Protestant Reformation in 1517, the number of denominations really began to multiply. The Reformation instigated by a number of events, most notably Martin Luther's 95 Theses emphasized a personal faith. This movement was in reaction to the fact that interpretations of the Bible, grace (spontaneously given love and mercy from God), the absolution of sins and entry into heaven were all mediated through priests in Catholicism. Luther and his followers claimed that the Bible, not a church hierarchy, was the ultimate authority over all people, including priests and the pope, and that several ecclesiastical practices, such as granting indulgences (paying the church money to be absolved of sins), were corrupt.Initially, there were just a few major Protestant groups, but ultimately, the Reformation ushered in more Christian offshoots.By the 17th century, the contemporary word "denomination" began to be used to describe religious offshoots, Michelle Sanchez, an associate professor of theology at Harvard Divinity School, told Live Science via email.

Producing plants from single cell which are true to type on artificial media in monitored environment is done through plant tissue culture. Tissue culture has been suitable method for producing disease free planting materials of vegetative propagated crops in horticulture industry. Some methodologies of tissue culture like micropropagation which is vastly used because of its production quality and time saving procedure, Though it is cost effective procedure. Somaclonal variations can produce desirable regenerated plants with improved quality and traits and also these desirable and true to type vegetative clones can be conserved for future use to avoid their loss from biotic and abiotic stress related problems .

Sugarcane (Saccharum officinarum) is a member of Poaceae/ Gramineae family, is a perennial grass, which grows well in plenty of sunlight, high temperatures, good drainage, fertile soils and requires large quantities of water (1500 mm of rain per year/ grown with irrigation). The experiment was conducted on the farm located at Khandepargaon, V-P High-tech Research farm, Dist. Beed. The experiment design was a randomized block design [RBD] with seven treatments and four replicates i.e. leafy tree's dry manures like Azardiracta indica dry manure (Azi.DM.); Gliricidia dry manure (Gs.DM.); Non-leguminous weeds plants dry manure like Achyranthes aspera dry manure (A.DM.); Parthenium hystorophorus dry manure (P.DM.); Neem seed cake (N.C.); compared with chemical fertilizers like Nitrogen+Phosphorus+Potassium (NPK); along with Control (CON); Results shows the highest yield of Sugarcane fresh vegetation was in the plot treated with A.aspera dry powder organic manure followed by on Neem cake manure then on A.indica dry powder organic manure followed by the treatment of G.sepium dry powder organic manure and the lowest yield of Sugarcane fresh vegetation kg/ha on Control followed by on P.hysterophorus dry powder organic manure then on the treatment of chemical fertilizers NPK. The C:N ratio of Sugarcane crop yield cultivated on organic manure was highest in the plot treated with P.hysterophorus dry powder organic manure then on A.aspera dry powder organic manure followed by Neem seed cake treatment then in the plot treated with A.indica dry powder organic manure, the minimum C:N ratio was observed on the treatment Control then followed by G.sepium dry powder organic manure then on the treatment of chemical fertilizers NPK [3]. Excessive and imbalanced use of chemical fertilizers has adversely affected the soil, causing decreasing the structure and water holding capacity, reduction in organic carbon and microbial flora of soil results as increasing acidity and alkalinity and harding of soil, to solve this organic manure plays an important role, they are complementary to the chemical fertilizers and many times they have the capacity to replace them [5].

The advent of cloud computing, data owners are motivated to outsource their complex data management systems from local sites to commercial public cloud for great flexibility and economic savings. But for protecting data privacy, sensitive data has to be encrypted before outsourcing, which obsoletes traditional data utilization based on plaintext keyword search. Thus, enabling an encrypted cloud data search service is of paramount importance. Considering the large number of data users and documents in cloud, it is crucial for the search service to allow multi-keyword query and provide result similarity ranking to meet the effective data retrieval need. Related works on searchable encryption focus on single keyword search or Boolean keyword search, and rarely differentiate the search results. In this paper, for the first time, we define and solve the challenging problem of privacy-preserving multi-keyword ranked search over encrypted cloud data (MRSE), and establish a set of strict privacy requirements for such a secure cloud data utilization system to become a reality. We first propose a basic MRSE scheme using secure inner product computation, and then significantly improve it to meet different privacy requirements in two levels of threat models. Thorough analysis investigating privacy and efficiency guarantees of proposed schemes is given, and experiments on the real-world dataset further show proposed schemes indeed introduce low overhead on computation and communication.
