Introduction: Sleep is a biological process that is essential for life and optimal health. College life can contribute to a health or disease promoting lifestyle and ultimately relate to their quality of life. Major changes in lifestyle such as unbalanced diets and lack of sleep can be detrimental to the students well-being. Purpose: The purpose of the present study was to provide insight into the effect of lack of sleep and dietary behavior in girls (19-22 years). Method: A cross sectional study was conducted in Dr. BMN College of home science. Total 100 students were enrolled in this study. The tools used to collect data were questionnaire and 24- hr dietary recall. The sleep quality was analyzed using Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index (PSQI). Data collected were coded in Microsoft excel and statistical analysis was done using SPSS to interpret the result. Results: The majority of the students participated in the study have poor quality of sleep (73%) and were short sleepers i.e. sleep less than 6 hr/ night (67%) based on PSQI score. Highly significant correlation was seen between sleep quality and skipping breakfast (p< 0.05), The mean calorie and protein intake of students who participated in the study was 1224.7 kcal/d and 34.6 gm/d. Conclusion: In conclusion, Poor sleep quality leads to skipping breakfast on regular basis. There was no significant relation found between macronutrient intake and sleep quality.

Concrete is most generally utilized development material on the planet. Fibre strengthened cement (FRC) is a solid where little and intermittent filaments are scattered consistently. The fibers used in FRC capacity be of many materials similar steel, G.I., carbon, glass, aramid, asbestos, polypropylene, jute and so on. The expansion of these filaments into solid mass can drastically expand the compressive quality, rigidity, flexural quality and effect quality of cement. FRC has open numerous applications in structural building field. In view of the research center examination on fibre strengthened cement (FRC), solid shape and chambers examples have been structured with steel fibre fortified cement (SFRC) containing strands of 0% and 0.5% volume division of snare end Steel filaments of 53.85, 50 angle proportion and antacid safe glass strands containing 0% and 0.25% by weight of concrete of 12mm cut length were utilized without admixture. Contrasting the consequence of FRC and plain M20 grade solid, this paper approved the constructive outcome of various filaments with rate increment in pressure and parting improvement of example at 7 and 28 days, broke down the affectability of expansion of strands to concrete with various quality.

Abstract A study to assess knowledge and attitude towards mental illness among caregivers of mentally ill client attending out patient department in selected psychiatry hospital, Goa was conducted with the objectives to a) Assess caregivers level of knowledge and attitude towards mental illness b) Find the relationship between caregivers level of knowledge and attitude towards mental illness and c) Find the relationship with caregivers level of knowledge, attitude and selected demographic variables. A descriptive survey approach was adopted. A sample size of 100 was selected using convenience sampling method. A structured questionnaire and Likert- Type scale was used to obtain the data from the respondents. Data was analysed using descriptive and inferential statistics. The findings of the study revealed that only 16% of the respondents had good knowledge about mental illness and 89% of the respondents had negative attitude towards mental illness. Results indicated the need for designing strategies to improve caregivers knowledge about mental illness

The threat of penetrating a company's end result is a collection of actions aimed at violently misusing systems, networks, data, and resources. Preventing internal threats is not difficult, as the trusted partner of the concerned company, who allows access to those confidential services. Progressive analysis in identifying internal threat specifically focuses on retrieving methods of uncontrolled behavioral injury for detective task discomfort or abnormal changes in user behavior over time. However, the unpleasant task is that one does not earn honestly in a threatening environment. We propose an improvement logging strategy, a technology that detects internal threats from the user activity chain. Initially, a single-day selection area unit calculated from the user activity log. The array of feature attribute selectors is predefined over the data for each feature over time. Each label sets the data attribute and extracts from the truth below. The XG-boost classifier is used to classify whether the user is malicious or not, and its performance has been compared to various popular methods such as a random forest. The CMU Insider Threat Dataset is only used for internal threat notification, providing approximately 14-GB browsing logs for the general public such as logon, application connection, file transfer, and e-mail log files.

For diagnosing eye diseases the structure analysis of structure Optic Nerve Head (ONH) and registration of retinal images are very important. So this paper proposed the 3D construction and registration of retinal images. The previous reconstruction method states disparity map estimation as a depth cue to remove uncertainty of the relative positions and then by using guided filter final depth map can be obtained. The red cyan anaglyph can be computed by using this depth map and 3D structure of ONH can be constructed.

The area chosen was designing, a creative field that stir the imagination. Four mats were designed and construction using silk selvedge waste as the weft yarns during weaving. The main aim of the study was to find out the acceptance of designer mats woven using silk selvedge waste. The various objectives include: 1. Recycling :Utilize silk waste (selvedge) as yarns to create mats using different weaving techniques. 2. To design the mats. 3. To study the significance of 2 different techniques of construction plain weave and tapestry weave. 4. To evaluate the acceptance of designed; plain and tapestry woven mats The acceptances evaluation was done by the mean of questionnaire method. Mats were displayed to a set population of respondents to check their acceptances. 30 respondents were the chosen sample size. The result was analyzed discussed and presented in the form of tables and graphs.. From the survey the acceptance of the mats were judged and concluded as follows: The best design is sample C & D with 50 % respondents ranking them as excellent. The best placement of designs was that of sample C & D with 50% ranking it as excellent. The best mats in terms of overall appearance is sample C and D with 50% ranking it as excellent and hence the best mats of the collection with the highest excellent rating in all was sample C and D.

Surveillance robot presents a contemporary approach for surveillance at remote and border area's victimization multifunctional automation supported current IOT utilized in defense and military applications. By means that of this, we tend to advance a surveillance automation which may be integrated into any reasonably home. The controller of the bot are going to be the powerful Raspberry Pi 3 Model B. A digital camera hooked up to the Pi monitors the world and sends a notification once any intrusive or obtrusion is detected. The live streaming ability of the Pi permits the camera feed to be analyzed from any location victimization net. With such a system, each user can feel a lot of protected. Associate field Raspberry pi sends a wireless command that is received on website and consequently automaton moves. Streaming is completed victimization USB camera. It contains gas sensing element and temperature sensing element so, it is often used conjointly in disaster occurred areas like earthquake, fire, etc. Gas sensing element can discover the harmful gases that are gift at the disastered space and conjointly temperature sensing element is mounted thereon thus, it will live the temperature within the fireplace accidents as early precautions to assist fireplace fighters.
