The main aim of the present investigation is to compare the Scientific Attitude and Problem Solving Ability among Adolescent boys and girls. For realizing this aim, a representative sample of 200 adolescents (100 boys and 100 girls) of 11th grade students was taken from the government schools of Jawali Tehsil of District Kangra of Himachal Pradesh. The Scientific Attitude of sample students was measured by Scientific Attitude Scale by Dr Avinash Grewal and the Problem Solving Ability was tested by L.N. Dubey's Problem Solving Ability Test. The data was analyzed by using Mean, S.D. and t-test keeping in view the objectives of the study. The results revealed that there exists significant difference between Scientific Attitude and Problem Solving Ability of Adolescent Students. Boys have higher Scientific Attitude and Problem Solving Ability than girls adolescents.

Energy-based models (EBMs) offer a promising approach to generative modeling by leveraging Boltzmann distribution to express the probability of events. In this study, we delve into the theory and practical implementation of EBMs, drawing inspiration from physical systems and neural network architectures. By training neural networks to output low scores for likely observations and high scores for unlikely ones, EBMs aim to model the true data-generating distribution. We address challenges associated with sampling new observations and the intractable normalizing denominator, proposing approximation techniques like contrastive divergence and Langevin dynamics. Through exploration and implementation, we aim to provide insights into the construction and utilization of EBMs for image generation tasks.

The present study is designed to determine the occurrence of extended-spectrum beta-lactamase (ESBL)-producing producing gram negative bacteria inside the Kshripra river. Water samples were collected from different ghats of the river Kshripra. Isolation and identification of gram negative bacteria were done by using various biochemical tests. For the detection of multidrug-resistant bacteria, antibiotic susceptibility tests were performed, and to see the extended-spectrum beta-lactamase (ESBL) mechanism inside the gram negative bacteria, various types of ESBL detection methods were performed. During our study, we finally obtained a total of 21 strains of gram negative bacteria.Out of these 21 strains, 8 strains of gram negative bacteria were sensitive, 9 strains of gram negative bacteria were non-conclusive, and 4 strains of gram negative bacteria were extended-spectrum beta-lactamase (ESBL) positive. All the isolates belonged to the family Enterobacteriace. The isolates were E.coli, Kliebsella, Enterobacter, Salmonella, Citrobacter, and Pseudomonas, all are gram negative bacteria.

Music holds a significant role in enriching our lives, serving as a crucial source of entertainment and often providing a therapeutic experience for music enthusiasts and listeners alike. In today's rapidly evolving world of multimedia and technology, we witness the emergence of advanced music players equipped with features such as fast forward, reverse, variable playback speed, local and streaming playback, volume modulation, and genre classification. The inspiration behind this initiative is driven by the desire to streamline the process of creating music playlists, aiming to reduce the manual effort involved. The idea is to automate playlist generation by tapping into the user's emotional state, with the human face playing a pivotal role in revealing one's mood. Through a direct extraction of input from a camera focused on the individual, we aim to harness facial cues as a means of deducing the emotional state. This approach opens up diverse applications, with a primary focus on extracting mood-related information from the input. Once the emotional state is identified, the system can dynamically compile a personalized list of songs that align with the derived mood. This not only eliminates the time-consuming and tedious task of manually segregating or grouping songs into different lists but also facilitates the creation of an appropriate playlist based on an individual's unique emotional features.

Indeed, as urbanization continues to advance and populations grow, the demand for space-efficient structures becomes increasingly important. High-rise buildings offer a solution by optimizing land use and accommodating larger populations within urban areas. However, with greater heights come greater challenges, particularly in managing lateral loads induced by factors like wind and seismic activity. To ensure the safety and stability of high-rise buildings against lateral loading, engineers employ various structural systems. Among these, bracing systems and shear wall systems are commonly utilized. Bracing systems play a vital role in stabilizing high-rise structures, especially against lateral loads from wind and seismic forces. By strategically placing braces throughout the building, engineers can significantly increase its overall stiffness and resistance to lateral movement. These systems are particularly effective in mitigating the effects of wind-induced sway. Shear walls, on the other hand, serve as vertically-oriented wide beams within the building's structure. By distributing earthquake loads downwards to the foundation, shear walls help minimize the building's response to seismic forces. This makes them indispensable in earthquake-prone regions, where enhancing structural stability is paramount for reducing the risk of damage and ensuring the safety of occupants. In summary, both bracing systems and shear wall systems play crucial roles in stabilizing high-rise buildings against lateral loads, ensuring their safety, stability, and resilience in the face of environmental forces.

Given the rising prevalence of internet use disorder among young people, a number of research have looked at the connection between certain personality traits and online addiction. This abstract investigates the complicated relationship between personality traits and young adult internet addiction in order to comprehend the subtle dynamics at the root of this contemporary issue. A descriptive correlational methodology was used for this investigation. There were 100 male and female young adults in the population of statistics in 2024. Random selection of the participants was done via multistage clustering. Data were gathered using two questionnaires: the five-factor Modified NEO Psychological Inventory and the Internet addiction test. Internet addiction is a condition that is causing worry for a growing number of people. Conscientiousness, extroversion, conviviality, and neuroticism are the Big Five traits of the personality model, and this study uses them as a framework to examine the connections between these qualities and internet addiction.
