Fossil fuels have been creating critical conditions that affect the society by causing various problems such as greenhouse gases emissions, by causing global climate change and release of various toxic gases into the atmosphere. As a result the public health is affected making it difficult for the living organisms to sustain on the earth, it is necessary to find out other possible solution. In this review we would like to focus on the algae which are rich in lipid biomass and can develop a sustainable energy source that serves as alternative to the usage of fossil fuels. In recent developments, microalgae have been cultivated for the production of biofuel. This approach is said be a solution which employees the environmental sustainable technology. The photosynthetic rate of carbon fixation in microalgae reduces the release of greenhouse gases. Microalgae are vast and they have the ability to feed on various waste water systems making them efficient for water purification and producing the bio fuels & various bio fertilizers by generating biomass. The Current review focuses on different methods of bio fuel production using micro algal biomass.

This paper aims to provide alternative solution for community toilets in slum areas. As existing community toilets are having constructed by traditional process which is time consuming and costly so to reduce cost, time, men power & machinery alternate solution is required so this paper mainly works on plastic made toilets for slums, as reuse of plastic is now a days used in construction industries like for road construction so this should be used in toilet construction which will help to reduce cost and time.

In the future, to reduce carbon dioxide emission in the atmosphere of the earth and protecting the earth environment, mankind will be forced to do a lot less energy for heating than it uses it still. If we add to this that the stocks of non-renewable energy resources are finite, it should be recognized that the main characteristic of the future buildings is ultra-low energy consumption and even energy consumption close to zero. And many countries have established similar standards of energy consumption. ZEBs have the promising to reduce the significant energy use and as well to increase the overall share of renewable energy. However, in order not to fall short of expectation, there is a need for commonly agreed ZEB definition framework and a robust zero calculation methodology. This framework should allow for a variety of solution sets and not focus only on PV based solution sets, as this strategy is mainly addressing small and new buildings.

This study focuses on the impact of Para social interaction and visual merchandising in customer shopping experience. The purpose of the study is to identify the relationship between para social interaction, visual merchandising, promotional signage and customer shopping experience. The present study is exploratory as well as descriptive in nature. Primary method has been used for collecting the data. Structured questionnaire has been administered for the purpose of collecting primary data. This finding suggests that there will be a significant influence of Para social interaction which enhances persuasiveness of customer shopping experience. This can be used by managers at various retail outlets, health cares, banking sectors. The focus of the study is mainly on the gap between experience of Para social interaction, visual merchandising and its effect on the customer shopping experience.

The study considers the construction of two mathematical models namely Random Staircase model and Snakes and ladders model. The Random Stair case model gives the minimum number of hops required to climb a staircase with N steps if one can hop 1 step, 2 steps, ,or k steps forward or backward at a time with equal probability. This is a generalization of Gamblers Ruin problem with fortune probability equal to . Also a mathematical model for the Snakes and ladders game is constructed which is a special case of Upward Random Staircase model. This model can be utilized to evaluate the probability to finish the game for various movements.

Customer issue tracking System is one which is responsible for providing Telephone service to the customers by registering the customers. After once customers are registered for service telephone management system must provide service such as any complaints and they also maintain status about customers complaint. These things are very tedious to maintain in manual in records for future references and removing Customers complaints after solving them are difficult and monitoring these things are also very tedious job. To overcome all these problems we are building a Solution here a Customers issue tracking system. It is novel or new method that taking a customers complaints, registering the complaint and monitoring the complaint about the customer.
