According to the Global Climate Risk Index 2021, India was the 7th most affected nation by climate change. The brunt of climate change has been evident in a monsoon driven country like India, in the way of growing unpredictability in rainfall, rise in annual median temperature, irregular flooding and frequent droughts. In comparison, while the United States of America happens to be the 2nd greatest emitter of carbon dioxide, it did not feature in the Global Climate Risk Index 2021, indicating an enhanced resilience to the climate change phenomena. This study aims to assess the impact of this phenomena on India and draw comparisons with the United States to suggest policy measures and steps that can create a more climate change resilient and sustainable economy for the developing nation.

Abstract: The antibacterial and antifungal activity of the aqueous, ethanol, methanol, dimethyl sulfoxide and acetone extracts from the stems of Tinospora cordifolia creeped on different trees and its independent creeper on fences was studied using disc diffusion method against Bacillus subtilis, Enterobacter faecalis, Streptococcus mutans, Pseudomonas aeruginosa and Candida albicans. Results suggest that the stem extract has antibacterial activity against tested bacteria and fungus. The present study justifies the claimed uses of Tinospora cordifolia in the traditional system of medicine to treat various infectious diseases.

Today, social media is one of the most popular and widely utilized forms of communication. People currently utilize social media to interact with one another all around the world. People have been using social media to discuss their experiences in recent years. This also includes experiences using a product or service or platform. These product reviews posted by social media users are read by thousands of people every day and they have become a source of influencing consumer buying behavior. Organizations have started to use social media to sell their products and services after realizing the value of this medium. Social media is being used today to effectively market products and services and to attract a wide demographic of audience. This paper aims at identifying how different aspects of social media can impact consumer buying behavior.

Cancer is an extensive global and universal disease nowadays which pretends to be the utmost cause for a large impermanence rate among men and women every era. Approximately 80-85% of the people who get affected by cancer are being succumbed to death. Recognition of cancer at the first stage is the only aspect in front of us to give proper treatment. Among numerous types of cancers, lung cancer is a very fearful and complicated one. Lung cancer means the growth of tumor cells briskly and having chances of spreading those cancer cells to other organs which in turn damaging other normal tissue cells of the body. Noticing tumor prematurely can help to cure the disease completely and it becomes pivotal to find out whether the tumor has been changed to cancer or not, if the prognostication is made at an initial stage, then countless lives that are at risk could be rescued and accurate prediction can help the doctors to start their treatment at the earliest. In this paper, we have proposed a simple, easy, and precise method for accurate prediction of the stage of cancer using CT images of the lungs in Image processing. For this process, a CT image will be considered, and then the image will be pre-processed for noise removal. Further segmentation is done to identify and separate desired tumor nodule and extraction of morphological features such as area, perimeter, eccentricity, and diameter is carried out under feature extraction. Finally, the classification of lung cancer into different stages based on the size of tumor results has been proposed using MATLAB which is more accurate and less time-consuming when compared to other lung cancer prediction systems. The method proposed in this paper to detect a tumor in the lungs is simpler when compared to applying other difficult algorithms.

Traffic grouping is generally utilized in different organization capacities, for example, programming characterized ,systems administration and organization interruption location frameworks. Many traffic arrangement strategies have been proposed for characterizing encoded traffic by using a profound learning model without investigating the bundle ,payload. Notwithstanding, they have a significant test in that the system of profound learning is mystifying. ,A breakdown of the profound learning model may happen if the preparation dataset incorporates malevolent or incorrect ,information. Logical man-made brainpower (XAI) can give some knowledge for improving the profound learning model ,by clarifying the reason for the glitch. In this paper, we propose a technique for clarifying the working .system of profound learning-based traffic arrangement as a technique for XAI dependent on a hereditary calculation. We depict the component of the profound learning-based traffic classifier by evaluating the significance ,of each component. Likewise, we influence the hereditary calculation to produce a component choice cover that ,chooses significant highlights in the whole list of capabilities. To exhibit the proposed clarification strategy, we executed a profound learning-based traffic classifier with an exactness of around 97.24%. In expansion, we present the significance of each component got from the proposed clarification strategy by characterizing the strength rate.|

The present study covers a wide spectrum of issues involved in the marketing of high yielding and hybrid seeds in the study area. The interrelated aspects of marketing of seeds have been performed by the farmers and the concerned seeds companies. The assured market and better price for the hybrid seeds were the compelling factors for starting the seed farming as asserted by all the farmers. The market is assured since the seeds companies enter into an agreement with the farmers for purchasing all their seed. Similarly price of the hybrid seeds is much better than the other seed. Hence price incentive has been another factor for inducing the seed farmers to go into the seed farming as an alternative to traditional agriculture. As per pre agreement of seed companies brought raw seeds from farmers. After buying raw seeds company following many marketing dimension in there level. This study has focused on the strides made in marketing of hybrid and high yielding varieties of seeds in Haveri district of Karnataka. The study has led to some significant findings and conclusions which have been summarized here to provide a brief comprehensive picture of the research findings on the subject.

The spread of the SARS-CoV-2 led to an unprecedented economic shock which turned into a global economic downturn. The pandemic had an immediate and adverse effect on trade globally. The impact of covid 19 on trade globally was prominent in Q1 2020, when almost all economies experienced negative trends, these trends were observed because to control the spread of the virus, the world had to depend on non pharmaceutical interventions as a community mitigation strategy due to the non availability of effective pharmaceutical interventions like vaccines. Initially when the virus spread in China, the supply chain of ASEAN countries were disrupted and demand froze which limited the flows of trade. Further, as the virus spread from China to Southeast Asia, there was an immediate interruption in economic activities in the region due to the measures that had to be taken to contain the spread of the virus. This paper aims to study the impact of Covid 19 on trade of Southeast Asian economies ( ASEAN countries )

The success of an organization may be based on its dedication and devotion towards meeting its goals and objectives. The sudden outbreak of Covid-19 pandemic has appeared as a challenge for various organizations all over the world. This pandemic has given an opportunity to tackle the situation with zeal and enthusiasm and keep motivating the workforce so that they can be updated to take up the future challenges. To conduct competency development programs for employees working from home has become truly important for organizations to keep themselves abreast with the chronic situation. The competency development programs in normal course of action are completely different and simple to be followed while in case of online programs the process is bit complicated to be pursued smoothly with efficiency. Thus the purpose of the research is to identify the coherence of organization objectives with its participation in competency development programs. Moreover also to identify the level of determination which is displayed during this tough times, and innate need of developing employees and improving their skills in order to keep them motivated towards the current as well as upcoming future projects.
