Transgender rights have emerged as a central focus in contemporary legal and societal discussions, reflecting the complexities surrounding gender identity and the rights of transgender people. Because of the complexity of gender identification and the rights of transgender individuals, transgender rights have become a major topic of discussion in legal and social circles today. This abstract examines the continuous legal reform initiatives as well as the persistent challenges that transgender people face worldwide. Legal reform efforts have advanced significantly in recent years, with several nations passing laws to protect the rights of transgender people. Commonly, these amendments include clauses that acknowledge gender identity, outlaw discrimination on the basis of gender identity or expression, and guarantee equitable access to jobs, healthcare, and education. Furthermore, several countries have implemented legal frameworks to streamline the gender transition process, including streamlined protocols for changing names and gender markers on official records. But even with these improvements, transgender people still have a lot of obstacles to overcome before they can fully embrace society and use their rights. There is still a great deal of violence and discrimination against transgender people; shockingly high rates of harassment, assault, and homicide have been documented worldwide. Furthermore, there exist significant variations in legal frameworks throughout jurisdictions, resulting in discrepancies in safeguards and obstacles to crucial services for transgender persons. Scholars have expressed that in fact, there are many who do not belong to any of the groups but are transgenders persons individually. Transgender people may live full-or-part time in the gender role opposite to their biological sex. The difficulties encountered by transgender people are exacerbated by intersectional issues, especially for those from marginalized groups like people of color, the low- income, and rural residents. These people frequently face higher than average levels of prejudice as well as obstacles when trying to get access to social networks, legal assistance, and healthcare. Furthermore, the politicization of transgender rights has led to opposition and backlash in some areas, impeding the advancement of equality. In the fight for transgender rights, discussions like gender-affirming healthcare, sports participation, and restroom access have turned into hot spots, mirroring larger societal conflicts over gender norms and identity. In conclusion, despite the fact that legal change has significantly advanced transgender rights, obstacles still stand in the way of obtaining complete equality and acceptance. In order to address these issues and guarantee the full realization of transgender rights globally, legislators, civil society organizations, and communities must work together to combat discrimination and promote inclusion.

A mass or collection of abnormal brain cells is referred to as a brain tumour. The skull, in which the brain is housed, is exceedingly sturdy. Every form of tumor's growth in this constrained space results in numerous issues. There are several phases involved in the detection of brain tumours, including pre-processing, segmentation, feature extraction, and classification. Several strategies, including image filtering employing PNLM filtering techniques and snake segmentation for segmentation, have been proposed in past research work. Transfer learning will be employed for classification in the final stage. The VGG16 and CNN models are combined to create the transfer learning model. Python will be used to implement the suggested model, and accuracy, precision, and recall will be evaluated of the outcomes.

Social Distancing is very vital during the spread of pandamic and to keep safe from any deadly deseases than can break out in the nearing future. It is not confirmed that the pandamic that had occurred in the recent times have completely vanished . As they say prevention is better than cure it is very important to maintain social distancing. To maintain the same it is impossible to station a person for 24x7 to monitor hence forth we have come up with an idea of social distancing Robot which can help monitor social distancing and also the management of Queue. This can be used in heavily Places like Hospitals, Passport office, Adhar office ,Railway stations, Airports etc. This robot mainly consists of 4 tyres with 2 sensors , one buzzer and an LCD display which detects the distance between two members and hence provides details of distance between them and also manages the Queue.

The philosophy, architecture, and application of the data wrangling process--which is utilized in business intelligence and data warehousing--are presented in this work. The art of transforming or preparing data is known as "data wrangling." It is a technique designed for fundamental data management, where data must be appropriately formed, processed, and made available for the most convenient usage by possible users in the future. To support extensive adhoc queries, a lot of historical data is either aggregated or kept in data warehouses as facts or dimensions. Data wrangling makes it possible to process business queries quickly and provide analysts and end users with the appropriate answers. The wrangler suggests predicted transcription scripts and uses interactive language. This facilitates the user's understanding of the elimination of manual iterative processes. The best examples in this case are decision support systems. Big data principles have a significant impact on the methods used to prepare data for mining insights, from self-service analytics and visualization tools to the data source layer.

Phishing attacks continue to be a major concern in the digital world, always changing and taking advantage of both human vulnerability and technological flaws, thereby putting confidential information at risk. To fight against such threats, scientists along with cybersecurity experts have started resorting more often to machine learning (ML) methods which enable automation of detection and mitigation efforts against phishing. Among these methods is Gradient Boosting Classifier which has shown excellent results as it achieved 97.4% accuracy rate and 97.7% F1 score after being trained together with other ML algorithms. This research goes deep into analyzing different attributes of URLs aiming at identifying features that can effectively differentiate legitimate links from malicious ones. These attributes include structural components like URL length, domain age or presence of subdomains as well as lexical elements i.e., text content and obfuscation techniques commonly used during phishing attacks among others. Furthermore, semantic aspects take into consideration contextual understanding of URLs through examination web page contents, SSL certificates plus behavioral patterns associated with bad domains. By utilizing all these diverse characteristics, it becomes possible for machine learning algorithms to finely tune themselves so that they can accurately detect phishing URLs with high levels of precision and recall rates. However, the research also recognizes that there are difficulties and limitations when it comes to identifying phishing URLs with machine learning. These include imbalances in datasets, complex feature engineering, and use of adversarial evasion techniques by advanced attackers. Still, this doesn't mean that Machine Learning is not effective against phishing attacks; in fact, its effectiveness is still significant especially shown by performances of Gradient Boosting Classifier.

In India, more than 3.79 million cars, sedans and utility vehicles were sold in the year 2022. The number of sales increased to more than 4.1 million in the following year. Clearly, the number of sales in four wheelers will continue to increase for safer transportation. But the number of road accidents has also increased correspondingly. According to Ministry of Road Transport and Highways (MoRTH), 1,53,972 persons were killed in the road accidents in India, in the year 2021. The number has increased about 11.9% in the following year 2022, with an estimation of 1,68,419 casualties. Hence, to raise the safety standards for cars sold in India, the Bharat New Car Assessment Program has been taken as an Initiative to evaluate safety of vehicles sold in India. In this research, we will provide a comparative study based on safety rating criteria assessed by the New Car Assessment Program in India as well as the New Car Assessment Programs across the world.
