Deficiency in vitamins can lead to diseases like beriberi and rickets, while insufficiency poses risks for chronic illnesses. In Japan, low vitamin D levels increase the likelihood of osteoporotic fractures. B vitamins, essential for metabolism, are found in foods like meat, dairy, and greens. Thiamine deficiency research sheds light on its importance, while low vitamin B12 or folate levels can cause hyperhomocysteinemia, leading to cardiovascular issues, fractures, and cognitive decline. Insufficient vitamin B1 levels raise the risk of heart failure in the elderly. Though improving nutrition through vitamins may not match drug treatments, it's cost-effective for disease prevention. B vitamins, unlike fat-soluble ones, need daily replenishment and play vital roles in energy production and molecule synthesis. Studies focusing on thiamine deficiency highlight its specific effects on health, revealing its crucial role in physiology. Vitamin B12 deficiency can cause reversible anemia or demyelinating disease, with diagnosing challenges addressed by measuring methylmalonic acid levels. High-dose vitamin B12 treatment effectively manages these deficiency-related neurological issues. Understanding vitamin D's hormonal role emphasizes its importance in disease prevention, urging for maintaining optimal levels for overall well-being beyond conventional approaches.

Outwardly disabled people face difficulties in exploring their environmental factors freely. To address this, we propose an IoT-empowered brilliant stick that upgrades portability and security. The shrewd stick uses three ultrasonic sensors for impediment discovery toward the front, left, and right headings. A water sensor is consolidated to identify puddles and keep the client from venturing into water. An APR module is utilized to change over instant messages into voice cautions, giving impediment admonitions and water location alarms through a speaker. The framework is constrained by an ESP32 microcontroller and incorporates live area following through a devoted Android application. The application permits guardians or friends and family to screen the client's area progressively, improving wellbeing and inner serenity. The IoT-empowered brilliant stick offers an exhaustive answer for outwardly hindered people, working on their versatility and freedom.

: The wireless communication industry is currently experiencing a tremendous growth in the area of Radio Frequency (RF) and antenna design. Researchers are trying to find new ways to design antennas with high data rates and low power consumption. Ultra-wide band (UWB) MIMO (Multiple Input Multiple Output) antenna design is an ultimate choice for short-range wireless applications. For UWB technology, the frequency spectrum, ranging from 3.1 to 10.6 GHz (7.5 GHz bandwidth), has been officially allotted by the Federal Communication Commission (FCC) in USA. Hence, the use of MIMO antenna concepts for UWB technology offers a potential solution for data rate enhancement with low power consumption. Despite having various benefits, MIMO technologies in communication systems are accompanied by some challenges that need proper attention. One of them is to achieve compactness of the overall design while maintaining a good performance. Achieving compactness increases the mutual coupling due to current flow among the ports, which results in poor diversity gain, low radiation efficiency, and low gain. Through proper isolation between the antenna elements, high mutual coupling is avoided. Different methods have been explored and proposed by researchers to enhance isolation among the antenna elements. This project explores the design of Multiple-Input Multiple-Output (MIMO) antennas tailored for Ultra-Wideband (UWB) applications, focusing on achieving high isolation between antenna elements. To achieve high gain and better VSWR, different substrate materials used in this project are: 1. ROGGERS 4003 2. FR4 EPOXY 3. ROGGERS R03006(tm) 4. AIR 5. ROGGERS R04350(tm).

This study especially focus on the status of Muslim women in Assam. Here we would investigate two key parameters education and labour force participation. The census data of 2001 and 2011 have been analyzed to investigate the religion wise educational status and also religion wise workers and non-workers status of women in Assam. From the result of the analysis it is found that Muslim women are sadly lagging behind women of all other religions in terms of both education and employment. The reasons behind this are primarily financial weakness, lack of good quality schools, illiteracy and ignorance of parents, conservative thinking etc.

Fetal brain development plays a crucial role in determining overall health outcomes and potential neurological disorders. Accurate estimation of fetal brain age and detection of anomalies are essential for timely medical intervention and effective prenatal care. In this paper, we propose a robust ensemble learning approach for fetal brain age estimation and anomaly detection using advanced machine learning techniques. Our method leverages multiple learning models, including convolutional neural networks (CNNs) and recurrent neural networks (RNNs), to extract meaningful features from fetal brain images obtained through ultrasound imaging. Through a carefully designed ensemble framework, we integrate the predictions of individual models to enhance overall accuracy and robustness. Additionally, we introduce a novel anomaly detection mechanism based on anomaly scoring and thresholding techniques to identify deviations from normal brain development patterns. Experimental results on a large dataset demonstrate the effectiveness and robustness of our approach in accurately estimating fetal brain age and detecting anomalies with high precision and recall rates. Our proposed method holds significant promise for improving prenatal care and facilitating early detection and intervention of fetal brain abnormalities.

Healthcare technology has advanced beyond human endeavors and is used in the human environment to help the humans raise healthy and well organized standards of our daily existence. The emergence of Human pose estimation in computer vision tracks human movement from simple visuals using commonly used low cost cameras (e.g. laptop cameras). These technologies offer a clear and exciting monitoring performance of the physiotherapeutic patients from home. A Doctor or a person could monitor and analyze movement of patients remotely. In fields like rehabilitation, healthcare and fitness there has been a recent trend toward implementing computer vision based equipment to enhance health monitoring efficiency and quality. These Computer vision based systems are designed to perform tasks such as monitoring the visuals and extracting the movements information from the videos or images. This project introduces a model of a standalone reinforced physiotherapy equipment which enhances the physiotherapeutic patients with well lit physiotherapy treatment according to the doctors prescription. The aim is to address common challenges encountered in the field of traditional rehabilitation. The research outlines the development of a standalone reinforced physiotherapy equipment which is equipped with a Raspberry Pi 4 and a web camera. Bonded labour as well as slavery was abolished in India as soon as the Indian Constitution came into force in the year 1950. However, the ground reality is quite different. To this day, a big number of Dalit labourers work as serfs on the fields and in the houses of wealthy, high caste landlords. This paper proposes to discuss the harsh reality of serfdom in the light of the real life story of Viramma, a Pariah woman, as narrated by her in the book 'Viramma: the life of an untouchable'. This paper shall discuss how caste based discrimination makes way to various forms of unfair practices pushing poor Dalits to live on the margins of the society. This paper shall also discuss how the lives of female serfs are much more painful as compared to their male counterparts.
