This research paper explores the development of motor variables through engagement in non-competitive traditional games. Traditional games have long been part of various cultures worldwide, serving not only as forms of entertainment but also as platforms for physical activity and skill development. While competitive sports receive considerable attention in motor skill research, non-competitive traditional games often go understudied despite their potential benefits. This paper aims to fill this gap by investigating how participation in non-competitive traditional games contributes to the development of motor variables such as coordination, agility, balance, strength, reaction time , speed, accuracy, flexibility and dexterity . The games studied in this paper are part of bhartiya khel (Indian knowledge system ).Through a review of existing literature and empirical evidence, this paper highlights the importance of incorporating traditional games into physical education curricula and recreational activities to promote motor skill development.

Understanding the context, dynamics, and actor interactions of education is a complex process that calls for a variety of viewpoints and degrees of study, especially when it comes to technology advancements. The purpose of this paper is to list some of the most exciting Education department, Gokul Das Hindu Girls College, Moradabad(U.P.) developments in the application of blended learning in higher education. the technological capabilities and the settings in which they are employed. The research identifies a few shared features of digital teaching tools. Digital tools or platforms that enable human-machine interaction, in particular, have the potential to improve automated processes for blended learning delivery types. Within this framework, digital tools like video capsules and intelligent tutoring systems have the potential to enhance educational processes. first by making self-paced online learning activities more accessible to a larger number of students. Secondly, by providing each student with a personalized learning path, you may enhance after-class activities and feedback. When matching learning goals with technology-based implementation, educational technology capabilities offer complementing insights that help choose the optimal course of action. Additional investigation will be necessary to verify these findings empirically.

The concept of Rasa, initially proposed by Bharata Muni in his seminal work of Natyashastra, is central to Indian aesthetics. The Father of Indian theatrical art forms said about the importance of Rasas (emotions) in his book Natyashastra. Thalam, Bhavam, Abhinayam are the effects of Bharatam which relish the performance of dance. Rasa enable a human being to experience and emphatically express the Nuances of life in all its manifestations. Anita Nair has transformed Mistress into the performing art by getting it enacted as Nine faces of Being. The present paper discusses the effective exemplification of nine rasas by the writer in her fiction Mistress.

Pre-menstrual syndrome (PMS) is a non-pathological state distinguished by a range of symptoms, including acne, weight gain, insomnia, mood fluctuations, frustration, abdominal discomfort, headache, anxiety, stress, irritability, decreased concentration, constipation, fatigue, and disturbances in appetite. Premenstrual syndrome (PMS) is a frequently occurring and recurring condition that impacts women between adolescence and adulthood. Abdominal discomfort, mastalgia, sleeplessness, lethargy, mood swings, irritability, and depression are among the several mental, physiological, and behavioral symptoms that differentiate it. These symptoms regularly appear during the luteal phase of the menstrual cycle and usually diminish within a few days after the start of menstruation. The medicinal interventions for premenstrual syndrome (PMS) are transient and might potentially result in significant adverse reactions if used for a prolonged duration. Nevertheless, research suggests that yoga can be efficacious in the management and alleviation of PMS symptoms. The objective of this study is to examine the effectiveness of yoga in the management of premenstrual syndrome (PMS) by analysing scientific studies that have been published. The study assessed the effects of yoga on many variables, such as oedema, anger intensity, mental health, mastalgia, anxiousness, and depression, in women experiencing PMS.

This study compares and contrasts the modern education system that is used throughout India with the traditional education system that is exemplified by the Gurukul model. By examining many aspects of both systems, including their philosophical foundations, historical trajectories, curricular structures, pedagogical approaches, educational outcomes, and societal repercussions, it aims to present a nuanced comparative perspective. Finding each system's unique strengths and flaws and evaluating their wider implications for India's educational reform endeavors are the main goals. This study aims to determine the origins and growth paths of both the conventional and modern educational systems by careful examination of historical evolution. It looks at how these systems have changed over time as a result of historical, cultural, and sociological influences, offering important background information for comprehending their dynamics now. Moreover, the study closely examines the conceptual underpinnings of different educational systems. It clarifies the guiding assumptions, ideals, and ideas that influence the objectives, approaches, and curriculum of education in both conventional and contemporary contexts. This paper seeks to clarify the disparate approaches to education and their implications for student learning and development by critically assessing the philosophical foundations. Additionally, the study looks into the pedagogical approaches and curriculum frameworks used in contemporary schools and traditional Gurukuls. It contrasts the subjects covered, the teaching strategies used, and the evaluation procedures followed in the two systems, stressing the advantages and disadvantages of each in terms of encouraging student participation, critical thinking, and skill development. The study also looks at how traditional and modern educational systems affect society and the quality of education they produce. It evaluates the degree to which these systems support social mobility, cultural preservation, individual growth, and national advancement, illuminating their wider ramifications for Indian society. Using a wide range of sources, such as scholarly writing, historical texts, and empirical studies, this paper offers insightful information about the potential and difficulties involved in balancing conventional wisdom with modern educational requirements. It emphasizes how crucial it is to assess current educational institutions critically in order to guide evidence-based reform initiatives meant to improve the caliber, applicability, and inclusivity of education in India.
