Abstract
Video conference has recently become increasingly popular in all fields. With the rise in demand of the video conference it is necessary to improve this further. So, a hand gesture recognition system is proposed that allows the user to control the video conference using hand gestures. The hand gestures can be used to control the platform of video conference, in addition to this, hand gestures can be used to enable air writing in video conference. Hand detection is done by using media pipe. A specially designed software identifies meaningful gestures from a predetermined gesture library where each gesture is matched to a computer command for the conference. This way hand gestures become the input to obtain the outputs of the video conference. The proposed system also provides air writing feature using hand gesture recognition. Writing in air can be defined as to write digits or character in a virtual space by using a finger. The proposed system uses an air-writing character recognition using a convolutional neural network (CNN). For this, an air canvas will be built on which we can draw anything by just capturing the motion of a finger-tip using a camera.

Abstract
The Indian government took a bold step by demonetising high-value currency denominations such as the Rs 500 and Rs 1,000 notes. Demonetization refers to the removal of a currency from circulation and its replacement with a new currency. It has had a significant impact on the Indian economy in several ways. Abstract
Caste is a very sensitive and comprehensive context that affects the lives of SC at every step of their life. This paper presents the findings of a qualitative study on the lived experiences of caste humiliation in educational institutions and its impact on identity of SC men living in and around Delhi. Although the participants of this study have displayed resilience and fought against their experiences, the argument of the paper is that for India to develop on the socioeconomic front, it must ensure an environment free from degradation and humiliation at those stages of life where a sense of achievement and competency is being established

Traditional way of fund raising is obsoleted because of getting less attention and delay in gathering funds. Online donation-based crowdfunding has brought new life to charity by soliciting small monetary contributions from crowd donors to help others in trouble or with dreams. Recent years have witnessed the rapid development of crowdfunding platforms among which the donation-based ones are becoming increasingly popular. The proposed System is a platform, which is designed in such a way that recipients can create their own profile, which is verified and displayed to donors. The proposed system offers more attention from donors. So, Fund raising can be done a bit faster.

Abstract
Abstract This study was conducted to test the post covid effectiveness of Faculty members in Dindigul after the Pandemic Crisis in India. The Research supports the evidence that Emotional Stability of Faculty members working in College were psychologically hugely affected by the Pre pandemic scenario. The research has shown that the Psychological and Emotional Stability of Professional has optimistically influences by Post Pandemic Covid time. Faculty has better performance and work effectiveness after the post covid period.
