहा ुंू वह वपछले सुंस्थान में अपने जैसे चार सुंववदा सथथयों के ललए लडा यहाुं चार सौ ऎसे कमचा ाररयों के हक और सम्मान के ककए कहटबध्द हो चका था। ु यहाुं "सेम स्टेटस, सेम पोस्ट" का वादा कर, मकरे अथधकारीु , मन ही मन उसकी कायशा ैली, व्यजक्तत्व और अुंदाज को स्वीकारते थे। अनेक आयोजन, सलेमनार, उत्तम काया, ननगम को परस्कार के स्तर तक ु पहुुंचाना, पी.एम. के भाषर् का ड्राफ़्टनोट तैयार करना, उसका ये सब कुछ ननयलमत कमचा ाररयों की तलना में कहीुं अथधक था। इतना सब देकर भी प्रनतदान में वतेु न वद्थध व ननयलमत ननयृ जक्त के प्रश्न ु यथावत ही रहे। इसके उत्तर में अथधकाररयो ने यवु राज को परी तरह अनदेिा कर उन चार सौ लोगों के ू साथ ही िडा कर हदया जो सुंववदा कमी तो थे लकेकन कायका ाल,क्षमता आहद में यवराजु के बराबर नहीुं। यहीुं से उसके सुंघष ा में वह पररवतना आया जजसके बारे में ककसी ने कल्पना नहीुं की थी, स्वयुं यवराज ु ने भी नहीुं।

 Abstract

The National Education Policy 2020 proposes the revision and revamping of all aspects of education, including the educational structure, regulations and governance, to create a new system which is aligned with the aspirational goals of 21st century students. According to the policy, by 2025, at least 50% of learners through the school and higher education system shall have exposure to vocational education. . It can be defined as skilled based education. Vocational Education helps in Economic growth. The NEP intends to focus on developing industry linkages and demand-driven vocational courses by engaging industry at various levels, including co-developed courses and development of incubation centres at HEIs. Besides this, the policy also envisages alignment with international standards. The focus areas for vocational education are intended to be chosen based on skill gap analysis and mapping of local opportunities. The increased impetus for vocational education and lifelong learning in the policy is likely to provide comfort to employers as far as continuous supply of skilled manpower is concerned and will improve the overall supply-side recognition of the vocational system. The policy aims to overcome the social status hierarchy associated with vocational education and integration of vocational education into mainstream education in all educational institutions in a phased manner. This paper throws light upon present status of Vocational Education and the future prospects in NEP 2020.
