This study explores the formulation and evaluation of a herbal face pack utilizing orange peel as a primary ingredient. Orange peel is rich in antioxidants and vitamin C, which are known for their skin-brightening and rejuvenating properties. The face pack was formulated by incorporating powdered orange peel along with other herbal ingredients like turmeric, sandalwood, and rose water to enhance its efficacy and sensory appeal The formulated face pack was evaluated for various parameters including pH, viscosity, spreadability, skin irritation potential, and efficacy in improving skin texture and complexion. Results indicated that the herbal face pack exhibited suitable pH, viscosity, and spreadability for topical application. Furthermore, it showed minimal skin irritation potential, making it safe for use on different skin types. In terms of efficacy, the face pack demonstrated significant improvements in skin texture, reducing blemishes, and enhancing complexion after regular use. Overall, the findings suggest that the formulated herbal face pack utilizing orange peel could be a promising natural skincare product, offering both cosmetic and therapeutic benefits.

This research aims to explore the effectiveness of incorporating mudras, symbolic hand gestures, as a mindfulness practice to mitigate burnout among students. The academic environment can often lead to high stress levels, and students may experience burnout due to the pressure of exams, assignments, and various responsibilities. Mindfulness practices have shown promise in reducing stress and promoting well-being. This study focuses specifically on mudras, a traditional element of yoga and meditation, to assess their impact on student burnout. This research may contribute to the growing body of knowledge on mindfulness interventions for student well-being. If successful, the findings could be integrated into educational programs to help students manage stress and prevent burnout more effectively. Additionally, the study may shed light on the cultural aspects of mindfulness practices and their relevance in diverse educational settings.

One frequent respiratory ailment that can have a big influence on quality of life is a cough. Coughing is one of the most common respiratory symptoms and can have a negative effect on one's general health. Polyherbal remedies have long been used in traditional medicine to treat respiratory conditions, such as cough. The purpose of this review is to give a thorough overview of the formulation and manufacture of sugar-free polyherbal cough syrups that use medicinal plants including clove (Syzygium aromaticum), cinnamon (Cinnamomum verum), ginger (Zingiber officinale), tulsi (Ocimum sanctum), turmeric (Curcuma longa), and honey. The effectiveness of these natural components in reducing cough symptoms can be attributed to their different pharmacological qualities, such as anti-inflammatory, antibacterial, and expectorant actions. The review addresses the pharmacological properties, traditional applications, and phytochemical components of these medicinal plants that are pertinent to the treatment of coughs. Additionally, it examines different formulation approaches and preparation procedures used to create polyherbal syrups without added sugar, with an emphasis on extraction ratio optimization, formulation optimization, and stability issues. Aspects of safety are also covered, such as possible interactions and toxicity profiles. Overall, this review indicates directions for further study and advancement in this area while highlighting the promise of sugar-free polyherbal syrups as secure and practical substitutes for treating cough.

More energy-consuming devices such as household electronics and more production facilities worldwide are causing increases in electricity demand and energy prices. The public service has difficulty maintaining the energy balance. These problems can be overcome by rapidly transforming the traditional electricity grid into a smart grid (SG) infrastructure. Smart meters (SMs) are an essential component of SGs and have vital tasks. This study has developed an Internet of Things (IoT) based SM that can reach high data rate of 38,400 bps or fre- quency of 160 MHz, using SQL Server for data storage and bidirectional data transmission with 174 W total load. In this way, consumers can track their energy consumption hourly, daily, and monthly, learn how much they spent on consumption, and receive warnings for a power outage. A fuzzy system and mobile application software are integrated into the SM structure for all these purposes. The designed device is believed to contribute significantly to the spread of SGs due to all these features.

Reservation system has existed in India since a long time. The persons belonging to backward classes faced a lot of historical injustices before India attained independence. As a result, after the commencement of the Constitution, various provisions were incorporated in our Constitution by the constituent assembly in order to cope up with the injustices faced by such people. Therefore this article focuses on such cases through which courts have showed the need of providing reservations. Besides this it has also struck down various provisions that could violate the provisions of the Constitution.

The present study has examined the relationship of liquidity, leverage and profitability with dividend pay-out in one hand and determined the impact of liquidity, leverage and profitability on the dividend pay-out of select IT firms on the other. This study selected 19 IT firms as sample units who have been earning profit on a continuous basis during the study period. The study period covered for 12 years i.e. from 2008-09 to 2019-20. Data for the present study were collected from the annual reports and websites of the concerned companies. The data so collected were analyzed by statistical tools namely correlation and multiple regression analysis. For constructing regression model, Current Ratio, Debt-Equity Ratio and Return on Assets are taken as independent variables and they are proxy variables for liquidity, leverage and profitability respectively. The Dividend Payout Ratio is considered as dependent variable. The results of the study show that there is negative association between leverage and dividend pay-out as well as profitability and dividend pay-out. On the other hand, there is a positive association between liquidity and dividend pay-out. Further, the study reveals that liquidity, leverage and profitability have no statistically significant impact on the dividend pay-out whereas, on individual basis only ROA has significant impact on dividend pay-out of select IT firms.

Microneedles are one of the microscale physical enhancement methods that greatly expand the spectrum of actives for transdermal and intradermal delivery. Some new methods are used in transdermal administration of the actives are hypodermic needles, tropical creams and transdermal patches. Now days in the active delivery system the microneedles are mostly used to enhance the delivery of the active through this route and deal with the various problems. Detachable microneedles that detach from the patches during administration. Delivering bioactive compounds into skin tissue has long been a challenge due to the stratum corneum layer of the skin, which serves as a barrier for the molecules are able to reach the site of action. Detachable microneedles are filled with actives like retinol, hyaluronic acid, ceramide and glycolic acid which are excellent antiaging agent which are used for the treatment of the deeper of skin aging.

The Indian economy is based on the farming industry, and the actual India is found in its villages. Rural economic development is required to achieve economic planning objectives. As a result, banks along with other financial firms are thought to play an important role in rural Indian economic expansion. NABARD contributes significantly to rural India's prosperity. A developing nation, such as India, should provide an excellent setting for microfinance projects aimed at reaching the underprivileged and achieving financial sustainability. Microfinance is seen as a key poverty reduction method, as well as a means of generating growth in the economy and creating jobs for small, micro, and medium-sized companies (SMMEs). A sophisticated collection of successful models, an association with engaged members, coordinated assistance for rural people, and active assistance from banks and NABARD in the country have arisen to sustain a vibrant business. Farmers can obtain bank credit in the form of short-term lending for crops and livestock, as well as medium- term/long-term financing via debt for capital expenditures in crops and associated operations such as land, including buying land for small irrigation, farm mechanization, program development, poultry and other domestic animals, fishing, cultivation, and the gardening industry. Funds are available for preserving, transforming, and trading agricultural goods in today's market. The National Bank For Agriculture and Rural Development (NABARD) also provides long-term and short-term financing to these organizations. This is a development of farming financing. This article attempts to clarify the notion of rural banking in India, NABARD's participation in credit sector priorities and numerous plans developed by NABARD for the sustained growth of rural India. This research is solely based on secondary data sourced from NABARD and RBI journals and accounting records.
