The transdermal route has numerous advantages over the more traditional drug delivery routes. These include high bioavailability, absence of first pass hepatic metabolism, steady drug plasma concentrations, and the fact that therapy is noninvasive. The main obstacle to permeating drug molecules is the outermost layer of the skin, the stratum corneum. This review describes enhancement techniques based on drug/vehicle optimisation such as drug selection, prodrugs and ionpairs, supersaturated drug solutions, eutectic systems, complexation, liposomes, vesicles and particles.

Valet parking system consists of thoughtfully crafted yet easily mastered software applications which are easy to use for technologically less oriented people to use ride on demand service. Our findings have made us understand the need of on demand valet service system in the metropolitan cities of India due to the increasing popula- tion and the subsequent increase in the vehicle traffic. This project introduces a novel algorithm that provides a valet parking system and develops a architecture based on the Fire base Cloud Messaging(FCM) technology. This paper proposed a system that helps users find parking solutions at the least cost based on new performance metrics to calculate the user parking cost by considering the distance and time. This cost will be used to offer a solution of finding an available valet service provide upon a request by the user and a solution of suggesting a new valet service provider if the current valet service provider does not accept the request or nobody is available to serve at the moment. The simulation results show that the algorithm helps in provid- ing on demand valet service to the users and minimizes the users hassle is finding parking in the real time. We will also successfully implement the proposed system in the real world

COVID-19 is a biggest threat world is facing now days from its emergence to reappearance of new strains of COVID-19. The viral disease though dreadful vaccine hope and its effectiveness is also a topic of research. Various vaccines are available in market for the treatment of COVID-19. In this article the summary of COVID-19 had been reported with WHO vaccine development and its optimistic use in treatment of COVID-19. Corona viruses (CoVs), enveloped positive-sense RNA viruses, are characterized by club-like spikes that project from their surface, an unusually large RNA genome, and a unique replication strategy. Corona viruses cause a variety of diseases in mammals and birds ranging from enteritis in cows and pigs and upper respiratory disease in chickens to potentially lethal human respiratory infections. Here we provide a brief introduction to corona viruses discussing their replication and pathogen city, and current prevention and treatment strategies. In the context of rapidly increasing outbreaks of COVID-19, proactive steps by long-term care facilities are required to recognize and eliminate potentially infected staff and visitors, actively track potentially infected patients and enforce effective infection prevention and control measures to prevent COVID-19. Scientific researchers conduct numerous clinical trials related to drugs that can be an important strategy because they promote the development of new classes of medicines and I hope these repositioning trials will help to identify alternatives for COVID-19 treatment.

As a result of the growing number of computer and signal processing applications, there has been an increase in demand for high-speed processing. In multiplier design, low power consumption is also a major consideration. A good multiplier should be able to provide a physically compact, high-speed device with low power consumption. The multipliers used in digital systems decide the power consumption and speed of such systems. In order to increase the efficiency of any processor, it must utilize an efficient multiplication algorithm. The main objective here is to present a model of a n*n bit optimized multiplier architecture with low power and high speed using different algorithms and optimized full adders with low power dissipation and minimum propagation delay. The algorithms in this proposed architecture multiplier are Vedic multiplier, Wallace, and Dadda. The algorithms work by reducing the number of steps in the process that include partial products. The partial products are added to get the algorithm's output. The number of partial products determines the speed

The present study deals with the stree shakti groups in Karnataka, Stree Shakthi Groups (SSGs) are formed at the village level to inculcate the savings habit in the members empowering the women economically. About 15 to 20 women members who are from below poverty line families, landless agricultural labourers. The aim of the present paper is reviewing the growth and commenting on the present status of the government sponsored SHGs in Karnataka. The data is compiled from the Statistical Abstracts of Karnataka and Karnataka at a Glance for various years. The data is analyzed using simple statistical tools like growth rates, percentage shares, and ratios. Principal component analysis is employed to construct composite indices of SHG development. The state had formed 1.40 lakh SSGs with a membership of more than 20 lakh women members, the coverage of members was hardly 14% of the eligible population in the state.

The speech signal conduct information about the identity of the speaker. The area of speaker information cares with extract the identity of the person express the utterance. The utility of automatically identifying a speaker is predicated solely on vocal characteristic. This emphasizes on text dependent talker identification, which deals with detecting a specific speaker from a known region. System identifies the user by comparing the code book of speech utterance with those of the stored within the database and lists, which contain the foremost likely speakers, could have given that speech utterance. The speech signal is recorded for number of speakers further the features are extracted. Feature extraction is completed by means of LPC coefficients, calculating AMDF, and DFT. The neural network is train by applying these features as input parameters. The train network corresponds to the output, the input is that the extracted features of the speaker to be identified. The network does the weight adapting and the best match is found to identify the speaker of the region.
