Agricultural systems worldwide are currently challenged by soil deterioration, climate variability, overuse of chemical inputs, and stagnating crop yields. These concerns have encouraged the exploration of sustainable and environmentally responsible farming practices. Agro homeopathy has emerged as an alternative approach that adapts homeopathic principles to plant cultivation and soil management. This approach employs ultra-diluted natural substances to enhance plant vitality, improve resistance against diseases, and increase productivity without causing ecological harm. The present review examines the concept, underlying principles, proposed mechanisms, and agricultural applications of agro homeopathy. Available experimental findings suggest that such preparations may influence seed germination, root growth, nutrient utilization, stress adaptation, and overall crop performance. Agro homeopathy is also considered economical and compatible with organic farming systems. Despite its potential, the approach requires stronger scientific validation through controlled studies and standardized methodologies. With further research, agro homeopathy may contribute to sustainable agricultural practices aimed at improving productivity while maintaining environmental balance.

The Self-Help Group (SHG) movement has been a cornerstone of financial inclusion and women's empowerment in India. In Karnataka, the digitization of SHGs through NABARD's e-Shakti Project has significantly transformed SHG governance, credit delivery, and transparency. This paper examines the role of digitization in strengthening SHGs in Karnataka, focusing on financial inclusion, SHG-bank linkage, operational efficiency, and women's socio-economic empowerment. Using secondary data from NABARD reports, academic studies, and evaluation papers, the study finds that digitization has improved credit appraisal, reduced transaction costs, enhanced transparency, and facilitated evidence-based policy making. However, challenges such as digital illiteracy and infrastructural gaps persist. The study concludes that digitization is a critical enabler for sustainable SHG development in Karnataka.

This study aims to examine the status of Mising women in the field of socio-economic, religion, cultural and decision-making in Mising society. Mising tribe is one of the prominent indigenous communities of Assam in Northeast India. Traditionally, Mising women play a vital role in household management, agriculture, weaving, and the preservation of cultural practices. Despite their significant economic contributions, their participation in formal decision-making processes often remains limited due to prevailing patriarchal norms and customary practices. The research explores the intersection of economic participation and autonomy, focusing on women's access to education, income-generating activities, and property rights. It highlights how engagement in traditional occupations such as weaving and agriculture enhances women's financial contribution to the household, thereby influencing their bargaining power within the family. However, disparities persist in areas such as ownership of resources, control over income, and involvement in community-level decision-making institutions. This paper thus attempt to study the role and socio-economic status of the women in Mising tribe of Assam with an aim to see how far the women of this particular tribe is bounded by different socio-cultural and religious beliefs of the community. This paper has been also designed to highlight how far Mising women are free to participate in the decision making process with other male members of the family and society as a whole.

The present study examines the role of cultural orientation (individualism and collectivism) and religious commitment in predicting identity commitment among Mizo young adults. A total of 158 participants aged 18-30 years completed standardized measures including the Dimensions of Identity Development Scale (DIDS), Individualism-Collectivism Scale (INDCOL-16), and Religious Commitment Inventory (RCI-10). Correlational analysis indicated that religious commitment had the strongest association with identity commitment, followed by individualism, while collectivism showed the weakest relationship. Multiple regression analysis revealed that religious commitment was the strongest predictor of identity commitment, followed by individualism, whereas collectivism was not a significant predictor. The findings suggest that identity commitment in a collectivistic society is influenced not only by cultural values but also significantly by personal belief systems.

Financial markets are not only driven by economic fundamentals, but also by psychological stories and market structure determinants that affect the decision-making process of investors. Studies conducted in Behavioural Finance theory indicate that investors tend to rely on current stories and opinions instead of making rational decisions. The present study is going to consider the effect of the combination of narrative bias and market liquidity on stock market processes and explore the potential of increasing prediction accuracy for shares by including these aspects into consideration. Narrative bias denotes the impact of the media story and social story on financial decision-making, whereas market liquidity implies ease of buying and selling shares without altering their price. With the help of sentiment analysis methods for determining narrative bias and liquidity measures like trading volumes and bid-ask spreads, this paper will establish a forecasting model for stock prices. The empirical study will be performed based on market data from different major stock exchanges, including the National Stock Exchange of India and the Bombay Stock Exchange. The regression and machine learning models will be employed to determine the connection between narrative bias, liquidity conditions, and stock price volatility. According to the results, it is evident that narrative bias plays an important role in determining investors' expectations and influences short-term stock price changes, whereas liquidity conditions have a significant effect on amplifying or weakening those impacts. The combination of both factors provides a more accurate forecasting model for predicting stock prices than the existing ones, which only consider historical stock prices.

This paper presents the design of an automatic door system using a rack and pinion mechanism for contactless operation. The system aims to reduce human effort, improve hygiene, and provide convenience, especially for elderly and physically challenged individuals. An ultrasonic sensor (HC-SR04) detects the presence of a person and sends signals to the Arduino UNO, which acts as the control unit. Based on the input, the Arduino controls the motor driver (L298N) to operate a DC gear motor. The motor's rotational motion is converted into linear motion through the rack and pinion mechanism, enabling automatic door opening. When no object is detected, the system reverses the motor to close the door. The system is simple, cost-effective, reliable, and suitable for use in homes, offices, hospitals, and public places, demonstrating the practical application of automation in daily life.

The world of trade is getting more complicated and uncertain. This has changed the role of Incoterms from being about delivery terms to being important tools in logistics and supply chain management. This study looks at how Incoterms 2020 used in the export and import industry. It focuses on how they affect the efficiency of operations, transparency of costs, allocation of risks and customer retention in freight forwarding. The Indian logistics environment is complex with laws like the Customs Act and Goods and Services Tax. This makes it necessary for companies to make decisions about trade terms. This study uses a research design and case studies to evaluate real-world shipment scenarios. It highlights problems that happen when Incoterms are not chosen correctly. For example using EXW can lead to a lack of control over documents. Using CIF can lead to costs. Not having insurance coverage for high-value air shipments can be a problem. Losing input credit for GST under DDP transactions can also be an issue. The study shows that using terms like FCA, CIP and DAP can help companies control logistics processes better. It can also make costs more transparent. Reduce financial and operational risks. By combining expertise with digital tools and regulatory awareness logistics providers can make Incoterms more valuable to their customers. This can help build trust and retain customers. The study concludes that using Incoterms strategically is key to achieving excellence, financial efficiency and a competitive advantage in the global logistics landscape.
