Tulasi, also known as Holy Basil (Ocimum sanctum), is revered in Hindu culture and prized for its medicinal properties. It aids in respiratory health, digestion, and stress relief due to its antimicrobial and adaptogenic qualities. Tulasi is used in traditional medicine for treating asthma, indigestion, and anxiety. It's also valued for its role in promoting heart health and maintaining oral hygiene. Culturally significant, Tulasi is worshipped for its spiritual significance and widely used in cooking for its aromatic flavour. Tulasi cultivation faces challenges such as climate sensitivity, pest susceptibility, and the need for precise watering and soil management. These factors can affect growth, yield, and overall plant health, requiring careful attention and management practices for successful cultivation. Tissue culture of Tulasi offers rapid multiplication of disease-free plants, ensuring genetic purity and uniformity. It enables year-round cultivation regardless of climatic conditions, contributing to consistent supply and preservation of this culturally significant plant. Additionally, tissue culture techniques facilitate research and development for enhancing Tulasi's medicinal properties and agricultural traits. in this present study evaluate the tissue culture of Tulasi plant from stem nodes in Murashige and Skoog. According to this study stem node turn green colour with in 4 weeks of incubation and started to form callus. On fifth week ending a small leaves developments were observed in stem nodal callus area from explants. In this state, we haven't noticed any root formation emerging from the callus.

The relationship between smartphone usage and emotions among young adults was investigated in this study. A total of 88 people were included in the study, with researchers seeking to determine if smartphone usage patterns influenced both good and negative emotional states. The study examined two hypotheses: increased smartphone usage would be associated with both heightened negative and positive emotions. The PANAS scale quantified emotional states, whereas the SUS evaluated smartphone usage. The findings demonstrated a notable association between the use of smartphones and the experience of adverse emotions. Nevertheless, a direct association between the usage of smartphones and happy feelings was only observed among male individuals. These data indicate that excessive smartphone usage may reduce unpleasant feelings in general, while the relationship with good emotions seems to be more intricate and maybe impacted by gender.

Exhaust noise is one of the main causes of vehicle disturbances, and the exhaust system is designed to reduce the noise level to meet demand levels and lower emission levels. Modern engines must be powerful while also meeting stringent pollution standards. In automobiles, the exhaust system plays an important role in removing exhaust gases from the combustion chamber after the combustion of the air and fuel mixture. The exhaust pipe, or valve, is called the exhaust manifold. Increasing the diameter of the exhaust manifold can increase the airflow rate within the manifold. A CAD model was built using Solidworks (2022) software in the form of an SLDPRT format, and that file was saved as an STL file. It was then sent to a 3D printer for printing of the part using 3D printing technology, which converts the digital design of the object into a physical part.

Formulating and evaluating polyherbal tablets for PCOS treatment is the main goal of research work. It includes three herbs: Asparagus Racemosus (roots), Glycine max (L) Merr (seeds), and Trigonella frenum graecum (seeds). A polyherbal tablet was developed using these herbs that have potential. In the preparation, various concentrations of dried powder from these three plants were used. Wet granulation method was use to formulate tablet by using potato starch as a binder. A phytochemical examination of the produced polyherbal tablet reveals the presence of flavonoids and saponin, which play an important role to overcome the insulin resistance and shows the antiandrogenic property. Preformulation experiments were conducted to assess precompression parameters, the preformulation studies consist angle of repose, carr's index, bulk density, tap density, and hassner's ratio and after that, the preparation of tablet performed evaluation parameter's such as hardness, friability, appearance, weight uniformity, disintegration, and in vitro dissolution. May the tablet will effective to treat the PCOS. And may it will show the benefits to cure the PCOS. In order to maximize the benefits of PCOS treatment, more research can look into other herbal powders and formulate it better, and to developed better remedy by using herbs, which have potential to treat the PCOS.

Due to the sea change in retail scenario and continuing increase in organized retail, many giant retailers have come up with Private Label products in various product categories. Consumers are switching from National Brands to these private label products. This research aimed at finding the value because of which customers prefer private labels over national brands and to know whether price is the only factor because of which this change can be seen. However, it was observed that price is not the only factor, there are other factors as well which are responsible for this switching behaviour of customers. Perceived Quality has always been a crucial factor, along with which brand name and availability are other important factors, in which customers do find value and prefer private labels over national brands.
