ABSTRACT The term gig relates to the labours outside of the traditional employee and employer relationship, it's a slag term which means a temporary job or a job for particular period of time. This includes contractual employees, project-based workers, freelancers and short term-based workers. With today's digitalization there is increase in demand of mobile workforce where employees can choose temporary jobs around the globe and can find suitable candidate without any geographical limitation for each job. Without being on companies' payroll, the gig workers confer the services like accountant, tutor, e-commerce site's delivery agents, service provider, artist and anyone who come into contractual obligation with a company. They are found across every industry. The employers in gig economy provide flexibility in work life, balance in work and lifestyle and freedom to choose the gigs and profiles they are interested in where one after the other the gig employees are provided with little or no health or retirement benefits, tax complexities and non-remunerated business expenses also it saves company resources like office space, training programme and company benefits. There is a thin difference between people who work voluntarily and one who are taken advantage by an employer in a contractual agreement. NITI Aayog had evaluated around 47% of the gig work is in medium skilled jobs, about 22% in high skilled and about 31% in low skilled jobs on a study "India's Booming Gig and Platform Economy" the trending example of the gig workers are the startups like Swiggy, Zomato, Ola and Uber. These startups are the main source of providing gig workers in Indian economy. In research studies by Boston Consulting Group (BCG) have indicated that participation in the gig economy is higher in developing countries (5- 12%) versus developed economies (1-4 percent). Abundance of these jobs are in kind of job with limited- income such as ridesharing, delivery person, wellness, caretakers and microtasks. The paper discusses various notion relating to social rights and protection related to gig workers. Also, in this paper we will analyze the legal frame work of gig workers around the globe. The rise in change of traditional workers to the gig workers create the need for proper legislative rights and authority to hear the problems and provide the solution for the gig workers with the dynamic change in the world. On one side the employers of online platform companies like Amazone, Flipkart, Swiggy and Zomato are in benefits, as they can easily appoint, transfer or dismiss the gig workers as per to their wish on the other hand, gig workers are in drawback as they are not considered permanent employees like any other employees under Indian contract act nor they are provided with any benefits like any other permanent employees in a company. Hence this paper discusses various variability of the gig workers in today's world.

The survey sought to comprehend how Indian investors felt about mutual funds. 500 respondents who had invested in mutual funds participated in a survey as part of the research's quantitative methodology. Data were gathered using an online survey, and descriptive statistics and chi-square were used to analyze them. The findings demonstrated that investors in India had a favorable opinion of mutual funds. Most investors thought that investing in mutual funds was a secure option with decent returns. The survey also discovered that investors' opinions of mutual funds were more favorable when they had greater incomes and more investing expertise. According to the study's findings, mutual funds are becoming more and more popular among Indian investors because of their ease, competent management, and benefits including diversification. The study's conclusions can help mutual fund managers create marketing plans that specifically target customers with various income levels and financial backgrounds.

The thesis aimed to elucidate the role of artificial intelligence in the contemporary world, particularly within the realm of supply chain management. The theoretical framework of the thesis delineated the evolutionary journey of artificial intelligence, outlining its three primary types: supervised learning, unsupervised learning, and reinforcement learning. Each type was expounded upon within the theoretical segment of the thesis. Of notable significance within the field is deep learning, which has emerged as a pivotal force in revolutionizing supply chain management practices. This research delved into the intricacies of supply chain management, providing insights into key components such as inventory management, warehouse management, and logistics. Through comprehensive analysis, the study underscored the manifold benefits that artificial intelligence offers to supply chain management, highlighting its transformative impact on the global landscape. The integration of artificial intelligence into supply chain management was examined in depth, with practical examples drawn from industry giants like Amazon and Amer Sports. Amazon's adoption of AI techniques for online retailing and warehouse automation exemplifies the sophistication of smart warehouses in streamlining daily operations and enhancing customer satisfaction. Similarly, Amer Sports has effectively utilized machine learning to elevate supply chain management and forecasting accuracy. A qualitative research methodology, specifically Document Analysis, was employed in this study. The researcher meticulously evaluated twenty electronic documents and publications pertaining to the application of artificial intelligence in supply chain management. The findings of this thesis underscore the significant benefits reaped by organizations through the implementation of various AI applications. It elucidates how artificial intelligence augments and automates processes, leading to enhanced efficiency and reduced reliance on human intervention. Ultimately, the research concludes that leveraging artificial intelligence can significantly elevate a company's speed, precision, and overall profitability.

This empirical study conducts a comprehensive ratio analysis to evaluate the financial performance of Bosch Ltd over a five-year period, with reference to Suman and Co as a benchmark. The analysis covers liquidity ratios, profitability ratios, leverage ratios, and other key financial metrics to gain insights into Bosch's financial health and resilience. The findings reveal a nuanced picture of Bosch's performance, highlighting both strengths and areas for improvement. One of the key findings of the study is a slight decline in Bosch's current ratio over the five-year period. This decline suggests potential liquidity challenges for the company, indicating a decreased ability to cover short-term liabilities with current assets. Such findings emphasize the importance of closely monitoring liquidity ratios to ensure the company's ability to meet its short-term obligations efficiently. Moreover, significant fluctuations in Bosch's net profit ratio were observed during the study period. These fluctuations underscore the importance of closely monitoring profitability factors and implementing strategies to maintain or improve profitability levels. By understanding the drivers behind these fluctuations, Bosch can better manage its resources and operations to enhance overall profitability. Additionally, the study identifies a decreasing trend in Bosch's quick ratio over the five-year period. The quick ratio, which excludes inventory from current assets, highlights the company's ability to meet short-term liabilities using its most liquid assets. The decreasing trend in this ratio underscores the need for Bosch to optimize its inventory management practices and implement effective liquidity strategies to maintain financial health. Despite these challenges, Bosch maintains a generally healthy liquidity position and stable capital structure. The study acknowledges the company's resilience in navigating through financial challenges and highlights its ability to maintain financial stability over the years. Based on the findings, the study proposes several recommendations for Bosch to enhance its financial performance and resilience. These recommendations include continued monitoring of financial metrics, targeted strategies to address weaknesses identified in the analysis, and leveraging strengths to capitalize on growth opportunities. Furthermore, benchmarking against industry standards, such as Suman and Co, is recommended to provide valuable insights for informed decision-making and strategic planning.

Fenofibrate is a lipid lowering drug used in the treatment of hyperlipidemia, which is not soluble in water and lower absorption in gastric fluid. In order to improve the solubility and oral absorption of the drug in gastric fluid to enhance solubility of drug by using solid dispersions technique. Solid dispersions of Fenofibrate were prepared and evaluated by using ?-cyclodextrin in different ratios (1:1, 1:2, 1:3, 1:4, 1:5). The effect of kneading method of preparation of solid dispersion on solubility behavior was also investigated. Solid dispersions containing Fenofibrate /?-cyclodextrin formulation provide a promising way to enhance solubilty of fenofibrate. In the formulations of the Fenofibrate and Beta cyclodextrin, Formulation (1:5) shows the great enhance in solubility than pure drug. Beta-cyclodextrin was chosen as the carrier because it has high hydrophilicity, non-toxic, inert, economical. Thus the solubility and bioavailability of fenofibrate was enhanced by the preparation of solid dispersion by kneading method.
