The seed of a multipurpose plant of pharmacological interest is flaxseed (Linum usitatissimum L.), whose mucilage can be utilized as a natural matrix to create dosage forms with longer release and possibly replace synthetic polymers. The high concentration of ?-linolenic acid (ALA, omega-3 fatty acid), lignans, and fiber found in flaxseed is making it a popular addition in functional foods.Flaxseed may enhance the blood sugar-lowering benefits of several diabetes medications and may also lower blood sugar levels, according to some research. Blood sugar levels falling too low is a worry. Pay special attention to your blood sugar levels if you use flaxseed and have diabetes.According to some, it's among the planet's most potent plant-based foods. Using a cheap, naturally occurring flax seed polymer that is safe for use in fast-dissolving films is the goal of this work. The concept of Fast dissolving drug delivery system offers a solution for those patients having difficulty in swallowing tablets/capsules etc. This work investigated the possibility of developing rapid dissolving films allowing fast, reproducible drug dissolution in the oral cavity. Fast mouth dissolving thin film is a solid dosage form, which disintegrate or dissolve within 1 min when placed in the mouth without drinking of water or chewing. Oral film includes various ingredients for its formulation which includes polymers, active pharmaceutical ingredient, sweeteners, saliva stimulating agents, disintegration agent, plasticizer etc . but the first and far most a very essential ingredient which helps in film formation is a Polymer. Fast dissolving Film is prepared using hydrophilic polymers that rapidly dissolves on the tongue or buccal cavity, delivering the drug to the systemic circulation via dissolution when contact with liquid is made. Water-soluble polymers are used as film formers for fast dissolving films. Our current work is designed to manufacture oral thin films (the mouth dissolving film of domperidone) using the solvent casting method, taking into consideration the aforementioned factors. Using this procedure, an aqueous solution was created by dissolving HPMC in 25 milliliters of distilled water, and it was left for an hour to eliminate any trapped air bubbles. Afterwards, the mixed solution was placed on a petri dish and allowed to dry for a whole day at room temperature. Once the film had dried, it was carefully taken out of the petri dish, sliced into 2x2 sq cm strips, and stored in a desiccator. A innovative strategy to increasing consumer acceptance is the use of oral thin films of domperidone, which have several advantages such as quick disintegration, water-free self-administration, a high percentage of the drug, and a long mucoadhesion time.

Hair plays a vital role in the personality of human and for their care we use lots of cosmetic products. Herbal formulations always have activity and comparatively lesser or no side effects with synthetic. This study aimed at reviewing the importance of polyherbal hair oil for the treatment of common hair problems such as baldness, alopecia, hair fall, gray hair, dryness, and most common dandruff. The various herbal ingredients are used in the formulation. All ingredients provide essential nutrients such as vitamin, antioxidant, protein, terpenoids, and many essential oils to maintain normal function of sebaceous glands. The formulated oil was evaluated for its organoleptic properties, acid value, saponification value, viscosity, pH etc. All the parameters were found to be good and within the standards. This also helps to gain stability over scalp psoriasis and the damage caused by it on the scalp. Ingredients such as: Coconut oil, Curry leaves, Olive oil, Aloe vera, Hibiscus flower, Fenugreek seeds are used in scalp psoriasis. The main ingredient of this oil is FENUGREEK SEEDS. This hair oil reduces dandruff, promotes hair growth, reduces hair fall, naturally dyes and gives shine to our hair. This oil can be for oily scalp as well as dry scalp. We have also mentioned in detail regarding the effect of hormones on hair loss and how we shall try to maintain it all. How shall we do hair care and grooming is also mentioned here.

Quality management plays a crucial role in the hospitality and tourism industries, ensuring the delivery of high-quality services to customers. In today's competitive market, businesses in these sectors must prioritize quality to maintain customer satisfaction and loyalty. This paper will delve into the various aspects of quality management as applied in the hospitality and tourism industries, exploring the strategies, best practices, and challenges associated with maintaining and improving quality standards. By examining these key areas, we can gain valuable insights into how quality management contributes to the overall success and sustainability of businesses in these dynamic and fast-paced industries.Furthermore, this paper will also discuss the need for future research in quality management within the hospitality and tourism industries, highlighting areas that require further exploration and development for continuous improvement (Keating & Harrington, 2002).Moreover, it is important to recognize that managing quality in today's business landscape has evolved significantly from its traditional boundaries.Businesses are now faced with the increasing demand for better quality due to awareness about more advanced production processes.Additionally, this paper will analyze the impact of quality management on resort management. By prioritizing quality customer experiences over just service quality, resort management can enhance customer satisfaction, loyalty, and ultimately drive business success. The need to provide customers with unmitigated service satisfaction is of utmost importance in the hotel, catering, and tourism industries. This can be achieved by implementing effective quality programs that involve all levels of management and frontline employees. These programs should focus on involvement, communication, and teamwork to ensure the delivery of consistent and high-quality products and services.Furthermore, it is crucial for organizations in the hospitality and tourism industries to have a comprehensive understanding of the factors that affect quality implementation. These factors may include lack of commitment from senior and middle management, as well as front-line employees.

Using a mixed method approach, this dissertation investigates the topic of social media addiction among young people in the Delhi National Capital Region (NCR). Addiction to social media has become a major global issue that affects many facets of people's life, especially those of young people. In order to gain a thorough understanding of the type, extent, and underlying reasons contributing to social media addiction in this particular demographic, the study combines quantitative surveys with qualitative analysis of data. The study use structured surveys to gather quantitative data from a varied sample of teenage participants. The surveys are meant to analyze the participants' social media usage patterns, addiction tendencies, and related behaviors. Simultaneously, in-depth examination of the theories and experiences of experts and professionals yields qualitative insights. The purpose of this study's findings is to add to the body of research already available on social media addiction by providing insights specific to the distinct sociocultural setting of Delhi NCR. The present study discusses the current status and functioning of Odisha Adarsh Vidyalaya in korai block of Jajpur district. The investigator collected data from one particular school which functions under school and mass education department of government of odisha. The detailed activities conducted in the school was recorded in Case study format. The schools were set up as model schools in the state for providing quality school education. The chain of schools were the first of its kind to be affiliated to CBSE board by government of Odisha. The findings suggest that the infrastructural facilities, Teaching and non teaching staffs and students met the high standards set by other private schools in the state. But there is still scope for improvement in terms of different disciplines such as commerce and humanities to be added to the curriculum.
