Abstract: Concrete is a building material made from a mixture of broken stone or gravel, sand, cement and water. The demand for concrete leads to increased usage of cement and aggregate. In concrete, cement and aggregate can be partially replaced by different supplementary materials to enhance the properties of concrete mix. Sugarcane bagasse ash is a waste material which is a byproduct of sugarcane processing and can be used in various applications such as construction materials. This substitution can enhance the sustainability of concrete by reducing the demand for natural aggregate and lowering the environmental impacts associated with their extraction. This present paper works, aims to investigate the strength properties of polypropylene fiber concrete with sugarcane bagasse ash. Control mix M30 PFC is prepared by replacing 25% of cement with fly ash and adding 0.1% of polypropylene fiber to the total mass of M30 grade concrete. Polypropylene fiber sugarcane bagasse ash concrete (PFSC) is prepared by replacing the cement with varying percentages 5, 10 and 15%. Mechanical properties tested for the fresh and hardened concrete includes slump test, compressive strength test, split tensile test and flexural strength test. Key words: Pozzolanic property, sugarcane bagasse ash.

Mitotic chromosome cytology plays an essential role in many areas of Drosophila research. It is routinely needed for characterization of the mitotic phenotypes elicited by mutations affecting chromosome structure and/or behavior. Transfer actively crawling third instar larvae into drops of saline (0.7% NaCl in distilled water) placed on a siliconized slide. Make drops of about 50 and place 1-3 larvae in each of them. A major objective of the present study was to analysis cell cycle in the sub-population of cells that divides mitotically in larval brain ganglia by labeling the S-phase cells and chasing the label in individual chromosomes at metaphase stage. Our data on the labeling of metaphases in brain ganglia of Drosophila larvae present unusual and intriguing features which defy simple. Compared to our failure to define the mitotic cell cycle parameters in brain ganglia of D. melanogaster, Steinmann presented a computer-simulated typical labeled mitoses curve for brain ganglia of D. virilis larvae.

Disabled individuals represent a valuable human resource for society, and their effective participation is essential. In this context, we have developed a prototype system that enables the control of home appliances through eye movement for cursor control. The system utilizes a camera to capture images of eye movements and detects the position of the pupil's center. Based on the detected signals, the prototype can control various appliances, providing an innovative solution to enhance the quality of life for disabled individuals. In the realm of assistive technology, this project introduces a pioneering system tailored for individuals with mobility impairments, aiming to provide them with an innovative means of controlling home appliances through the precise tracking of ocular movements. The system leverages a dedicated camera for real-time image acquisition, with a focus on capturing the dynamic movements of the human eye. A central facet of the system entails the intricate analysis of these acquired eye movement images to discern the precise position of the pupil and ascertain its directional shifts. These analyze signals serve as the foundation for issuing control commands to a variety of home appliances.

ABSTRACT: Teriparatide is a medication used for treating osteoporosis. A metabolic bone disease characterised by low bone density and deterioration of bone structure that increases the risk of fractures. Osteoporosis-related fractures can increase pain, disability, nursing home placement, total health care costs, and mineral density (BMD) using non-invasive dual-energy x-ray absorptiometry. This is the first anabolic agent with a unique mechanism that increases bone formation. Osteoporosis is likely to rise with the increase in life expectancy of an ageing population first-line therapies for the treatment of osteoporosis are predominantly anti-resorptive. Daily subcutaneous injection for 6-24 months was effective in reducing vertebral and non-vertebral fracture, improving bone mineral density (BMD) and increasing bone formation rates in postmenopausal with osteoporosis similar benefits on bone mass and bone formation were seen in men with osteoporosis and glucocorticoid-induced osteoporosis. Teriparatide is generally well tolerated. The high treatment cost and inconvenient administration mode have limited its use to patients. Teriparatide treatment is currently restricted to a total lifetime treatment dose of 18 months of daily subcutaneous therapy due to concerns from animal studies suggesting an increased risk of osteosarcoma more safety data may permit a longer duration of treatment in future but will necessitate prolonged human studies. Furthermore, the beneficial effects of teriparatide on vertebral fracture prevention and BMD appear to persist following treatment cessation. Teriparatide is generally well tolerated and treatment compliance rates are favorable. However, current limitations on the length of treatment and the high acquisition cost mean that teriparatide is best reserved for the treatment of patients with osteoporosis at high risk of fracture or for patients with osteoporosis who have unsatisfactory responses to or intolerance of other osteoporosis therapies. Teriparatide is generally well tolerated and treatment compliance rates are favourable. However, current limitations on the length of treatment and the high sequestration cost mean that teriparatide is best reserved for the treatment of patients with osteoporosis at high risk of fracture, or for patients with osteoporosis who have unsatisfactory responses to or intolerance of other osteoporosis therapies.

The most common type of energy used worldwide is electricity. The energy criterion governs the development of a developing country such as India. In our nation, the need for energy is rising at an exponential rate. Because there are a lot of people walking, jogging, and jumping around, human power can be employed as a power source. The application of leftover energy from foot power combined with human movement is vital and significant in places like train stations, temples, etc. that are always packed. This study discusses the use of piezoelectric materials to provide alternative energy sources. Surface stress is transformed into electrical energy by the piezoelectric tiles. Numerous applications exist for piezoelectric tiles. They can be put in place to create energy in public areas like parks, plazas, and sidewalks allows them to provide electricity for low-power devices like sensors and lighting. Many communities in India are currently experiencing severe power outages, so it is important to make sure that every home has an equal supply of electricity. The primary point of this paper is to give power to the town who is needing power even at this point.
