 Abstract

Diabetes, an international public health problem, is an on-going disease and is now emerging as a virus in all developed and growing countries. It is an extreme disease because the pancreas organ in our body can no longer provide the hormone insulin, which is important for the carbohydrate metabolism. If insulin is not available, the body is not always able to metabolize carbohydrates; ends up in too much sugar in the blood. The study was conducted among a total number of 200 college girls studying first year in undergraduate programme in Jamal Mohamed College, Tiruchirappalli. The overall objective of the study is to evaluate the impact of nutrition education intervention on knowledge, attitude and practice among college girls. A pretest was conducted among the 200 girls through a questionnaire to assess their Knowledge, Attitude and Practice on Diabetes. Based on the scores 100 girls were chosen as the Experimental Group and Nutrition Education intervention on Diabetes was given to them. The other 100 girls served as the Control Group. Intervention was not given to the Control Group. The results of the study proved that there was a good impact after intervention on the knowledge, attitude and practice among the Experimental group and no specific difference was noticed among the Control group.

The digital reference service refers to the task of providing assistance to the library users in fulfilling their various information needs. The digital reference services have become an important part and parcel of the library services in the changing technological environment. his paper discuss the various models of providing digital reference services in academic libraries including email, Ask A services, online chat reference, video conferencing, digital robots, and collaborative digital reference. This paper highlights the present status of Digital reference service in the three University libraries and discusses the strength and weakness of existing reference service being provided in the libraries under study..

 Abstract

Wireless Sensor Networks is a real time system that is used in communication system. The WSN consists of nodes with the insufficient power to collect the important information from the field. So many researchers use a different algorithm to prolong the network lifetime they are DEFL, MTE, and MDR. In this work we have proposed an Artificial Bee Colony algorithm. This is an energy efficient algorithm and consumes energy with balancing to increase the network lifetime with optimal path and reduce a packet loss. Algorithm quickly identifies the shortest path on each node. It is optimizing the routing paths and provides a successful multipath data transmission.

It is commonly used not as only as food but also as folk medicine as an antioxidant,anti-spasodic,anti-allergy,anti-diabetic using extracts from the fruit,leaf,bark or root.

 Abstract

As we discuss human values, it turns out that they are almost the same around the world. We inherit them from their parents. As children grow, they learn these values from their parents, teachers, families, and society. Human values do not have any set rules for following them. As a result, they vary from person to person, but their main objective is to create love and understanding between people, including flora and fauna. Every society and organization follow the basic principles which lead to mutually beneficial interdependence and interactions. Without high moral standards, a society's, an organization's, or a family's existence would be at stake. The present paper is an honest attempt to attract the attention of the readers toward the importance of value education. It is said that "Education is the passport to the future, for tomorrow belongs to those who prepare for it today." It is the real ornament of life. Human value education is the process of educating people about moral values. It is the practice of creating learning experiences for students based on values utilizing pedagogical approaches, methods, and programs. We can understand that Value education is very relevant and highly valued today; it is also necessary for success in life. Value education is supposed to provide students with the necessary skills that prepare them for the world of work later in life. Education is very important to society. The educational system also serves to teach individuals the values and morals of society. The value-education process is an activity in which adults or older people help young people to analyze the values underlying their attitudes, evaluate how effective these values are for them as well as for others, and reflect on and acquire other values that are more suitable for long term well-being. Values generally offer an understanding of human belief and behavior.

 Abstract

Both hospitality and flights are part of tourism and tourism. Since they are two branches of the same tree, both are broad connected. Every customer service department needs to be welcomed. Hospitality is the blood of a plane. The plane the industry cannot survive without hospitality. Research was conducted to determine the role and scope of hospitality in aviation. Data they were coming from various airports in Nagpur. Students, skills of these institutions, flight attendants, former staff and various other related sources were used to collect data needed for research. Based on the received response, summary and conclusion are designed to show that hospitality is the most important foundation of any service industry involving the aviation industry. Results It was discussed, that most flight attendants were of the opinion that hospitality was very important and that the conditions were very important. the aviation industry, especially the aviation industry.

 Abstract

Honeybees are social insects which collects nectar from flower. These insects are known for their incredible capacity of storing honey in a complex hexagonal structure. On average, a comb will produce about 29 kilogram of honey per year. In 2020 honey production has increased 57.58%. Honeybees store this viscous liquid during winter, and it is harvested in summer. The methods adapted for extracting honey affects both the quality and the nutritive value. The apiculturist harvests the honey using traditional method, which is a tedious, and risky process. Traditionally honey harvesting is done by destroying the entire comb, which involves bare hands to squeeze and smoking that interrupt the honeybees. Thus, this project aimed to design a honey extractor to overcome all difficulties faced in traditional method.
