Since antiquity, in all ages, justice has been treated as a parameter to capture the social and political insight into a suitable boundary. However, acknowledging justice from a perspective of common good refresh the hidden objectives of justice that needs to be encapsulated. Both western and eastern philosophy, particularly the process of politicisation of justice, tries to accommodate the political sphere of justice into a bottle of common good. Of course, the nature of justice can only be defined as a matter of distributive concept, for instance distribution of primary goods lead to the realization of being a member of political community. Historically the manner of justice has been evolving to pursue a good society, not only for individuals rather the essence of justice enhances the complexity of global interdependence through divers conceptual and theoretical standards. This paper will be analysing the basic historical and philosophical interpretations with regard to justice, moreover the amalgamation of justice with Common Good will also be taken into consideration.

Cultural identity is the characteristic of the individual and the culturally identical group of members sharing the same culture or upbringing. Its importance in preserving uniqueness and distinctiveness amidst cultural diversity in a country like India can never be undermined. Cultural identity of a community is marked by its culture and tradition which includes festivals, costumes, religious faith, food habits, music, dance forms, etc. Assam, the most prominent of the North-Eastern states, takes pride in its rich cultural heritage. Inhabited by a large number of tribes and communities, the state is marked for being a rich storehouse of multiple culture and tradition. Among those tribes and communities, the Tai-Ahoms and the Misings occupy an important place. The festivals Me-Dam-Me-Phi of the Tai-Ahoms and Ali-ai-Ligang of the Misings have given them distinct cultural identities. The present paper is an attempt to trace the cultural identity of the Tai-Ahoms and the Misings through our study of the concept of cultural identity and the rituals of the festivals Me-Dam-Me-Phi and Ali-ai-Ligang.

Free space optical communication has engrossed a large section of researchers in recent times due its wide bandwidth, effortless deployment and immune links making it appropriate for communication purposes. Free space optics to be an exalted technique for fast and cost-effective information exchange. As communication happens through air, FSO transmission is much faster than its fiber counter parts where glass is used as the medium for transmission. This wireless optical technique requires clear and non turbulent atmospheric conditions for efficient transmission. Multi beam technique which uses spatially diverse transmitters for transmission has been used for increasing the achievable link distance of the FSO system. Atmospheric-effects like scintillation, fog, haze, rain, absorption by water vapors, scattering of beam, fading, etc., have to be considered while designing an FSO network. Multibeam technique which uses spatially diverse transmitters for transmission, has been used for increasing the achievable link distance of the FSO system. Parameters like quality factor and bit error rate have been used to check the received signal quality.

In this paper we have examined and structured an E formed microstrip radio wire in X band The proposed reception apparatus planned can work at 8.6 GHz and in this way the receiving wire turns into a need for some applications in late remote correspondences, for example, Radar, Microwave and space correspondence .The E molded fix radio wire offers an expanded data transmission of 13 % when contrasted with rectangular fix receiving wire (3.6%) working in the scope of 8-9 GHz .The plan of E-Shape fix receiving wire has been finished utilizing IE3D programming. The arrival misfortune is watched trailed by the radiation design. These outcomes are acquired through MATLAB which are later on checked utilizing IE3D programming v 14.4
