 Abstract

In today's life, people believing more in "Prevention is better than cure." Since this is our overly processed food supply lacks the nutrients needed for maximum health is acknowledged by health care professionals. To overcome this problem, the best compounds came into our mind is "Nutraceuticals." Dairy products like milk and citrus fruits are a couple of examples of nutraceuticals. In order to prevent COVID-19 disease, several naturally occurring food ingredients have been investigated. Products like Bee propolis, Melatonin (N-acetyl-5-methoxytryptamine), Palmitoylethanolamide (PEA), Camellia sinensis, Quercetin, Vitamin C, Vitamin D, Probiotics etc are yet no direct evidence indicating the beneficial specifically against COVID-19 but reported benefits of these products in the ICU context suggest that it could be considered for patients. COVID-19 pandemic plays the role of catalyst to made nutraceuticals as emerging business. Government, to provide the best quality of nutraceuticals products to consumers, made Act & Rules for manufacturing, processing, selling, import-export, packaging & labelling of nutraceuticals product. Different countries have different authorities for nutraceuticals. In India, FSSAI is the working authority which control are the actions. FSSAI approved nutraceuticals product get a unique 14-digits number with symbol of FSSAI on product package. In USA, USFDA defines Nutraceuticals as Dietary Supplements under DSHEA & DSHEA is the working authority. DSHEA regulates all the regulatory requirements like product licensing, proof of safety and effectiveness, labelling, health claims, GMP, reporting of adverse reactions, and clinical trials. In Japan, MHLW defines Nutraceuticals as Food for Specified Health Use & takes all the necessary actions regarding their quality, safety & efficacy. The nutraceuticals products which are approved by MHLW get a symbol of FoSHU on their product package.

 Abstract

This paper examines seven stories of successful women entrepreneurs in India. It looks at the problems they faced and how they overcame them. The research was done by searching various websites about women and studying their businesses. The study found that women entrepreneurs in India have to deal with many challenges, like how society thinks they should act, not having enough money, and few chances to meet other business people or get advice. But the case studies also show that these difficulties can be overcome with hard work, new ideas, and good planning. The study shows that helping women entrepreneurs in India is important because it can help not just the women, but also their communities and the economy as a whole. The study advises or suggests that people in power or policy makers should help women-led businesses grow. The whole study is divided into 7 case studies selected randomly from the web.

 Abstract

Researchers have shown a favorable correlation between dancers' and non-dancers' levels of self-esteem and happiness. When compared to the general population, dancers tend to have greater levels of happiness and confidence. One survey of university students revealed that dance majors tended to be happier and more confident than their non-dancing major peers. The study's author conjectured that engaging in dance-based activities may boost confidence and happiness by improving participants' perceptions of their own bodies, physical abilities, and expressiveness. The scales Rosenberg's Self-Esteem Scale and Lejuniorsly's Subjective Happiness Scale were used to collect the data in this research, along with a demographics questionnaire. The data suggests that dancers have higher levels of self-esteem and more happiness than non-dancers.

 Abstract

Switchgrass (Panicum virgatum L.) is one of the most promising biomass crops for the production of biofuel these days because it is rich in natural diversity, and has adapted to a large portion of the global continents and sub-continents. Despite the increasing importance as a dedicated energy crop, we know little about the basic biology underlying the agronomic traits related to feedstock production. Compared to other crops or high-value forage plants, the genetic and genomic resources suitable for switchgrass molecular breeding, biotechnology, and molecular biology research are still lagging far behind. Our aim to develop functional genomic tools for switchgrass. Switchgrass has large genome and it is not sequenced. Hence it is necessary to develop new molecular markers which will accelerate breeding. Activation tagging involves mutation in the gene which is mutated by transposon. Switchgrass has polyploidy hence it is necessary to have a mutation by overexpressing gene. This can be done by activation tagging which involves use of enhancer in transposon so it can cause overexpression of gene at the site of insertion which can result in morphological or physiological changes.

 Abstract

Abstract: Ladakh, a region in the northern India, has history that is connected with Trans-Himalayan trade. The region was at the nodal point of whole complex trade routes. These routes paved way for exchanges of ideas and commodities. One of the most significant articles that shaped the region's political and economic history was the wool trade. Such was the significance of wool trade that every authority fought for the monopoly of this trade. The major invasions that Ladakh faced from its neighbours were because of their interest in the wool trade.

 Abstract

Secure file storage is essential to protecting sensitive data from unauthorized access or tampering. Hybrid cryptography is a widely used technique combining the benefits of symmetric and asymmetric encryption to provide robust security. This study has been undertaken in order to provide an efficient way to secure confidential files and sensitive information. In general, either a strong encryption algorithm is used to protect files or either authentication is done, or digital signatures are used. This provides only midlevel security to the files. In the proposed system, all these security implications are provided along with access controls. Moreover, three strong symmetric encryption algorithms are used along with an asymmetric algorithm that secures the key. The Key Derivation Function generates the key using the password and hash. To add an additional layer of protection to the files, the cipher texts are digitally signed using a Digital Signature Algorithm. In this proposed research, the contents of the file are divided into 3 segments. Each segment is encrypted using a different symmetric algorithm. The first segment is encrypted using Advanced Encryption Standard (AES) Algorithm, the second segment is encrypted using Fernet Algorithm and the third segment is encrypted using ChaCha20 Algorithm. The Key Derivation function used is Argon2. This adds an additional layer of security as it provides better protection against brute-forcing attacks. The keys are digitally signed using ECDSA (Elliptic Curve Digital Signature Algorithm) and the keys and signature along with the cipher texts are stored in a password-protected zip file with access controls set in such a way that only the user can read/write the file. The password is provided by the user and the user must use it to recover his/her files. This file is uploaded/stored in the database with access controls. This method provides all kinds of security measures such as confidentiality, integrity, authentication, authorization, access controls, and non-repudiation.

 Abstract

The topic of crime and the demand for effective deterrents are covered in the work. The rising issue of criminal activity has shown that conventional crime-solving methods are ineffectual. Consequently, there is a growing need to foresee crimes in advance or develop a "machine" that might help law enforcement personnel avoid crime. The suggestion is to use algorithms and techniques from computer vision and machine learning to overcome this problem. The paper provides concrete examples of applications of these strategies, providing motivation for additional investigation in this area. This investigation's main goal is to examine how combining ML and computer vision can enable law enforcement organisations to identify, stop, and solve crimes with unmatched precision and quickness. By utilising these cutting-edge technologies, law enforcement organisations might undergo a revolution and efficiently battle crime.

 Abstract

Music is an integral part of our lives. In this era of technological advances, appropriate music recommendations are much needed as soothing music according to moods helps humans to relieve stress. The objective of this project is to develop a personalized system, where the user's current emotion is analyzed with the help of a bot. The bot will interact with user to identify the mood. By analyzing the tone of the text and speech used by the user, mood can be identified. Once the mood is identified, the application will recommend music based on the user's mood. The project utilizes the Rasa framework for chatbot interaction, allowing the user to have a more natural and interactive experience. The deep speech recognition layers are used for recognition of emotions through speech. The model is going to use a Natural Language Processing (NLP) Algorithm for textual analysis and Convolutional Neural Network (CNN) along with spectrogram analysis to predict the mood based on the tone of the user. To recommend music based on the emotions Last.FM API will be used.
