Management of working capital becomes more important than the management of long-term funds because the day-to-day operations of any business largely depend upon this source of finance. Many firms have been seen in the past closing down for the want of short-term finance. The profitability of any business to a larger extent is affected by this source of finance due to efficient management of current assets and current liabilities. The key objective of working capital management is to ensure a smooth operating cycle. It means the working capital cycle should never stop for the lack of liquidity, whether for buying raw materials, salaries, tax payments, etc. In seasonal industries have a liquidity crunch at one point in time and excess liquidity at another. At the time of excess liquidity, the management should have good short-term investment avenues to take benefit of the idle funds. Shortage of funds for working capital has caused many businesses to fail and in many cases, has retarded their growth. Lack of efficient and effective utilization of working capital leads to earn low rate of return on capital employed or even compels to sustain losses. Considering the prerogative of working capital in business this study has been taken to analyze the trends of different factors for working capital management. To attain the objectives this study, consider the data of 203 non-financial BSE 500 listed companies in India during the period of 2012-13 to 2016-17.

Every person has his/her own unique signature that is used mainly for the purposes of personal identification and verification of important documents or legal transactions. There are two kinds of signature verification: static(offline) and dynamic(online). Static verification is the process of verifying an electronic or document signature after it has been made. Offline signature verification is not efficient and slow for a large number of documents. To overcome the drawbacks of offline signature verification, we have seen a growth in online biometric personal verification such as fingerprints, eye scan etc. In this project , offline signature verification using Convolutional Neural Network (CNN) is proposed. CNN is a type of neural network model which allows us to extract higher representations for the image content. CNN takes the image's raw pixel data, trains the model, then extracts the features automatically for better classification . The main advantage of CNN compared to its predecessors is that it automatically detects the important features without any human supervision also it has the highest accuracy among all algorithms that predicts images.

Abstract: Background of Study: Occupational stress is stress that is caused by one's occupation. Unexpected duties and pressures that do not fit with a person's knowledge, skills, or expectations cause occupational stress, limiting one's ability to cope. Research Methodology: The aim of this study is to understand the occupational stress among prosecutors. Objective: To understand the difference between male and female prosecutors in occupational stress and the occupational stress among prosecutors in different age groups. Samples: The study consists of 50 prosecutors. Among that 26 were female prosecutors and 24 were male prosecutors. The sampling technique used here was purposive sampling. Tools and Procedure: The occupational stress scale was used. The data was collected from a seminar conducted for the deputy director of prosecution and assistant public prosecutors. After collecting data the questionnaire was scored according to the instructions given in the manual. Results and Conclusion: By comparing the mean value women have more occupational stress than males, and the mean value of the individuals between 35-45years old reported more stress in the occupation than individuals above 45 years old.

BACKGROUND The relationship between circadian rhythms and pandemics remains poorly understood. Prolonged poor regulation can cause sleep disorders, cardiovascular diseases, diabetes, obesity, mental health disorders such as depression, anxiety and other adverse health outcomes. Currently, there are limited therapies and no early intervention or prevention strategies readily available. This study gives the Indian population data during COVID-19 for circadian rhythm research. MATERIALS AND METHODS A general survey was conducted to analyse the prevalence of poor sleep habits and mental health in Indian population during the COVID-19 pandemic lockdowns. RESULTS The research data presented here is in agreement with current literature and highlights the complexity of pandemics, sleep cycles and the convergence of unregulated sleep habits and mental health including lifestyle and psychosocial stressors causing symptom manifestation in Indians. CONCLUSION An effective long-term intervention should reduce negative health outcomes. This goal has not been achieved and current solutions reduce symptoms only temporarily and fail to provide help for every group in the population affecting psychological wellbeing and the quality of life. Further needs exist for public awareness, determination of risk factors and initiation of preventive measures, in addition to development of new and easily accessible options for the vulnerable population providing better quality of life.

The dry hand wash system is fully automated. The main controlling device of the project is Arduino microcontroller.SR04 ultrasonic sensor, timer buttons ,LCD display ,fog sanitizer, Buzzer and UV lamp is interfaced to the microcontroller. User need to set the time through buttons. After select the time user inserts the hands into the machine. Automatically detects the hands using ultrasonic sensor and based on the selective time the machine switches on the fog sanitizer and UV lamp. If the person remove the hands from working machine then system gives the alerts in the form of buzzer. The status of the project will display on LCD. To performance this intelligent task microcontroller loaded embedded C language.

A low-cost hybrid Photovoltaic-Thermal (PVT) solar dryer was designed and developed at Poornima University Jaipur to test its performance for crop drying. The hybrid Photovoltaic-Thermal (PVT) solar dryer is a designed for multi-crop solar drying. The dryer reduces the moisture content of green chillies from 90% to 10% in 10 hours with an average efficiency of 27%. The drying rate of hybrid dryer was estimated to be around 30 g/hr. The economic cost of hybrid dryer is around Rs 1200/- which is very much affordable for the poor farmers. The dryer developed can be used to substitute electrical/mechanical dryers in semi urban and rural areas of India for drying various agricultural crops.
