Corporate social responsibility (CSR) is a type of international private business self-regulation that aims to contribute to societal goals of a philanthropic, activist, or charitable nature by engaging in or supporting volunteering or ethically-oriented practices. The purpose of corporate social responsibility is to give back to the community, take part in phhropic causes, and provide positive social value. The impact of Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) on firm performance is an important issue in organizational research and has been discussed for decades. Only lately, scholars turned their attention towards aspects on an individual level, like the relation between CSR and work satisfaction or work engagement.

Solid lipid nanoparticles (SLN) are one of the most rapidly evolving nanotechnology formulations, with numerous applications in fields such as drug delivery, clinical medicine, research, and a variety of other sciences. SLN are nanometer-sized spherical particles that are dissolved in water or aqueous surfactant solution and treated with lipophilic or hydrophilic drugs. Also improving the solubility and bioavailability of poorly soluble drugs can be done with biodegradable and bio acceptable polymers that can also resolve the harmful effects of traditional drug carriers. The different development strategies and their assessment were the subject of this review report. The major applications of SLNs, primarily targeted drug delivery, are discussed, as are the analytical methods used in SLN evaluations.

Introduction: A cross sectional survey conducted to study the knowledge, attitude and practices of menstrual cups and its recommended usage from health care providers dealing with young girls and women. Methods: A questionnaire was used which consisted 20 questions regarding the advocacy of menstrual cups, health and hygiene, cervical cancer/vaccine during campaigns/consultation, feedback from young girls using menstrual cups, usage of digital platform to seek information on menstrual cups and also assess the knowledge, attitude and practice of the health care provider . Results: A total of 163 obstetricians and gynecologists in the public and private practice in Bangalore gave the responses. 93% of the health care providers thought that menstrual cups are more environment friendly than sanitary pads. Only 57% of health care providers actually advised young girls on the usage of menstrual cups. Though 50% of health care providers thought that it is appropriate to advice about menstrual cups to young girls, still only 35% only advocated the use of menstrual cups to young girls. Conclusion: Awareness among the healthcare providers on advocacy of eco-friendly measure to promote menstrual health and hygiene should be improved. .

The marine fisheries sector is dominated by the socio-economically backward artisanal and small-scale fishers whose lives are closely intertwined with the oceans and seas. However, 75 percent of the total marine fish production comes from the mechanized sector, 23 percent from the motorized sector, and only 2 percent from the artisanal sector. Despite stagnation in the growth of marine capture fish production over the years, the dependency of traditional marine fishers on marine capture fisheries for livelihoods has been increasing and it is only imperative that sustainable alternative livelihood opportunities like mariculture activities are developed and promoted. The Indian fisheries sector is set in a unique and diverse set of resources ranging from the pristine waters of the Himalayas to the sprawling Indian Ocean. The fisheries biodiversity of the country encompasses a wide spectrum of physical and biological components that support the livelihoods of millions of people. Fisheries resources are set in different ecosystems.

In present days there is a lot need for low force ring oscillator which is executed with straightforward CMOS inverters. Ring oscillator is a fundamental structure block in integrators. The ring oscillator based integrators are the critical components in the simple channel plan. The DC gain of the ordinary integrators is rigorously restricted by the increase of the Operational Tran conductance amplifier (OTA). Here we proposed a ring oscillator with a low force utilization. In this plan inverters are associated in fell structure to acquire a three phase ring oscillator the yield of first stage is taken care of to the contribution of second stage. The ring oscillator utilizes an odd number of inverters to give the impact of a single reversing amplifier with an increase of more noteworthy than one. The Ring oscillator is created by utilizing Rhythm Tool with a CMOS 180nm innovation furthermore, is mimicked utilizing rhythm ghost. The supply voltage was changed from 0.5 V to analyze the recurrence and force utilization of the circuit. The deliberate recurrence had a reach of 38MHz and the force utilization is 129uW.In this paper above mentioned is proposed

The undertaking title is "E-VOTING APPLICATION USING VOTER AUTHENTICATION ".The issue of casting a ballot is as yet basic as far as wellbeing and security. This paper manages the plan and improvement of an online democratic framework utilizing finger impression and Aadhaar card to furnish an elite with high security to the democratic framework. Likewise, we use web innovation to make the casting a ballot framework more pragmatic .The proposed Online Voting System permits the electors to filter their finger impression ,which is then coordinated with an as of now save harm with in an information base that is recovered from Aadhaar card information base of the public authority. The democratic framework is overseen in an easier manner as every one of the clients must login by Aadhaar card number and One Time secret key and snap on his/her good possibility to make the choice. This will build the democratic rate in India and diminishes the expense of casting a ballot interaction. By utilizing biometric unique mark it gives sufficient security which diminishes he bogus votes

There has been considerable research interest of late in the use of adsorption in Thermal Energy Storage. The use of TES for the transformation of low temperature heat in applications such as cooling and heating has been the focus of some applications. Zeolite and water have been studied as materials that are appropriate. They are visible due to their characteristics as environmentally friendly materials and high affinity. It is also significant that zeolites have unique properties to hold adsorbed water/heat with very minimal loss. A Stirling engine was used to generate electricity with the aid of a dynamo, as a heat engine and an adsorption energy storage system serving as a heat pump. The relation between the generation of electricity and temperature has been investigated. The average temperature and pressure of the zeolite - water adsorption heat pump obtained were also compared with the basic adsorption cycle.
