Solar panels play a crucial role in harnessing renewable energy, but they face challenges such as reduced efficiency and lifespan due to extreme heat. To address this issue, researchers have explored sustainable cooling techniques. This study aims to evaluate different cooling methods, including watermelon rind, banana leaves, wet soil, green net, coir, and jute bags, to enhance solar panel performance. By analyzing key performance indicators like voltage output and temperature, the study assesses how effectively these techniques lower panel temperature and improve overall efficiency. Results indicate that each cooling method has varying effects on temperature regulation, with watermelon rind demonstrating the highest voltage output and significant temperature reduction, mainly due to its evaporative cooling properties. Comparatively, watermelon rind outperforms banana leaves, wet soil, green net, coir, and jute bags in both voltage output and temperature reduction. The study underscores the efficacy of each method in reducing temperature rise and enhancing solar panel efficiency. These findings provide valuable insights for stakeholders involved in solar panel systems, aiding them in selecting suitable sustainable cooling methods based on effectiveness and environmental suitability. Ultimately, by advancing renewable energy technology through experimental performance and comparison of cooling strategies, this research contributes to enhancing the efficiency and reliability of solar panel systems.

Flatness plays an important role in sheet metal straightener. Sheet metal machine uses to removed curl, gutter, and unwanted bend in product. Straightening machine has been built with number of rollers. Few important factors which are really affect flatness are roller size, pitch of the roller, residual stresses, speed, feed of the material, proper alignment of roller etc. To achieve flatness in the product we have to consider all the factor and work accordingly. We can achieve flatness of sheet metal have size up to 1 - 10mm thickness where on the basis of our research of market no product is available in the same amount so that's why by developing this product, we can achieve more productivity and reduce the cost of project.

Enormous amounts of biomass waste can be utilized as an elective method for fulfilling the energy need by briquetting. Biomass waste for instance: - Rice Husk, saw dust, nut shell, and so on, can become powerful and effective for clean energy usage in provincial regions when compacted as briquettes. This course of pressure and compaction is called as briquetting. To pack and conservative the Biomass squander in strong fuel a briquetting machine was created in this review. An electric motor of 0.5 hp and 1440 rpm was utilized to drive the machine.

In modern manufacturing, the optimization of energy usage and operational efficiency is paramount to ensure competitiveness and sustainability. This research focuses on enhancing the efficiency of the BFW Special Purpose Machine (SPM) by addressing the excessive power consumption inherent in its hydraulic clamping system. The machine relies on an electric motor-driven hydraulic clamping system to secure workpieces on the machine table. However, the current configuration poses a significant challenge: the motor operates at a constant speed throughout the machining process, regardless of the fluctuating flow requirements of the hydraulic system. To rectify this inefficiency, we have implemented a novel solution. By integrating a Variable Frequency Drive (VFD) and an analog pressure sensor into the motor drive of the hydraulic clamping system, we can dynamically adjust the motor speed in response to varying load conditions. This adaptive approach optimizes power consumption, minimizing energy wastage without compromising operational effectiveness. Through systematic analysis and testing, the efficacy of this strategy in reducing power consumption will be rigorously evaluated. The outcomes of this research hold promise not only for enhancing the performance of the BFW SPM machine but also for advancing sustainable manufacturing practices on a broader scale.

Aluminum Matrix Composites (AMCs) are advanced materials featuring aluminum matrices reinforced with fibers, whiskers, or particulates. These composites, with reinforcement volumes ranging from a few to 70%, offer customizable properties for various industrial needs. Extensive research has elucidated the impacts of ceramic reinforcement on their physical, mechanical, thermo-mechanical, and tribological properties. AMCs have found applications in aerospace, defense, automotive, thermal management, and sports, evolving from research roots in India during the 1970s to widespread industrial adoption globally. This paper presents a concise overview of AMC material systems, covering processing techniques, microstructure, properties, and applications
