When two people of different sexes live together and engage in married behaviours without following religious sanctity, it is referred to as a live-in relationship. "An arrangement of living under which the unmarried couples live together to conduct a long-term relationship similarly as in marriage" is the widely recognised definition of a live-in relationship. A live-in relationship, put simply, is a situation where a man and a woman cohabitate without being married.Following independence, society grew to understand the importance of individual rights and moral principles. Bigamy was criminalised, and women's rights became increasingly apparent. Today, bigamy is prohibited due to ethical and legal reasons. However, the practice of cohabitation is constantly evolving daily. In recent years, India has seen a rise in popularity for the new, western-inspired form of non-marital cohabitation. Even though such a relationship is completely forbidden in Indian culture, the judiciary is in some ways acknowledging it by reading the law as it stands. Although live-in relationships are not recognised by personal laws as being on the same level as marriage, they are recognised as "marriage like relations" under section 2(f) of the Protection of Women from Domestic Violence Act of 2005.The Protection of Women from Domestic Violence Act of 2005 was passed with the intention of more effectively protecting women who are victims of domestic violence of any kind, as guaranteed by their constitutions, and for matters incidental or related thereto.Getting married, settling down, and becoming accepted as a married couple in society is the ultimate goal. Living together is a decision made by two mature heterosexual individuals. Prior to getting married, they planned to assess their compatibility. The idea of cohabitation has emerged from the shadows and is now somewhat acknowledged by the law. There have been no changes made to the current personal laws, despite the ongoing public debate and the recommendations and opinions that continue to come in from various authorities and commissions to reform the current laws. Thus, it is imperative to investigate whether or not live-in partnerships are appropriate for the nation's personal laws. The two primary arguments against the legalisation of live-in relationships in India are the harm done to a "legally wedded wife" and her children and the encouragement of bigamy.

Efficient logistics is the back-bone of global shipping, and the delivery delays can have far-reaching consequences, including dissatisfied customers and lost revenue in the business. With diverse shipping needs, the industry requires adaptable and effective solutions for transporting goods worldwide. While air freight offers speed, its high costs make sea shipping a preferred choice for bulk cargo. However, sea shipping faces many challenges, which includes natural disasters, congested ports, outdated infrastructure, slow customs clearance, and cyber threats. Moreover, cargo is vulnerable to damage, theft, and misrouting during transport, resulting in significant financial losses. This case study looks at the key issues affecting sea shipping, focusing on cargo damage, theft, and wrong routing and technology solutions for efficient delivery of cargo.

The key problem in human behavior recognition is how to build a spatiotemporal feature extraction and classification network. Aiming at the problem that the existing channel attention mechanism directly pools the global average information of each channel and ignores its local spatial information, this paper proposes two improved channel attention modules, namely the space-time (ST) interaction module of matrix operation and the depth separable convolution module, combined with the research of human behavior recognition. Combined with the superior performance of convolutional neural network (CNN) in image and video processing, a multi-scale convolutional neural network method for human behavior recognition is proposed. Firstly, the behavior video is segmented, and low rank learning is performed on each video segment to extract the corresponding Low rank behavior information, and then these Low rank behavior information are connected on the time axis to obtain the Low rank behavior information of the whole video, so as to effectively capture the behavior information in the video, avoiding tedious extraction steps and various assumptions. The ability of neural network to model human behavior can be transferred and reused in networks with different structures. According to the different characteristics of data features at different network levels, two effective feature difference measurement functions are introduced to reduce the difference between features extracted from different network structures. Experiments on several public datasets show that the proposed method has a good classification effect. The experimental results show that the method has a good accuracy in human behavior recognition. It is proved that the proposed model not only improves the recognition accuracy, but also effectively reduces the computational complexity of output weights and improves the compactness of the model structure.

In the evolving landscape of 5G technology, the emergence of the cloud-edge-collaboration framework has become increasingly prominent. Central to this framework is the horizontal and vertical disassembly of computing power, which underscores the significance of full life cycle resource allocation and flexible configuration facilitated by SDN+K8s+microservice integration. This paper introduces a novel cloud-native architecture tailored to the 5G cloud edge collaboration scenario, which optimizes SDN routing strategies across multiple levels while decoupling and integrating context boundaries with microservice service mesh frameworks. Addressing the underlying computing power and network infrastructure, the architecture incorporates multi-threshold detection and global route optimization leveraging K8s + SDN. While experiments have demonstrated the stability and reliability of the 5G + cloud edge collaboration architecture, future efforts should focus on advancing route optimization techniques. This entails exploring avenues for enhancing the progressive nature of route optimization strategies within the context of 5G cloud-edge collaborations. Continued research and development in this area promise to further refine the performance and efficiency of network architectures in the era of 5G connectivity.

Abstract Niosomes, which consist of vesicles formed by a combination of non-ionic surfactant and cholesterol, are a subject of interest. These structures are capable of serving as carriers for drugs that possess both hydrophilic and lipophilic properties. Within the realm of drug delivery systems, niosomes represent a method by which pharmaceuticals can be enclosed within vesicles. The appealing characteristics of niosomes include their biodegradability, biocompatibility, lack of immunogenicity, and structural flexibility. The primary aim of this literature review is to shed light on the diverse therapeutic applications of niosomes in the treatment of various medical conditions. This review will explore multiple facets concerning niosomes, such as their preparation techniques, mechanisms of action, facilitation of drug permeation, utilization as permeation enhancers, diverse applications in disease management, assessment of toxicity, and approaches to mitigating toxicity through the utilization of surfactants.
