PoSH (Protection of Women from Sexual Harassment) Act, 2013 The PoSH Act has been implemented to prevent and protect women from sexual harassment at the workplace and thereby ensure a safe working environment for women. Vishaka Judgment is a historical case that deals with the offence of Sexual Harassment of women at her workplace. This supreme court judgment defined the ambit of Sexual Harassment as including an uninvited or unwelcome sexual favour or sexual gestures from one gender towards the other gender The PoSH Act, as mandatary compliance, requires every company having more than ten employees to constitute an Internal Complaints Committee (ICC) in the prescribed manner to receive and address the complaints of any sort of sexual harassment from women in a time-bound and extremely confidential manner,This paper explores the awareness on anti-sexual harassment policy and the procedures in the workplace within the selected hospital. A questionnaire was framed and circulated to the employees of that hospital in order to study their extent of awareness on the policy. The expected outcome of this paper is the improvement in already existing policy and framing of new policies and increasing the rate of awareness through different modes.

In general, agriculture is the backbone of India and also plays an important role in Indian economy. Most of Indians have agriculture as their occupation. Farmers usually have the mind-set of planting the same crop, using more fertilizers and following the public choice. But now-a-days, food production and prediction is getting depleted due to unnatural climatic changes, which will adversely affect the economy of farmers by getting a poor yield and also help the farmers to remain less familiar in getting high yield of crops. Machine learning is one such advanced technique deployed to predict crop yield in agriculture. By looking at the past few years, there have been significant developments in how machine learning can be used in various industries and research. The surveyed research papers have given a rough idea about using ML with only one attribute. It gives us an idea for the finest predicted crop which will be cultivate in the field weather conditions [1]. These predictions can be done by a machine learning algorithm called Random Forest. Various machine learning techniques we are using such as KNN, DT, RF, BAGGING and GRADIENT BOOSTING [7]. However, the selection of the appropriate algorithm from the pool of available algorithms imposes challenge to the researchers with respect to the chosen crop. This system will be useful to justify which crop can be grown in a particular region [8].

This project addresses the demand for an intelligent and rapid classification system of skin diseases - Acne, Melanoma, Psoriasis, Rosacea, Vitiligo using highly-efficient convolutional neural network. Diseases like Melanoma can be prove to be fatal if not identified early. Thus, identifying the diseases at early stages is critical to save lives. Towards this goal we propose a system that uses recent deep Convolutional Neural Network learning methods that are capable of classification of skin disease. The model is trained with labelled data of the skin diseases. Using feature extraction, the features of the diseases like the diameter, color and border are identified. The features are then summarized while retaining the important information. Then, the image of the skin lesion is loaded into the model along with various factors like the patient's history, drinking or smoking habits and results of the tissue testing. These factors help provide additional information about the patient to produce more accurate results. The system then classifies the type of skin disease along with the severity of the diseases based on the trained data. Automated systems capable of detecting diseases could save lives, costs and reduce needless interference.

The construction industry in India, majorly consist of two sectors namely Real estate and Urban development sectors. Annual GDP growth rate of construction industry in India has decreased by 5.2% as compared with 2018. The slowdown of India GDP provides an opportunity for researchers, professional and others to rethink conventional method of designs, techniques and trends in construction industry. The main objective of the paper is to comprehend the benefits of employing green building standards, challenges, financial benefits, etc., of energy efficient building and their related issues. A green building generates less waste and provides a healthy living environment for the occupants. It is government duty to create more awareness regarding the energy efficient building and also encourage the stakeholders by means of providing subsidies. The green building / energy efficient building application in India have been exciting and challenging as well. It will ultimately serve to improve not only the energy performance of buildings but will also assist energy conservation and natural resources by increased recovery and recycling of building materials, techniques and technology.
