Smart hand gloves equipped with flex sensors offer a promising solution for monitoring and assisting patients with hand-related conditions or injuries. These gloves incorporate flexible sensors that detect the degree of finger bending and transmit this data to a monitoring system. The flex sensor technology enables real-time tracking of hand movements and gestures, allowing healthcare professionals to assess the range of motion, dexterity, and muscle strength in patients. Additionally, these gloves can be integrated with smart devices or applications to provide personalized rehabilitation exercises, feedback, and reminders for patients to perform hand exercises regularly. By leveraging flex sensor technology, smart hand gloves have the potential to improve the rehabilitation process, enhance patient engagement, and facilitate remote monitoring of hand related conditions, ultimately contributing to better patient outcomes and quality of life.

Face recognition is about finding and localizing human faces in digital images, which has numerous applications in various fields of science and technology. It is a difficult problem due to the diversity and complexity of facial features and expressions, as well as the presence of artificial faces that can deceive human observers. To recognize faces, computer programs must analyze and interpret visual data, which is a difficult and time-consuming process for humans. Therefore, there is a need for automated systems that can efficiently and accurately recognize faces in different scenarios. This article provides an overview of the different methods and techniques used for face recognition and discusses the challenges and practical aspects in this area. It also gives an overview of the types of features used for face recognition and provides some guidelines for developing a robust face recognition system. In addition, some possible directions for future research in this area are outlined.

This study presents a comprehensive thermal and structural analysis of a gas turbine rotor blade utilizing ANSYS software. Gas turbine rotor blades are critical components in gas turbine engines, subjected to extreme thermal and mechanical loads during operation. Understanding their thermal behavior and structural integrity is crucial for optimizing performance and ensuring safe operation. The study employs both thermal and structural analyses, with results including temperature distribution and total heat flux obtained from the thermal analysis, and total deformation and equivalent stress from the structural analysis. The model is constructed using SolidWorks and then imported into Ansys for analysis.

In recent years, the use of the Internet of Things (IoT) has increased exponentially, and cybersecurity concerns have Increased along with it. On the cutting edge of cybersecurity is Artifcial Intelligence (AI), which is used for the development of complex algorithms to protect networks and systems, including IoT systems. However, cyber-attackers have fgured out how to exploit AI and have even begun to use adversarial AI in order to carry out cybersecurity attacks. This review paper compiles information from several other surveys and research papers regarding IoT, AI, and attacks with and against AI and explores the relationship between these three topics with the purpose of comprehensively presenting and summarizing relevant literature in these felds

Introduction: Advertising plays a crucial role in influencing consumer purchasing intentions for businesses, particularly in the digital age. As the shift from traditional media to digital media has become more prevalent, businesses must adapt to the new medium for success. Online advertising helps businesses attract potential customers by analyzing their behavior and understanding the factors influencing their choices. By focusing on adaptability and convenience, businesses can stay ahead in the market and achieve customer satisfaction. Methodology: Originally made survey questionnaires by researchers were formally created and validated using the quantitative descriptive research design. One hundred respondents were divided into two groups, fifty (50) males and fifty (50) females were selected as the respondents of the study. Result: The results showed that the majority of the consumers are aged from 31 to 49 years old, with a bachelor's degree, working for over 10 years, and mostly preferred online advertisement. Print advertisement has been never used, while Online advertisement, Broadcast advertisement, Product Placement advertisement, and Outdoor Advertisement have been often used. Discussion: The study states that most consumers in Qatar prefer Online advertisement for their product preferences. Online advertisements had a big gap of grand mean compared to others. Stating the fact that online advertisement ranked first in all demographic profiles. Recommendations: To study further the combinations of the different advertising strategies employed to increase sales or service provision positively.

Online markets have been a thing that has come to stay with the society of today since most financial transactions can be attained online. Internet access has vastly grown across the world today and has given rise to interconnectivity even to the remotest areas in the world. This generally means it is possible to be at any location and reach any other location in the world without stepping a foot out of your premises. This takes multi-tasking to another level since you can be in a meeting and visit a market located several kilometers away at the same time. This has made businesses to grow without spending as much as they would have if they had to build another branch of their business in another location. Groceries are different from many other products, such as music and books, that are commonly purchased online. Many grocery products are perishable and therefore time-sensitive in terms of their delivery needs. Proving that no sector of the retail market is safe from the online shopping revolution, it is now possible for the humble hometown grocery store to become digitized and available on your smartphone, tablet, or computer. Just think no longer checkout lines, counting the number of items to see if you qualify for the Express Lane, forgetting your grocery list at home, or carrying heavy bags up your front steps. Online grocery shopping is dramatically changing the consumer's relationship with the food market and making a service that may have once felt luxurious into an everyday convenience.

This study explores the impact of parent-child relationships on the development of teenagers' personalities and self-esteem. Using a sample size of 160 participants, including parents and children aged 10 to 19, correlations were analyzed using Pearson's product-moment method in SPSS. The findings reveal significant associations between certain personality traits and parent-child interactions, such as the negative link between neuroticism and conscientiousness and the positive correlation between neuroticism and conflicts. Additionally, traits like conscientiousness and neuroticism exhibit relationships with extraversion, while agreeableness correlates positively with dependence and negatively with neuroticism. Notably, conflicts and aspects of parent-child relationships such as dependency and closeness are positively associated with self-esteem. These results underscore the substantial influence of parent-child connections on the formation of teenage personalities and self-esteem.

Spinal cord injury (SCI) affects millions worldwide, with a significant population in India, predominantly young men. Causes vary from accidents to sports injuries, each resulting in diverse forms of SCI, classified by the American Spinal Injury Association (ASIA) scale. Clinical manifestations include spinal shock and autonomic dysreflexia, alongside secondary complications like pneumonia and pressure sores. Rehabilitation in the acute phase focuses on preventing complications and includes respiratory care, positioning, and exercise tailored to injury type. As stability improves, upright activities are introduced gradually. Skin protection is paramount due to sensory loss. Acute pain management involves various techniques. The transition to active rehabilitation emphasises functional goals and standardised outcome measures. Early rehabilitation optimises neural recovery, limiting secondary complications and improving motor and sensory functions. Timely intervention correlates with better functional outcomes, underscoring the critical role of early rehabilitation in SCI management.

Composite is a combination of two or more chemically distinct and insoluble phases. The composites consist of one or more discontinuous phases (reinforcement) embedded in a continuous phase (matrix). Composite Material is mainly used to improve the properties of material. The present paper reviews various types of composite material used in different industrial and commercial applications. study of various manufacturing technique for preparation of composite material are described. Various mechanical testing techniques are presented to check the characterisations. Composites are extensively used because of their high strength to weight ratio. Moreover, the use of versatile synthetic fiber in preparation of the composites with concern toward the environment issues to develop composites using glass fiber reinforced. In the present paper, glass fiber reinforced epoxy composites are synthesized considering three factors viz. epoxy to hardener ratio, curing temperature and fiber percentage to study the tensile behavior of the composites. The experiments were conducted based on Taguchi L9 orthogonal array considering three design parameters. The experimental data were analyzed using Taguchi optimization technique and optimum combinations of process parameters values for tensile strength was determined. Analysis of variance (ANOVA) was carried out to obtain the significance of factors affecting the tensile strength. It was observed from the analysis that the percentage of fiber has more significant effect on tensile strength at 95% confidence level.
