Indian art history has given a rich repository of traditional painting in the Indian subcontinent from pre-history to the present day. The style of painting varies from region to region and from time to time. The art sector of Bihar has a living tradition called Madhubani painting which tells about the social structure as well as the cultural identity of Bihar. Madhubani can be described as a craft city where many crafts have originated and nurtured. Today Madhubani painting style has been successful in making a different identity in the whole world by adopting new ideas with time. This paper is based on a comprehensive review of Madhubani painting's journey so far. This art emerged as a tool of women empowerment. It would be right to say that Mithila painting has made an invaluable contribution in empowering women. The history of Mithila painting is 3000 years old and this art came to the world in 1934; this art needs no recognition. This paper focuses on the journey of Madhubani painting, the present scenario, timeline and how village painters express their skills through organic colors and free hand brush drawing. The role of various institutions in promoting and preserving Madhubani painting, Madhubani art on the runway in the present day, cultural globalization of Madhubani painting by Nupur and Manisha Jha, contribute to the role of NGOs in the spread of this art.

Translation is a significant action in the contemporary world and has become a compound approach of language surveys, being the primary standard for accomplishing communication. It is a complicated process, which incorporates faith, knowledge, arts, ethics, law, customs, and other capacities gained by man as a citizen. Catford delineates translation as "a process of transferring a source-language text into a target language text" (Mares, 2012). In this way, translation is an activity achieved in languages. Furthermore, Catford differentiated between partial and complete translation, focusing on the degree to which the source language content is submitted to the translation process. Culture is a sort of conduct, faith, attitudes, and customs, which are contributed by a gathering of individuals and impact every part's conduct and translations of the implications of others' conduct. Culture applies a substantial effect on language. In translating words and expressions, the social foundation is fundamental, so a translator without understanding the way of life cannot decipher well (Guessabi, 2013). Arabic and English have a place with two distinct backgrounds and diverse language categories. The former is a Semitic language, though the latter is Indo-European. They are diverse grammatically, morphologically, phonemically, and even meaningfully. Along these lines, they are socially dissimilar and outsiders (Elkateb, 2016). The essential significance of this paper is to point out some cultural issues in translation, such as geographical, religious, social, and material ones between Arabic and English languages, supporting them with some examples.

The primary focus of this paper is to separate microscopic organisms from ecological samples, for example, trash squander, street side strong squanders, lake and stream water tests. The samples were collected for investigating phylogenetic relationship among a wide range of organisms present in southern Tamilnadu lake areas in India. The lake water isolates of anaerobic organisms like Paenibacillus spp in lab culture was monitored for growth and checked for any distinction in development or distribution pattern in the natural habitats. Besides investigating the potential beneficial use of Paenibacillus spp in agriculture, recently their importance is increasingly focused in exploiting the use of its exopolysaccharides (EPS) biocomposite material in biotech industries. The separated microorganisms were distinguished for its identity of gram positive or negative types as well as its motility. Later sequenced for its genome and phylogenetic tree was derived. In the present study, the Paenibacillus dendritiformis was isolated and genome sequenced and the phylogenetic tree was investigated by comparing with other bacterial species in lake water.

Due to the rapid development of Internet applications, data security is becoming increasingly important during transmission from one end to the other, i.e. between sender and receiver, particularly in web-based applications such as Online Transactions and E-commerce. Since the implementation of various techniques to provide security and authentication to online transactions. Here in this thesis various techniques that are implemented for the security and authentication of E-commerce applications are discussed and analysed their various advantages and issues in the technique. The various issues or limitations in the existing technique can be removed, so a complete survey and their advantages and issues are analysed here, so that a new and efficient technique can be implemented in the future based on their various advantages and limitations. Two-factor authentication techniques are used to improve the security of online applications, allowing them to be protected against various attacks. Smartphones are now widely used and accepted by the general public. It is utilised for e banking applications, and practically all personal data is stored on the smartphone, leading to complex attacks such as eurograbber, which is carried out through the installation of a mobile botnet.

Hyaluronic acid (HA) is a high molecular weight biopolysacharide discovered by Karl Meyer and his assistant, John Palmer in1934 from the vitreous of bovine eyes. HA is a naturally occurring biopolymer, which has important biological functions in bacteria and higher animals like mammal including humans. Hyaluronic acid is found in most connective tissues and is particularly concentrated in synovial fluid, the vitreous fluid of the cattle, umbilical cords and chicken combs. HA is naturally synthesized by a class of integral membrane proteins called hyaluronan synthases, and degraded by a family of enzymes called hyaluronidases. Hyaluronic acid has many qualities that recommend it over other substances used in skin regeneration, with moisturizing and anti-ageing effects. Its molecular weight influences its penetration into the skin and its biological activity. Considering nowadays, hyaluronic acid has a wide use and a multitude of applications (in ophthalmology, arthrology, pneumology, rhinology, aesthetic medicine, oncology, nutrition, and cosmetics).This review describes , different physiological and pathological functions, metabolism basic pharmacological properties, and the clinical use of hyaluronic acid.

Web Based Career Guidance is very important to our Educational System. We have an existing Manual Career Guidance System with human counsellors in charge, but this system is plagued with the following problems: few number of human counsellors, unavailability of a counsellor in a good number of college, few number of counsellors attending to students during college hours and the office of a counsellor in colleges are so unpopular that students hardly meet them for career counselling. We have been able to design an Online Career Guidance Information System targeting students in pre institutions to solve the afore-mentioned problems. The Online Web Based Career Guidance System was designed and implemented using data collected from Kaggle. The following languages were employed: PHP, MySQL, HTML, Java Script, CSS, NODE JS, EXPRESS,BOOTSTRAP.
