Sign language is used by deaf and hard of hearing people to share information with their community and others. Electronic recognition of sign language deals from signaling to touch and continues until text to speech production. Touch gestures can be classified as permanent and flexible. Yet vertical touch detection is easier than recognizing dynamic touch but both awareness systems are important in human society. Steps in recognizing sign language are described in this study. Data acquisition, pre-processing and modification of data, feature extraction, segmentation and obtained results are assessed. Other future research guides in the area also suggested.

Esthetics play an important role in dentistry along with functioning prosthesis. Anterior maxilla is a high esthetic demand region[2]. Achieving esthetics in anterior maxilla is a challenge independent to the type of restoration[1]. Achieving excellence in anterior rehabilitations include knowledge in esthetics and preservation without damaging much tissues. Reconstruction of the soft tissue loss after pathologic resection needs special techniques[2]. Many techniques can be used to restore the lost alveolar hard and soft tissues[1]. Various soft tissue augmentation procedures are available to correct the ridge defects in anterior region[3]. The newer technique , namely Vascularized Inter-positional Periosteal Connective Tissue flap[VIP-CT], having the potential to augment predictable amount of tissue and has many benefits when compared to other techniques[3]. This article discusses in detail the importance of Vascularized Inter-positional Periosteal Connective Tissue flap in oral surgery.

An easiest, precise, accurate and isocratic RP-HPLC stability-indicating method was developed and validated for determination of Beta caryophyllene. RP-HPLC separation was achieved on Hypersil BDS RP (5?, 250 mm X 4.6 mm) column using mobile phase comported of methanol: water: orthophosphoric acid (98:02:0.1, % v/v) at flow rate of 1 ml/ min. Forced declination studies were performed on bulk sample of Beta caryophyllene using acid (1 N Hydrochloric acid), base (1 N Sodium hydroxide solution), oxidation (3% Hydrogen Peroxide Solution), Dry heat (80?C). Good resolution between the peaks corresponds to declination products. The estimation angles of Beta caryophyllene showed good linearity in the attention range 25-75 ?g/ ml with UV discovery (210 nm). The correlation portions were in the range 0.999. With limit of discovery and quantification 1.976 ug/ml and 5.989 ?g/ml, independently. The system has the needful delicacy, selectivity, perceptivity and perfection to assay declination products performing from the stress studies didn't intrude with assay is therefore stability- indicating.

Diabetes is an illness caused because of high glucose level in a humanbody. Diabetes should not be ignored if it is untreated then Diabetes may cause some major issues in a person like:heart related problems, kidney problem ,blood pressure,eye damage and it can also affects other organs of human body. Diabetes can be controlled if it is predicted earlier. To achieve this goal this project work wewill do early prediction of Diabetes in a human body or a patient for a higher accuracy through applying, Various Machine Learning Techniques. Machine learning techniques Provide better result for prediction by con-structing models from datasets collected from patients.In this work we wil luse Machine Learning Classification and ensemble techniques on a dataset to predict diabetes. Which are K-Nearest Neighbor (KNN),Logistic Regression (LR), Decision Tree (DT), Support Vector Machine (SVM), Gradient Boosting(GB) and RandomForest(RF). Theaccuracy is different for every model when compared to other models.The Project work gives the accurate or higher accuracy model shows that the model is capable of predicting diabetes effectively.Our Result shows that Random Forest achieved higher accuracy compared to other machine learning techniques.

Abstract: This work is primarily about the improvement of current agricultural practices by using modern technologies for betterment of agriculture and modernization the traditional agriculture system. Internet of Things(IoT) plays a crowning role in smart agriculture. The project will help root level farmers to get into smart irrigation in term of agriculture. Which provide greater service in less cost in irrigation and lowest man power. Smart irrigation is an empirical concept because IoT sensors capable of providing information about their agriculture fields and making irrigation automated by Internet of Things. The feature of this paper includes monitoring temperature, humidity, pH and water level in agricultural field through sensors. The data from sensors are sent to Web server database using wireless transmission. Controlling of all these operations will be through any remote smart device or computer connected to internet and rain condition is also applied to the operations. It will be performed by interfacing sensors, IFTT app, Smart agriculture app, Wi-Fi and raspberry pi.
