The major problem faced in Construction industry is the environmental pollution . Similarly, Papers were used and reused several times and ends in a form of solid waste. Papercrete is a sustainable building material due to reduced amount of cement usage and recycled paper being put to good use. Papercrete is a one type of fibrous cement, made by shredding paper such as old newspapers, prints, cardboards etc. as pulp in water, Portland cement and sandy soil. It has numerous advantages in construction industry, namely low carbon footprint, recycled material usage, low embodied energy, high strength to weight ratio, high thermal insulation, high sound absorption, aesthetic and cost effective. There are many varieties of Papercrete possible when the constituents mixed in different proportions. It gains its inherent strength due to presence of hydrogen bonds in microstructure of paper. This thick mix can then be poured into moulds and cast like concrete, to make it into any desired shape and size. Moreover papercrete bricks can also be manufactured. Papercrete bricks are relatively light and more flexible so, they are potentially ideal material for earthquake prone areas. Different parameters such as strength, durability, density and water absorption is determined to check the feasibility. This paper reviews about the environment impact caused by the paper pollution.

The Real Estate sector is one of the most globally recognized sectors. In India Real Estate is second largest employer after agriculture. The announcement of Real Estate Regulator bill which was passed by The Indian Parliament in March 2016 has ensured a new era in the Indian Real Estate market. A questionnaire consist of number of questions printed in definite order on a form. Data is collected from 30 different builders and asked to fill the questionnaire and personally discussed the impact of RERA Act. This research has included residential and commercial project in Ahmedabad city of Gujrat state in India. Likert scale of 1 to 7 was used as all respondents were well aware of the new act in their business practice. Seven regression models were identified in this research. Real Estate act brings transparency in transection and resolves the matters between customer and developers. After implementation of this Act quality of construction has improved and builders are giving possession on time. RERA has improved this sector by making user friendly website which provides all the necessary information about it. Small developers cannot do multiple project at same time because of increase project legal cost, developers will have to disclose balance sheet for financial years and income tax returns of three years on RERA website and unable to complete project on time. Fund escrow is dependent upon 10% of total booking amount, compensation pay to customers from missing date of possession and RERA registration charges.

Pilot test programs are at present used to prepare planned pilots who will fly airplanes. Nonetheless, the pilot training program generally need more space, more financial plans, and another things with the goal that the test system can be worked as comparative as conceivable to a genuine airplane. Reacting to the difficulties that confronted today and going into the period of compact that saturated at whatever point and any place, in this paper, it is fostered a computer generated experience pilot training program. The computer generated experience pilot test program is expected to go about as the customary pilot test program that reproduces the climate of genuine flight. Also, it very well may be utilized anyplace and whenever. The paper presents computer generated reality, pilot training program, and programming interaction of augmented reality pilot training program. Pilot training program utilizing computer generated reality can give solid sensations like being in a plane cockpit.

With regards to this, a brief analysis was done with the help of different variables such as precipitation and temperature that have radically constituted to climate changes and thereby estimate its effect on the Indian economy and its various sectors. To understand the major objectives of analyzing the impact of this change, relevant charts and estimates have been calculated and arrived at using several analytical tools .Regression based modelling approach has been used to derive estimates of different variables and their significance have been observed. The major findings of the report show that climate changes playa significant role in the agricultural sector. And, as expected, it has a moderate impact on the secondary sector and a minimal impact on the services sector.

RESEARCH PROBLEM: A Study to assess the effectiveness of structured teaching program regarding importance of calcium rich diet during pre-menopausal stage among women in selected villages of district Sangrur, Punjab. BACKGROUND OF THE STUDY: Osteoporosis is an increasing public health problem worldwide. It is characterized by low bone mass and micro architectural deterioration of bone tissue, leading to enhanced bone fragility and consequent increase in risk for Fracture. It has been estimated that in 1990, 1.7 million people globally suffered from Osteoporosis hip fractures. The number might increase to 6.3 million by 2050. The Indian statistics reveal that 6.1 crore people in India are osteoporotic; of these 50 lakhs will have Osteoporotic fracture. MATERIAL AND METHODS: A quantitative approach with pre experimental one group pre test and post test design was used for this study. The sample consisted of 50 women in selected villages of district Sangrur. The sample was chosen by purposive sampling by lottery method. The data was collected by using structured knowledge questionnaire. Data was analyzed by using descriptive and inferential statistics. RESULTS: The result shows that 32(64%) of the Women had inadequate knowledge, 18(36%) of the Women had moderate knowledge level in the Pre test. Further, none of the Women had adequate knowledge on importance of Calcium rich diet during Pre-menopausal stage among Women in the Pre test. In post test 16(32%) of the Women had moderately adequate knowledge level and 34(68%) of Women had adequate knowledge level in the Post test. Further, none of the Women had inadequate knowledge level in the Post test. Level of significance at 0.05 and shows the effectiveness structured teaching program on calcium rich diet. Hence, there is statistical significant association in knowledge level of Women with other selected variables such as Age, physical activity, age at menarche, interval of menstrual cycle, and food habit respectively in the Pre test. There is statistical significant association in knowledge level of Women with other selected variables such as Age, age at menarche, interval of menstrual cycle, type of menstrual flow respectively in the Post test. There is no statistical significant association in knowledge level of Women with other selected variables such as Educational level; type of menstrual flow, Religion, food habits, number of children and type of family respectively in the Pre test. There is no statistical significant association in knowledge level of women with other selected variables such as Educational level, Physical activity, Religion, food habit, number of children, family income and type of family, respectively in the Post test.

In this chapter a deterministic inventory model has been developed for deteriorating items having a ramp type demand with the effects of inflation with two-storage facilities using Genetic Algorithm and Particle swarm optimization. The owned godown (OG) has a fixed capacity of W units; the rented godown (RG) has unlimited capacity using Genetic Algorithm and Particle swarm optimization. Here, we assumed that the inventory holding cost in RG is higher than those in OWG. Shortages in inventory are allowed and partially backlogged and it is assumed that the inventory deteriorates over time at a variable deterioration rate using Genetic Algorithm and Particle swarm optimization. The effect of inflation has also been considered for various costs associated with the inventory system. Numerical example is also used to study the behaviour of the model using Genetic Algorithm and Particle swarm optimization. Cost minimization technique is used to get the expressions for total cost and other parameters using Genetic Algorithm and Particle swarm optimization.
