Arthritis remains a significant health issue in India, impacting a large portion of the population. However, the specific statistics may have shifted since January 2022 due to factors such as population growth, demographic changes, and improvements in healthcare infrastructure and awareness. For the most accurate and dependable data regarding arthritis prevalence in India, it is advisable to consult credible sources such as government health agencies, esteemed research organizations, or international bodies like the World Health Organization (WHO).Rheumatoid arthritis results from the malfunction of the body's immune system, leading to self-attack.In this immune response, there are antigens like Interleukin-2 (IL-2) and Tumor Necrosis Factor (TNF-?). Specifically, TNF-? contributes to joint inflammation by encouraging the proliferation of synovial lining cells. While arthritis isn't entirely curable without surgical interventions, it's possible to alleviate the disease's effects and associated discomfort. Several ongoing studies are focused on developing a poly-herbal cream for managing rheumatoid arthritis. Banyan tree leaves have been recognized for their positive effects in treating this condition, attributed to their antioxidative properties and their ability to diminish inflammation by blocking the activity of inflammatory mediators associated with the ailment. From several studies ginger is found to be effective in the treatment of rheomatoid arthritis by inhibiting the production of chemical substances which are responsible for the production of inflammation. The objective of my review is to gather a range of herbs currently employed in the treatment of rheumatoid arthritis.

With its cutting-edge IoT-based Smart Irrigation System, this project showcases how Blynk IoT integrates seamlessly for intuitive control and real-time monitoring. To collect vital environmental data, the system makes use of DHT11 temperature/humidity, and soil moisture sensors in conjunction with a relay module. The ESP8266 module, which maintains a secure connection between the Blynk app and the Smart Irrigation System, is essential to this setup. Users may remotely monitor sensor data, change irrigation parameters, and get immediate notifications using the Blynk interface. Precise irrigation scheduling is made possible by the DHT11 and soil moisture sensors, and the relay module regulates the water pump. The Blynk app functions as a central control center, providing an easy-to-use dashboard for remote pump activation, scheduling modifications, and real-time monitoring. With the Blynk IoT platform, this project places a high priority on user empowerment while offering a practical and effective solution for contemporary, sensor-driven agriculture.

This study explores advanced power combining and dividing techniques essential for high-power satellite communication. Techniques like corporate, radial, spatial, and serial are examined, emphasizing the evolution of Solid State Power Amplifiers (SSPAs) using GaAs FETs and GaN technology. SSPA advancements have led to increased power, broad bandwidth, high linearity, efficiency, and reduced size. Challenges in high-power device design, including heat dissipation and limited chip space, are discussed. The paper compares SSPAs with Traveling Wave Tubes (TWTs), highlighting the former's preference for space applications due to lower costs and higher reliability. The need for low-cost, reliable, and efficient amplifiers drives the development of various power combining techniques. Microstrip couplers, integrated into RF circuits on a single substrate, are explored for their ease of integration. The study concludes by presenting a 3-dB wide-band branch line coupler design at 8.2 GHz in the X-band, focusing on bandwidth optimization and size minimization using Advanced Design Software (ADS).

Abstract Major political developments of the European Union (EU) since the mid-1990's aimed at the implementation of a common policy on migration and asylum. Its values are based on the fundamental rights of citizens, as set out in the 1951 Geneva Convention on the international rights of refugees and stateless persons. With the historical enlargement of the European Union to include new democracies in Central and Eastern Europe there was a need to politically manage the structural rise of immigration. This led to the foundation of the "common immigration and asylum policy" laid by the Treaty of Amsterdam which entered into force in 1999 and this policy was enshrined in the Treaty of Lisbon in 2009. . The European Union sought to ensure a coordinated response to the refugee crisis in 2015. Various EU agencies provided assistance and training to Member States to implement the Common European Asylum System (CEAS). Public opinion and political action in almost all EU Member States has largely been influenced by the concerns towards the crisis. The European Commission has also allocated monetary aid to address the refugee crisis and assist Member States, particularly those impacted. To ensure better security of its external borders the EU proposed the creation of a European Border and Coast Guard with shared responsibility for the EU borders with Member States. In November 2015, the Commission signed an Action Plan with Turkey designed to reduce migration flow entering EU through Greece. In this context, this paper intends to study the European policy on asylum and how it has addressed the concerned challenges. It also aims to evaluate the extent to which European asylum policy is effective in its implementation and to measure its policy outcome.

Abstract Tagore and Aurobindo advocates for the harmonious blending of the material and spiritual components of life, fostering uniqueness within the context of global brotherhood and dignity of man. Rabindranath Tagore`s entire nobility and greatness has been related to his humanism which in turn is central to everything he did and thought throughout his life. Sri Aurobindo's humanism is a continuous process of evolution towards higher consciousness. His integrated yoga theory focused on realising one's inherent divinity and transcending the ego, resulting in a communal transformation of humanity. Despite their disagreements, Tagore and Aurobindo shared a fundamental belief in each individual's dignity and potential, advocating for a comprehensive view of human existence that included both the material and spiritual realms. Their teachings continue to inspire those seeking the truth and a better world, providing significant insights into the nature of human identity, purpose, and potential.

Depression is a leading cause for individuals to seek treatment from homeopaths. The objective of this review is to evaluate the effectiveness, safety, and effectiveness. Depression is a mood disorder characterized by persistent sadness and a loss of interest in daily activities. While it is normal for individuals to feel down, upset, or sad at certain points in their lives, these feelings are not the same as clinical or major depression. Clinical depression involves constant sadness and hopelessness that lasts for weeks and interferes with daily functioning, leading to negative impacts on personal and professional life. This level of depression requires treatment. Depression is a mood disorder characterized by persistent sadness and a loss of interest in daily activities.
