 Abstract

This dissertation explores the intricate relationship between self-esteem, hope, and social support among recent graduates, focusing on the influence of employment status on these psychological factors. Through quantitative analysis, data was collected from both employed and unemployed recent graduates to examine the associations between self-esteem, hope, and social support. The findings revealed significant differences between employed and unemployed recent graduates in terms of self-esteem and hope levels, with unemployed individuals exhibiting lower scores in both domains. Additionally, social support was found to moderate the relationship between employment status and psychological well-being, suggesting that highis levels of perceived support may mitigate the negative impact of unemployment on self-esteem and hope. These findings contribute to our understanding of the psychological challenges faced by recent graduates transitioning into the workforce and highlight the importance of addressing their psychological well-being. The implications of these findings extend to the development of interventions and support programs aimed at enhancing the successful integration of recent graduates into the professional sphere.

 Abstract

The role of a healthcare administrator is crucial in ensuring the efficient operation of healthcare organizations. With the ever-evolving and complex healthcare system, it is vital to have effective mentorship programs in place to support the professional development and retention of healthcare administrators. This paper aims to assess the effectiveness of mentorship programs in achieving these goals. Mentorship programs involve the pairing of a less experienced healthcare administrator with a more senior and experienced one. The mentor provides guidance, support, and advice to the mentee to help them develop and grow in their role. This model has been widely adopted in various industries, including healthcare, to promote professional growth and retention. A critical factor in assessing the effectiveness of mentorship programs is the mentee's perception of the mentor's support and guidance. Studies have shown that mentees who receive high levels of support and quality feedback from their mentors have higher job satisfaction and retention rates. These programs also provide networking opportunities, allowing mentees to gain exposure to different areas of the organization and build valuable relationships. These programs can also enhance leadership skills in healthcare administrators. By observing and learning from experienced mentors, mentees can develop essential skills such as communication, problem-solving, and decision-making. It can lead to improved job performance and career advancement opportunities. It has a significant impact on the professional development and retention of healthcare administrators. By providing support, guidance, and opportunities for growth, these programs can foster a positive work environment and contribute to the overall success of healthcare organizations.

 Abstract

This system is bringing a user-friendly face between people and the computers. It exploits various image processing strategies including face detection, eye extraction, conversion of eyeballs movements in real time into an unobtrusive, human-machine interface. This piece of software utilizes a standard webcam for feeding with an image. Mouse cursor control can be done by facial movement by moving head to the left, up, down and to the right and through eye blinking eye control mouse events are achieved. The computer speaks directly to the parts of the brain responsible for visual and motor activities translating numbers, letter and speech sounds into the correct neural signals enabling a one to communicate, store, access and retrieve information, switch channels for various communication activities like sending or receiving messages, browsing internet, watch favourite TV shows or movies etc. The biggest part of the algorithm provides the best eye position result with the aid of decision tree so that eye motion is detected and mouse gesture is translated. Apart from that, it makes it possible to load and erase the apps by way of blinking eyes.

 Abstract

Diabetes is a chronic illness that develops when the body either cannot use the insulin that the pancreas makes properly or does not create enough of it. One hormone that controls blood sugar is insulin. elevated blood sugar, is a frequent consequence of uncontrolled diabetes mellitus that eventually causes major harm to numerous bodily systems, particularly the blood vessels and neurons. 8.5% of persons who were 18 years of age or older had diabetes in 2014. 2019 had 1.5 million deaths directly related to diabetes, with 48% of these deaths happening before the age of 70. Diabetes contributed to an additional 460000 deaths from kidney disease, and elevated blood glucose accounts for 20% of fatalities from cardiovascular disease. One of the most important aspects of managing diabetes is nutrition therapy. In order to manage type 2 diabetes mellitus (T2DM), it is important to encourage a healthy lifestyle. Nutritional therapy (NT) can assist patients in reaching their blood pressure and glycemic control goals. The treatment of diabetes has advanced recently with an emphasis on developing artificial pancreas systems for automated insulin delivery, optimising insulin therapy, and investigating new oral drugs. Furthermore, SGLT-2 inhibitors and sophisticated GLP-1 receptor agonists are still being studied. Similarly, the recommended nutrition therapy for diabetes may change in near future. Such changes in nutrition therapy must be dynamic and based on not only scientific evidence but also each patient's narrative. The project's goal is to treat diabetes with a diet that is balanced in nutrients.
